ശബരിമല സ്ത്രീ പ്രവേശനത്തില്‍ സർക്കാരിനും ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡിനും നേരേ ശക്തമായ പ്രതിഷേധം തുടരവേ ശബരിമലയിലെ കാണിക്ക വരുമാനത്തിൽ വലിയ കുറവു.തുലാമാസപൂജയ്ക്ക് നട തുറന്ന 17 മുതൽ നാലുദിവസത്തെ കാണിക്ക വരുമാനം മുൻവർഷം ഇതേകാലത്ത്‌ ലഭിച്ചതിനേക്കാൾ 44.50 ലക്ഷം രൂപ കുറവാണ്. തുലാമാസപൂജയ്ക്ക് നട തുറന്നശേഷം എറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തിരക്കനുഭവപ്പെട്ടത് ശനിയാഴ്ചയാണ്. യുവതീപ്രവേശ വിഷയത്തിൽ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡ് ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിൽ കാണിക്ക ഇടരുതെന്ന് വിവിധ സംഘടനകൾ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. അത്കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിൽനിന്ന് കാണിക്ക പണത്തിനുപകരം ‘സ്വാമി ശരണം, സേവ് ശബരിമല’ എന്നെഴുതിയ ഒട്ടേറെ പേപ്പറുകൾ ലഭിച്ചു. അതേസമയം തുലാമാസ പൂജകള്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി ശബരിമല നട തിങ്കളാഴ്ച രാത്രി 10 മണിക്ക് അടയ്ക്കും. തിങ്കളാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് ഏഴുമണിക്കു ശേഷം അയ്യപ്പന്മാരെ സന്നിധാനത്തേക്ക് കടത്തിവിടില്ല. ചിത്തിര ആട്ടവിശേഷത്തിന് നവംബര്‍ അഞ്ചിന് വൈകിട്ട് അഞ്ചുമണിക്ക് ക്ഷേത്രം വീണ്ടും തുറക്കും. ആറാം തിയതി രാത്രി 10 ന് നട അടയ്ക്കും. തുടര്‍ന്ന് നവംബര്‍ 16 ന് വൈകീട്ട് അഞ്ചിന് മണ്ഡലപൂജയ്ക്കായി തുറക്കും. ഡിസംബര്‍ 27 വരെയാണ് മണ്ഡലപൂജ.ശബരിമലയില്‍ യുവതീപ്രവേശനത്തിന് അനുമതി നല്‍കിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള സുപ്രീം കോടതി വിധിക്കു ശേഷമുള്ള ആദ്യത്തെ നട തുറക്കലായിരുന്നു തുലാമാസ പൂജകള്‍ക്കു വേണ്ടി നടത്തിയത്.ഭക്തരും മാധ്യമപ്രവര്‍ത്തകരും ഉള്‍പ്പെടെ പത്തോളം സ്ത്രീകളാണ് ദര്‍ശനം പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ച് എത്തിയത്. എന്നാല്‍ പ്രതിഷേധത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് പിന്‍വാങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.च्या कडून News60 ML| 1359 दृश्ये

general secretary Sitaram Yechury on Wednesday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for criticising the party-led government in Kerala over the Sabarimala row and claimed his statements amounted to "contempt of court".
Addressing a gathering of BJP workers in Kollam on Tuesday, PM Modi had said the conduct of Kerala's CPM-led LDF government on the Sabarimala issue would go down in the history as one of the "most shameful behaviours by any party and government".
PM Modi had also said the Congress and Communists were talking about gender justice in the Sabarimala issue but their actions were "just opposite".

പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണയിലാണ് ദര്‍ശനം നടത്തിയതെന്നും പമ്പയില്‍ എത്തിയ ശേഷമാണ് പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതെന്നും ബിന്ദു
ശബരിമലയില്‍ യുവതികള്‍ ദര്‍ശനം നടത്തിയതിനെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് അടച്ച നട ശുദ്ധിക്രിയയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം വീണ്ടും തുറന്നു.
