Sabarimala is not a place for activism and the LDF government would not support those who make announcements about entering the hill shrine for the sake of publicity, Kerala Devaswom Minister Minister Kadakampally Surendran said on Friday. "Sabarimala is not a place for activists to show their activism. There are some people who call press meet and declare they will enter the shrine. They are doing it just for publicity. Government will not support such trends," the Minister said.

ഞായറാഴ്ച രാവിലെ വീണ്ടും ശബരിമല കയറാൻ യുവതികളെത്തി ഭക്തരുടെ പ്രതിഷേധത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് മടങ്ങി.ആന്ധ്രാ സ്വദേശികളായ രണ്ടു യുവതികൾ രാവില് ഒൻപത് അമ്പത്തിയഞ്ചോട് കൂടിയാണ് എട്ട് സ്ത്രീകളടങ്ങുന്ന സംഘത്തോടൊപ്പം ദര്ശനത്തിന് എത്തിയത്. ഭക്തരുടെ പ്രതിഷേധത്തെ തുടർന്ന് പോലീസ് ഇവരെ കൺട്രോൾ റൂമിലേക്ക് മാറ്റി .പൊലീസ് അകമ്പടിയില്ലാതെ മലകയറിയ ഇവരെ നീലിമലയിൽ വച്ചാണ് പ്രതിഷേധക്കാർ തടഞ്ഞത്.പ്രായത്തെ കുറിച്ച് സംശയം തോന്നിയതിനെ തുടര്ന്ന് ഭക്തര് ഇവരോട് ആധാര് കാര്ഡ് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുകയായിരുഇത് പരിശോധിച്ചതോടെ അമ്പതുവയസ്സില് താഴെയാണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കുകയും തിരിച്ചയക്കുകയുമായിരുന്നു. പ്രദിശേതമറിയാതെയാണ് ദർശനത്തിനെത്തിയതെന്ന് യുവതികൾ പറഞ്ഞതായി പോലീസ് മാധ്യമങ്ങളെ അറിയിച്ചു .
സുപ്രീം കോടതി വിധി അറിഞാണു ദർശനത്തിനെത്തിയത് .എന്നാൽ ഇത്തരത്തിൽ പ്രതിശേഷം നടക്കുന്നത് അറിഞ്ഞില്ല . പരമ്പരാഗതമായി ക്ഷേത്ര ദർശനം നടത്തുന്ന തങ്ങൾ മറ്റു ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിൽ ദർശനം നടത്തിയശേഷം ഇവിടേക്ക് വരുകയായിരുന്നുവെന്നും യുവതികൾ പറഞ്ഞു . പ്രതിഷേദം അറിഞ്ഞ ഉടൻ തന്നെ മടങ്ങി പോകാനും യുവതികൾ തയാറായി .ദർശനം നടത്താൻ കൂടുതൽ സ്ത്രീകൾ തായ്യാറാണെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞതിനെ തുടർന്നാണ് ഭക്തരുടെ പ്രധിഷേധം വർദ്ധിച്ചത് .നിലവിൽ ശബരിമലയിലെ സ്ഥിതി ശാന്തമാണെങ്കിലും ഏതു നിമിഷവും സംഘർഷമുണ്ടാക്കാനുള്ള സാധ്യത തള്ളിക്കളയാനാകില്ല.

ശബരിമല വിഷയത്തില് റിട്ട് ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത് സുപ്രീം കോടതി മാറ്റിവെച്ചു.
പുനഃപരിശോധനാ ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിച്ച ശേഷം റിട്ട് ഹര്ജികള് പരിഗണിക്കാമെന്ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കി. പുനഃപരിശോധനാ ഹർജികൾ ഉച്ചകഴിഞ്ഞു മൂന്നിനു ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസിന്റെ ചേംബറിലാണ് പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്. ശബരിമല യുവതീപ്രവേശനത്തിൽ പുനഃപരിശോധനാ ഹർജികൾ തുറന്ന കോടതിയിൽ കേൾക്കില്ല. അതേസമയം ശബരിമല സംരക്ഷണ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ ആവശ്യം സുപ്രീംകോടതി തള്ളി. അഭിഭാഷകന് വി.കെ.ബിജുവിന് സുപ്രീംകോടതിയുടെ വിമർശനവും നേരിടേണ്ടി വന്നു. ന്യായമല്ലാത്ത ആവശ്യമാണ് ഉന്നയിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസ് രഞ്ജൻ ഗൊഗോയ് പറഞ്ഞു.

