वीडियो में आप जिस शख्स को देख रहे हैं वो कोई और नहीं बल्कि मशहूर शायर मुनव्वर राणा है जिनकी शायरी पर आज कल तक तालियां बजाया करते थे लेकिन आज ये जनाब अलग ही राग अलाप रहे हैं दरअसल ये महाशय शायरी छोड़ बच्चों की गिनती करने में क्यूं जुट गए वो भी आपको बता दें, यूपी और असम सहित कई राज्यों में जनसंख्या नियंत्रण के लिए सरकारें कवायद कर रही हैं ऐसे में टू चाइल्ड पॉलिसी को लागू करने के पीछे सरकार का मकसद है कि जनसंख्या का नियंत्रण करना ऐसे में महाशय का कहना कि दो बच्चे तो एऩकाउंटर में मारे जाते हैं जबकि तीसरे को कोरोना ले जाएगा तो इन्होंने तो टू-चाइल्ड पॉलिसी पर कुछ सेकेंड में ही पलीता फेर दिया इनकी ऐसी बातें सुनकर हमें शर्म आती है कि सबको समानता के लिए सरकारों द्वारा टू-चाइल्ड पॉलिसी का जहां इन्हें खुले दिल से स्वागत करना चाहिए तो वहीं ये रोना रो रहे हैं ।

दुनिया में बढ़ती आबादी चिंता का सबब बनती जा रही है यूएन की हालिया जारी की गई रिपोर्ट में इस बात का दावा किया गया है कि अगर आबादी पर काबू नहीं किया गया तो ये बड़ी मुश्किल हो सकती है, साथ ही ये भी कहा गया कि भारत की आबादी तेजी से जिस तरह बढ़ रही है उससे एक बात साफ है कि ये चीन को पीछे छोड़कर साल 2060 तक दुनिया का सबसे ज्यादा आबादी वाला देश बन जाएगा जो देश की आर्थिक स्थिति को देखते हुए बेहद ही चिंता की बात है, यूएन की इस रिपोर्ट ने भारत सरकार के होश उड़ा दिए हैं इसी कड़ी में यूपी और असम ने अबादी नियंत्रण के लिए तुंरत ही टू-चाइल्ड पॉलिसी के मसौदे को तैयार किया है ।

Assam में 2 बच्चों की नीति लागू, अन्यथा नहीं मिलेगा सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ
देश में जनसंख्या नियंत्रण के लिए दो बच्चों की नीति पर विचार होने लगा है। खबर है कि उत्तर प्रदेश और असम में जल्द ही ये नीति लागू हो जायेगी। इन नीतियों के मुताबिक़ राज्य में सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ उन्हीं लोगों को दिया जाएगा, इस नीति का पालन करेंगे। उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य विधि आयोग ने जनसंख्या नियंत्रण के लिए कानून का मसौदा बनाना शुरू कर दिया है तो वहीं असम के मुख्यमंत्री हिमंता बिस्व सरमा ने भी घोषणा कर दी है कि राज्य सरकार कुछ विशेष सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ देने में दो बच्चा नीति लागू करेगी, दो से अधिक बच्चों के माता-पिता को राज्य में सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित रखा जा सकता है।