ശുദ്ധിക്രിയ വേണമെന്ന് തന്ത്രിയും മേല്‍ശാന്തിയും തീരുമാനിച്ചതോടെ പരിഹാരക്രിയ നടന്നു. തന്ത്രിയും മേൽശാന്തിയുമാണ് തീരുമാനം എടുത്തത്. ഇക്കാര്യം ദേവസ്വം ബോര്‍ഡിനെ അറിയിച്ചു. ശുദ്ധിക്രിയയ്ക്കായി സന്നിധാനത്ത് നിന്ന് തീര്‍ത്ഥാടകരെ മാറ്റി. പുലര്‍ച്ചെ തുറക്കുന്ന നട സാധാരണ ഗതിയില്‍ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിക്കാണ് നട അടക്കാറ്. ആചാരം ലംഘനം നടന്നുവെന്ന് തന്ത്രി വിശദമാക്കിയിരുന്നു. നട അടച്ച കാര്യം തന്ത്രി ഫോണിലൂടെ അറിയിച്ചെന്ന് ദേവസ്വം പ്രസിഡന്‍റ് പ്രതികരിച്ചു.
നേരത്തെ ശബരിമലയില്‍ പ്രവേശിക്കാനെത്തി പ്രതിഷേധത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് മടങ്ങിയ ബിന്ദുവും കനകദുര്‍ഗയുമാണ് ശബരിമല ദര്‍ശനം നടത്തിയത്. ഇന്ന് പുലര്‍ച്ചെ 3.45 നോടുകൂടിയാണ് ഇരുവരും ശബരിമല ദര്‍ശനം നടത്തിയത്. ഇവര്‍ മഫ്ടി പോലീസിന്റെ സുരക്ഷയിലായിരുന്നു ദര്‍ശനം നടത്തിയത്. 42ഉം 44ഉം വയസാണ് ബിന്ദുവിനും കനകദുര്‍ഗയ്ക്കും.
നേരത്തെ ഈ മാസം 24നാണ് കോഴിക്കോട് കൊയിലാണ്ടി സ്വദേശിനി ബിന്ദുവും, മലപ്പുറം സ്വദേശിനി കനകദുര്‍ഗയും ശബരിമല ദര്‍ശനത്തിനെത്തിയത്.
എന്നാല്‍ കടുത്ത പ്രതിഷേധം കാരണം ഇവര്‍ തിരിച്ചിറങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.
മലപ്പുറം അങ്ങാടിപ്പുറം സ്വദേശിയാണ് കനകദുര്‍ഗ.കോഴിക്കോട് കൊയിലാണ്ടി സ്വദേശിയാണ് ബിന്ദു. സുരക്ഷ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ഇവര്‍ ഇന്നലെ പൊലീസിനെ സമീപിച്ചിരുന്നു.പൊലീസ് ഒരുക്കിയില്ലെങ്കില്‍ സ്വന്തം നിലയില്‍ എത്തുമെന്ന് ഇവർ അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു. പരിമിതമായ സുരക്ഷ പൊലീസ് വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.
പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണയിലാണ് ദര്‍ശനം നടത്തിയതെന്നും പമ്പയില്‍ എത്തിയ ശേഷമാണ് പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതെന്നും ബിന്ദു മാതൃഭൂമി ന്യൂസിനോട് പറഞ്ഞു. പമ്പയില്‍ നിന്ന് സന്നിധാനം വരെയുള്ള പാതയില്‍ ഏതാനും ഭക്തര്‍ തങ്ങളെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. എന്നാല്‍ പ്രതിഷേധമൊന്നും ഉണ്ടായില്ല.
ഭക്തര്‍ മാത്രമേ സന്നിധാനത്ത് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂവന്നു അവർ പറഞ്ഞു.

Sabarimala: SC to hear review pleas on January 22; no stay on ruling | Economic Times
The Supreme Court Tuesday agreed to hear on January 22 in open court the pleas seeking review of its verdict which allowed entry of women of all age groups into Kerala's Sabarimala temple, but refused to stay the judgement. On September 28, a five-judge Constitution bench, headed by the then Chief Justice Dipak Misra, in 4:1 verdict had paved the way for entry of women of all ages into the Sabarimala temple saying the ban amounted to gender discrimination. The review petitions against the verdict were taken up 'in-chamber' by a bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justices RF Nariman, AM Khanwilkar, DY Chandrachud and Indu Malhotra. യുവതീ പ്രവേശനത്തെ എതിർക്കുന്നവർ ശക്തമായി പ്രതിഷേധിക്കുമെന്ന് ഇന്റലിജൻസ് മുന്നറിയിപ്പുണ്ട്.മല ചവിട്ടാനെത്തുന്നവർ നിലയ്‌ക്കൽ മുതൽ പൊലീസ് നിരീക്ഷണത്തിലായിരിക്കും. ചെക്ക്പോസ്റ്റുകളിൽ എല്ലാ വാഹനങ്ങളും പരിശോധിക്കും. എ.ഡി.ജി.പിമാരായ എസ്.ആനന്ദകൃഷ്‌ണൻ, അനിൽകാന്ത് എന്നിവരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ 2,300 പൊലീസുകാരെ വിന്യസിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . നൂറിലേറെ വനിതാ പൊലീസുമുണ്ട്. ചിത്തിര ആട്ടവിശേഷത്തിനായി ശബരിമല നട നാളെ വൈകിട്ട് 5ന് തുറക്കും. ചൊവ്വാ‍ഴ്ച രാവിലെ 5ന് നിർമ്മാല്യവും അഭിഷേകവും നടക്കും. അത്താ‍ഴ പൂജയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം പത്ത് മണിയോടെ ഹരിവരാസനം പാടി നട അടയ്ക്കും. മണ്ഡല പൂജയ്ക്കായി നവംബർ 16 ന് വൈകിട്ട് നട തുറക്കും.