മതവികാരം വ്രണപ്പെടുത്തിയെന്ന കേസില് അറസ്റ്റിലായ രഹ്ന ഫാത്തിമയെ ബി.എസ്.എന്.എല്. ജോലിയില്നിന്ന് സസ്പെന്ഡ് ചെയ്തു. ബി.എസ്.എന്.എല്ലില് ടെലികോം ടെക്നീഷ്യനായ രഹ്ന ഫാത്തിമയെ അറസ്റ്റിലായി മണിക്കൂറുകള്ക്കുള്ളിലാണ് സര്വ്വീസില്നിന്ന് സസ്പെന്ഡ് ചെയ്തത്. ശബരിമല വിഷയത്തോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ച് ഫെയ്സ്ബുക്കില് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച പോസ്റ്റ് മതസ്പര്ദയുണ്ടാക്കുന്നതാണെന്ന പരാതിയിലാണ് ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച ഉച്ചയോടെ രഹ്ന ഫാത്തിമയെ പോലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്. നേരത്തെ, ശബരിമല ദര്ശനത്തിന് എത്തി വിവാദത്തില്പ്പെട്ടപ്പോള് ഇവരെ രവിപുരം ബ്രാഞ്ചില്നിന്ന് പാലാരിവട്ടം ബ്രാഞ്ചിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയിരുന്നു. പത്തനംതിട്ട സി.ഐ.യുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള പോലീസ് സംഘമാണ് കൊച്ചിയിലെത്തി രഹ്ന ഫാത്തിമയെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്. ബി.ജെ.പി. നേതാവ് ബി. രാധാകൃഷ്ണമേനോനാണ് രഹ്ന ഫാത്തിമക്കെതിരെ പരാതി നല്കിയത്. കേസില് മുന്കൂര്ജാമ്യം തേടി രഹ്ന ഫാത്തിമ ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ജാമ്യം ലഭി Subscribe to News60 :https://goo.gl/VnRyuF Read: http://www.news60.in/ https://www.facebook.com/news60malayalam/

കണ്ണൂര് സ്വദേശിനികളായ രേഷ്മ നിശാന്തും ഷാനിലയുമാണ് ശബരിമലയില് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നതിന് വീണ്ടുമെത്തിയത്
ശബരിമലയില് ദര്ശനം നടത്തുന്നതിന് രണ്ടു യുവതികള് നിലയ്ക്കല് വരെയെത്തി മടങ്ങി.
കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം ശബരിമലയിലെത്തി ദര്ശനം നടത്താനാവാതെ മടങ്ങിയ കണ്ണൂര് സ്വദേശിനികളായ രേഷ്മ നിശാന്തും ഷാനിലയുമാണ് ശബരിമലയില് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നതിന് വീണ്ടുമെത്തിയത്. യുവതികളെ മടക്കിയയച്ചതായി പോലീസ് വ്യക്തമാക്കി.പുലര്ച്ചയോടെയാണ് ഇരുവരും മലയകയറാന് നിലയ്ക്കല് വരെ എത്തിയത്. ദര്ശനത്തിന് അവസരമൊരുക്കണമെന്ന് യുവതികള് പോലീസിനോട് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. തുടര്ന്ന് പോലീസ് ഇവരെ കണ്ട്രോള് റൂമിലേയ്ക്ക് മാറ്റുകയും അരമണിക്കൂറോളം ചര്ച്ച നടത്തുകയും ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് ഇവരെ പോലീസ് വാഹനത്തില് നിലയ്ക്കലില്നിന്ന് മാറ്റി. ഇവരെ എവിടേയ്ക്കാണ് കൊണ്ടുപോയതെന്ന് വ്യക്തമല്ല. ഇവരെ എരുമേലിയിലേയ്ക്ക് മടക്കിയയച്ചതായി പോലീസ് പറഞ്ഞു.
നവോത്ഥാന കേരളം ശബരിമലയിലേയ്ക്ക് എന്ന ഫേസ്ബുക്ക് ഗ്രൂപ്പിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലായിരുന്നു ശബരിമലയില് പ്രവേശിക്കാന് യുവതികള് എത്തിയത്.
ഇവരടക്കം എട്ടു പേരാണ് സംഘത്തിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നത്. ശബരിമല ദര്ശനം നടത്താന് അവസരമൊരുക്കാമെന്ന് പോലീസ് ഉറപ്പുനല്കിയിരുന്നതാണെന്നും എന്നാല് ഇത് പോലീസ് പാലിച്ചില്ലെന്നും യുവതികള്ക്കൊപ്പം ശബരിമലയിലെത്തിയ സംഘാംഗങ്ങള് പ്രതികരിച്ചു.കഴിഞ്ഞ ബുധനാഴ്ചയും ഈ യുവതികള് മല ചവിട്ടാനെത്തിയിരുന്നു. എന്നാല് പ്രതിഷേധം ഉയര്ന്നതിനെ തുടര്ന്ന് ഇവരെ പോലീസ് ഇടപെട്ട് തിരിച്ചയക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. നീലിമലയ്ക്കു സമീപം പ്രതിഷേധക്കാര് തടഞ്ഞതിനെ തുടര്ന്നാണ് അന്ന് പോലീസ് ഇടപെട്ട് ഇവരെ തിരിച്ചയച്ചത്.യുവതികള് ദര്ശനത്തിനെത്തുന്നതായി അറിഞ്ഞ് പമ്പയിലും പരിസരങ്ങളിലും പ്രതിഷേധക്കാര് സംഘടിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇവിടങ്ങളില് പോലീസ് സുരക്ഷ ശക്തമാക്കി.

