मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ऑफ इंडिया की दो दिवसीय कार्यसमिति की बैठक के पहले दिन सोमवार को धार्मिक कट्टरता के खिलाफ अभियान चलाने पर सहमति बनी। पदाधिकारियों ने माना कि तालिबानी विचारधारा कट्टरवाद पर आधारित है जो सभी धर्म के मानने वालों में मौजूद है। तय हुआ कि हर धर्म में छिपे तालिबानी सोच के लोगों को बोर्ड बेनकाब करेगा। वर्ष 2017 में गठित बोर्ड ने दावा किया कि वह 85 फीसदी सुन्नी मुसलमानों का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है।चारबाग के एक होटल में चल रही बैठक के बाद राष्ट्रीय महासचिव डॉ. मुईन अहमद ने बताया कि धार्मिक कट्टरता के खिलाफ जागरूकता अभियान, मॉबलिंचिंग पर रोक लगाने, इबादतगाहों की सुरक्षा, केंद्रीय वक्फ एक्ट में संशोधन, सूफीवादी विचारधारा को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर स्थापित करने के लिये काम करने के प्रस्ताव पर मुहर लगाई गई।
उन्होंने कहा कि धार्मिक कट्टरता समाज व राष्ट्र को खोखला कर रही है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि सुन्नी वक्फ बोर्ड ने सूफीवादी धर्मस्थलों का प्रबंधन वहाबी विचारधारा के हवाले करने की मुहिम चलाई है। मौजूदा वक्फ एक्ट में बदलाव की जरूरत है। उन्होंने ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड को विफल करार दिया। कहा कि बोर्ड में 22 राज्यों का प्रतिनिधित्व है। अध्यक्ष मौलाना कारी यूसुफ अजीजी की अध्यक्षता में हुई बैठक का संचालन प्रवक्ता रियाजुददीन कादरी ने किया। बैठक में कर्नाटक के मौलाना तनवरी हाशमी, सूफी साजिद हुसैन अजमेरी, हाफिज मोहम्मद अली कादरी, आंध्रप्रदेश अध्यक्ष सूफी अलताफ रजा, राजस्थान अध्यक्ष मुफ्ती शमीम और उत्तराखंड से मौलाना जाहिद रजा रजवी सहित कई प्रदेशों से पदाधिकारी शामिल हुए।

- तीन तलाक के मुद्दे पर ऑल इंडिया पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने साफ किया है कि इस्लाम में तीन तलाक हराम है, लेकिन वह इस पर पाबंदी लगाने के पक्ष में नहीं है। दरअसल लखनऊ में आयोजित एक सेमिनार में पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड के सचिव ज़फरयाब जिलानी ने कहा कि भले ही तीन तलाक को इस्लाम में सबसे बुरा माना गया है, लेकिन उस पर पाबंदी लगाना शरीयत में दखलअंदाजी है। उन्होंने कहा कि दारुल कज़ा को सज़ा देने का अधिकार नहीं है। इसलिए अगर कोई तीन तलाक को हथियार बनाता है, तो कोर्ट और सरकार उसको सज़ा दे। जैसा पहले भी होता था। उन्होंने कहा हम मानते है कि तीन तलाक का फायदा उठाया गया है, लेकिन इसका मतलब ये बिल्कुल नहीं है कि तीन तलाक को ख़त्म कर दिया जाए। एक प्रतिशत ही सही पर कई मामलों में तीन तलाक ने जिंदगी बचाने का भी काम किया है,

तीन बार तलाक के मामले में मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में हलफनामा दाखिल कर दिया है और अपने जवाब में कहा है कि तीन तलाक के मामले पर न्यायालय निर्णय नहीं दे सकता है, क्योंकि तीन तलाक का फैसला कुरान से लिया गया है। इस मामले में पिछली सुनवाई में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार और मुस्लिम पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड से जवाब मांगा था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट को दिए जवाब में बोर्ड ने कहा कि पर्सनल लॉ को चुनौती नहीं दी जा सकती, ऐसा करना संविधान के पार्ट-3 का उल्लंघन है। यह इस्लाम धर्म से संबंधित सांस्कृतिक मुद्दा है। कुरान में तलाक को अवांछनीय कहा गया है, मगर आवश्यकता पड़ने पर यह तलाक दिया जा सकता है। तलाक समानता का अधिकार है पुरुष और महिला दोनों ही इस अधिकार का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड का कहना है कि तीन तलाक का नियम सही है। इसे गलत नहीं ठहराया जा सकता है। पर्सनल लॉ बोर्ड ने कहा कि न्यायालय तलाक की वैधता को गलत नहीं मान सकता है। आपको बता दें कि पिछली सुनवाई में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सवाल किया था कि अगर इस्लाम के मुताबिक कोई चार शादियां कर सकता है, तो फिर दूसरी शादी के लिए तीन तलाक देने की क्या ज़रुरत है।