കേരളത്തില്‍ സര്‍ക്കാരിന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ നടക്കുന്ന ഹിന്ദു മത വിശ്വാസ നിഷേധത്തില്‍ ആശങ്ക രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി കേരള ഹിന്ദൂസ് ഓഫ് നോര്‍ത്ത് അമേരിക്കയുടെ സജീവ പിന്തുണയോടെ അയ്യപ്പഭക്തരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ന്യൂയോര്‍ക്കില്‍ നാമജപയാത്ര നടത്തിയത്.കേരളത്തിലെ ഹൈന്ദവ ആചാര സംരക്ഷണത്തിനു പിന്തുണ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു നടന്ന പ്രതിഷേധ യാത്ര പ്രവാസി ഹിന്ദുക്കളുടെ ഐക്യ വേദികൂടിയായി.

ശബരിമല ദര്‍ശനത്തിന് പോയ ട്രാന്‍സ് ജെന്‍ഡറുകളെ പോലീസ് തിരിച്ചയച്ചു. വ്രതമെടുത്ത ട്രാന്‍സ്‌ജെന്‍ഡറുകളോട് ആണായി വരാന്‍ പോലീസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടെന്ന്ട്രാന്‍സ്‌ജെന്‍ഡറുകള്‍ .പുലര്‍ച്ചെ 1.50 നാണ് നാലംഗ സംഘം കൊച്ചിയില്‍ നിന്ന് യാത്ര തിരിച്ചത്. തുടര്‍ന്ന് എരുമേലി വഴി ഇവര്‍ പമ്പയിലേക്ക് തിരിക്കാന്‍ ശ്രമിച്ച ഇവരെ എരുമേലിപോലീസ് തടഞ്ഞു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഇവരെ പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനിലേക്ക് എത്തിച്ചു. അനന്യ, തൃപ്തി, അവന്തിക, രഞ്ജു എന്നിവരേയാണ് പോലീസ് തടഞ്ഞത്. കോട്ടയം, എറണാകുളംസ്വദേശികളാണ് ഇവര്‍. നാലുപേരെയും തടഞ്ഞതിന് ശേഷം ശബരിമലയിലേക്ക് കടത്തിവിടാനാകില്ലെന്ന് പോലീസ് അറിയിച്ചു. എന്നാല്‍ ശബരിമലയ്ക്ക് പോകണമെന്ന് അറിയിച്ചെങ്കിലും ഇവരുടെ ആവശ്യം പോലീസ് നിരാകരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. തുടര്‍ന്ന് എറണാകുളത്തേക്ക് തിരികെ പോകാമെന്ന്അറിയിച്ചെങ്കിലും കോട്ടയത്തേക്ക് പോകാനാണ് പോലീസ് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശിച്ചത്. കോട്ടയത്ത് നിന്ന് തിരികെ വീണ്ടും ശബരിമല ദര്‍ശനത്തിന് പോകുമെന്നാണ് ഇവര്‍ പറയുന്നത്.