ശബരിമല യുവതീ പ്രവേശനത്തോട് അനുബന്ധിച്ച് പമ്പയിലും നിലയ്ക്കലും അടക്കം അരങ്ങേറിയ അക്രമ സംഭവങ്ങളില് വ്യാപക അറസ്റ്റ്. എറണാകുളം, തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലാണ് അറസ്റ്റുകള് നടന്നത്. കൂടുതല് അറസ്റ്റ് ഉണ്ടായേക്കുമെന്നാണ് സൂചന.എറണാകുളം റൂറലില് 75 പേര്, തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറയില് 51 പേര് എന്നിങ്ങനെയാണ് അറസ്റ്റ് നടന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇന്നലെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കു ശേഷവും രാത്രിയിലുമായാണ് അറസ്റ്റുകളുണ്ടായത്. വഴിതടയല്, അക്രമ സംഭവങ്ങള് തുടങ്ങിയവയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടാണ് ഇവരെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നതെന്നാണ് വിവരം. സംസ്ഥാന ഹര്ത്താലില് വിവിധയിടങ്ങളില് പ്രക്ഷോഭം സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചവരും പിടിയിലായവരില് ഉള്പ്പെടുന്നു. അക്രമം നടത്തിയവരെ തിരിച്ചറിയുന്നതിന് 210 പേരുടെ ദൃശ്യങ്ങള് പോലീസ് പുറത്തുവിട്ടിരുന്നു. സംഘംചേര്ന്നുള്ള ആക്രമണം, പൊതുമുതല് നശിപ്പിക്കല്, കെഎസ്ആര്ടിസി ബസുകള് നശിപ്പിക്കല്, എസ്പിയുടെ വാഹനം അടക്കം പോലീസ് വാഹനങ്ങള് നശിപ്പിക്കല്, വനിതാ മാധ്യമപ്രവര്ത്തകരെയും മറ്റുള്ളവരെയും ആക്രമിക്കല് തുടങ്ങി വിവിധ കുറ്റങ്ങളുടെ പേരിലാണ് പോലീസ് നടപടി.

പമ്പയിലും നിലയ്ക്കലും നടത്തുന്ന അന്നദാനത്തിന് ആർഎസ്എസ് അനുകൂല സംഘടനയ്ക്ക് കരാർ നൽകാൻ ദേവസ്വംബോർഡിന്റെ തീരുമാനം.അന്നദാനഫണ്ടിൽ പണമില്ലെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയാണ് കരാർ മറ്റൊരു സംഘടനയ്ക്ക് നൽകുന്നത്. അയ്യപ്പസേവാസമാജവുമായി ഉടൻ ദേവസ്വംബോർഡ് കരാർ ഒപ്പിടും. ശബരിമല സമരവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടുള്ള സമവായശ്രമത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായാണ് കരാർ നൽകുന്നതെന്നാണ് സൂചന. ശബരിമലയിൽ പ്രതിഷേധസമരം നടത്തിയ അയ്യപ്പസേവാ സമാജത്തിനാണ് കരാർ നൽകുന്നതെന്നതാണ് ശ്രദ്ധേയം.
ഇക്കഴിഞ്ഞ ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച ചേർന്ന ദേവസ്വംബോർഡ് യോഗത്തിലാണ് നിർണായകതീരുമാനം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത്.

