आजकल एक मुद्दा बेहद गरम है दरअसल मुंबई क्रूज ड्रग पार्टी से शुरु हुआ मामला NCB अधिकारी समीर वानखेड़े और NCP नेता नवाब मलिक पर आकर रुक गया है. नशीली दवाओं के नेटवर्क के पर्दाफाश और आर्यन खान को गिरफ्तार करने से शुरु हुआ अब इस बात पर आकर रुक गया है कि NCB के जोनल डायरेक्टर समीर वानखेड़े हिंदू हैं या फिर मुसलमान. अगर समीर वानखेड़े मुसलमान हैं और उन्होंने दस्तावेजों में फर्जीवाड़ा कर नौकरी पाई है तो यह बड़ा आरोप है. हालांकि, इससे पहले भारत के संविधान में किए गए प्रावधानों को भी जानना जरूरी है.. तो आइए, जानते हैं कि क्या दलित मुसलमान को भी नौकरी में आरक्षण मिलता है?