വ്രതമെടുത്ത് കെട്ട് നിറച്ച് വിശ്വാസികള്‍ എത്തുന്നതുപോലെ തന്നെയാണ് തങ്ങള്‍ എത്തിയതെന്നും മുമ്പും ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ ശബരിമലയില്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുള്ളവര്‍ ശബരിമലയില്‍ പോയിട്ടുണ്ടായിരുന്നുവെന്നും ഇവര്‍ പറയുന്നു.ശബരിമല ദര്‍ശനത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് പിന്നോട്ടില്ലെന്നും പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറെ വിളിച്ച് സുരക്ഷ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമെന്നും ഇവര്‍ മാതൃഭൂമി ന്യൂസിനോട് പറഞ്ഞു. ക്രമസമാധാന പ്രശ്‌നമുണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് കണ്ടാണ് പോലീസ് ഇത്തരമൊരു നടചപടി സ്വീകരിച്ചതെന്നാണ് വിവരം. ഏതെങ്കിലും ഭക്തരുടെ സംഘം ഇവരെ തടഞ്ഞാല്‍ അത് സന്നിധാനത്തും നിലയ്ക്കലിലും ക്രമസമാധാന പ്രശ്‌നത്തിന് കാരണമാകുമെന്നാണ് പോലീസ് പറയുന്നത്. വളരെ സമാധാനത്തോടെ പൊയ്‌ക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ശബരിമല തീര്‍ഥാടനത്തെ ഇത് പ്രതികൂലമായി ബാധിക്കുമെന്നും പോലീസ് കരുതുന്നു. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് പോലീസ് ഇവരെ വനിതാ പോലീസിന്റെ അകമ്പടിയോടെ കോട്ടയത്തേക്ക് അയച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ വിശദീകരിച്ച് എറണാകുളത്തേക്ക് മടങ്ങിപ്പോകണമെന്ന് പോലീസ് ഇവരോട് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ശബരിമല കേസില്‍ വാദം പൂര്‍ത്തിയായി; വിധി ഇന്നില്ല; അവസരം ലഭിക്കാത്തവര്‍ക്ക് വാദങ്ങള്‍ എ‍ഴുതി നല്‍കാന്‍ സുപ്രീം കോടതി ഒരാ‍ഴ്ച സമയം നല്‍കി.ശബരിമല വിധിയുടെ പുന പരിശോധനയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വാദങ്ങള്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയായി. ഹര്‍ജികളില്‍ വിധി ഇന്നുണ്ടാവില്ല. ഹര്‍ജികളില്‍ വാദം പൂര്‍ത്തിയായതിനെത്തുടര്‍ന്നാണ് വിധി പറയാന്‍ മാറ്റിയത്.വാദ ത്തിന് അവസരം ലഭിക്കാത്തവര്‍ക്ക് വാദം എ‍ഴുതി നല്‍കാമെന്ന് സുപ്രീം കോടതി വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരുന്നു. ഏ‍ഴു ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ വാദം എ‍ഴുതി നല്‍കാനാണ് കോടതി ഉത്തരവിട്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്.വിധിയില്‍ പുനഃപരിശോധന ആവശ്യമില്ലെന്ന് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കോടതിയില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാറിന് വേണ്ടി അഡ്വ. ജയദീപ് ഗുപ്ത ഹാജരായി. പലവാദങ്ങളും കേട്ടിട്ടില്ലെന്നത് പുന പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് കാരണമല്ലെന്നും വിധിയ്ക്ക് ആധാരം തുല്യതയെന്നും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കോടതിയില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.തുല്യതയും വിവേചനമില്ലായ്മയും ഭരണഘടന ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് പാലിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുള്ള വിധിയാണ് ശബരിമലയിലെ ഇപ്പോ‍ഴത്തെ വിധി. ക്രമ സമാധാനം തകര്‍ന്നുവെന്നത് വിധി പുന പരിശോധിക്കാനുള്ള ഒരു കാരണമല്ലെന്നും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കോടതിയില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ഹെെക്കോടതിയിലെ കേസുകള്‍ കൂടി സുപ്രീം കോടതിയിലേക്ക് മാറ്റണമെന്നും നിരീക്ഷണ സമിതിയുടെ ആവശ്യമില്ലെന്നും സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കോടതിയില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ കോടതിയില്‍ നടത്തിയ പ്രധാന വാദങ്ങള്‍,1.വിധിയില്‍ പുനപരിശോധന ആവശ്യമില്ല
2.പുതിയ ഒരു വാദവും ഉന്നയിക്കാന്‍ ഹര്‍ജിക്കാര്‍ക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല.
3.വിധിക്ക് ആധാരം തുല്യത
4. പുനപരിശോധനയ്‌ക്ക് തക്കതായ പിഴവ് വിധിയില്‍ ഇല്ല.