ശബരിമലയില് കയറിയ യുവതികളുടെ പട്ടികയില് തെറ്റുകള് കടന്ന് കൂടാന് കാരണം പൊലീസിന്റെ ജാഗ്രത കുറവ്.
മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടപ്പോള് വിവരങ്ങള് സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കാന് ശ്രമിക്കാതെ യുവതികളുടെ പട്ടിക പ്രിന്റെടുത്ത് നല്കുകയായിരുന്നു. പട്ടികയിലെ തെറ്റുകള് കോടതി അലക്ഷ്യമാകുമോയെന്ന ആശങ്കയില് പൊലീസ് നിയമോപദേശം തേടി. എന്നാല് പിഴവുണ്ടെങ്കില് തീര്ത്ഥാടകര് നല്കിയ വിവരങ്ങളില് തെറ്റ് സംഭവിച്ചതാണെന്നാണ് പൊലീസിന്റെ വിശദീകരണം. ശബരിമലയില് കയറിയ 51 യുവതികളുടെ പട്ടികയില് 50 വയസിന് മുകളിലുള്ളവരും പുരുഷനുമെല്ലാം ഉള്പ്പെട്ടത് വലിയ നാണക്കേടായെന്നാണ് സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ വിലയിരുത്തല്. ഇതിന്റെ പൂര്ണ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വവും പഴിയും പട്ടിക തയാറാക്കിയ പൊലീസിനാണെന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയും ദേവസ്വംബോര്ഡും ആരോപിക്കുന്നു.
സുപ്രീംകോടതി റിവ്യൂ ഹര്ജി പരിഗണിക്കുമെന്ന് കരുതിയ 22ന് റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് നല്കാനായിരുന്നു സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ ആദ്യതീരുമാനം.
എന്നാല് 22ന് പരിഗണിക്കില്ലെന്ന വാര്ത്ത വരുകയും അപ്രതീക്ഷിതമായി ബിന്ദുവും കനകദുര്ഗയും നല്കിയ ഹര്ജി ഇന്നലെ പരിഗണിക്കാന് തീരുമാനിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തതോടെ റിപ്പോര്ട്ട് വേഗത്തില് തരാന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ ഓഫീസ് ഡി.ജി.പിയോട് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. ഒട്ടേറെ യുവതികള് ദര്ശനം നടത്തിയതോടെ കോടതി ഉത്തരവ് നടപ്പാക്കിയെന്ന് റിവ്യൂ ഹര്ജിക്ക് മുന്പ് സുപ്രീംകോടതിയെ അറിയിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു സര്ക്കാരിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം. സര്ക്കാര് ആഗ്രഹിച്ചപോലെ യുവതി പ്രവേശം നടപ്പാക്കിയെന്ന് ബോധിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള വ്യഗ്രതയായിരുന്നു പൊലീസിന്. അതിനാല് വെര്ച്ച്വല് ക്യൂ ഡാറ്റാ സെര്വറില് നിന്ന് 10നും 50നും ഇടയിലുള്ള സ്ത്രീകളുടെ പട്ടിക അതേപടി പ്രിന്റെടുത്ത് പൊലീസ് ആസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിന്ന് സര്ക്കാരിന് നല്കി.
വിവരങ്ങള് ഒരു തവണ പരിശോധിക്കാന് പോലും തയാറാകാത്തതാണ് വലിയ തിരിച്ചടിയായത്.
എന്നാല് വിവരങ്ങള് തിരുത്തിയെന്ന ആരോപണം പൊലീസും സര്ക്കാരും നിഷേധിച്ചു. റജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള് പ്രായമടക്കമുള്ള വിവരങ്ങള് തീര്ത്ഥാടകര് തന്നെയാണ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നത്. പ്രായത്തില് വ്യത്യാസമുണ്ടെങ്കില് അത് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയതଏହି ଭାବରେ News60 ML| 32 ଦୃଶ୍ୟସଂଖ୍ୟା
