निर्वाणी अखाड़ा के प्रखर जी महाराज पर रेप का मुकदमा दर्ज कराने वाली युवती बयान से पलटी

कानपुर में पिछले दिनों एक युवती के परिजनों ने निर्वाणी अखाड़ा के प्रखर जी महाराज पर युवती से रेप का मामला दर्ज कराया था। इस मामले में कथित पीड़ित युवती ने कानपुर कोर्ट पहुंच कर अपने बयान दर्ज कराए। युवती ने कहा कि उसके साथ न तो रेप हुआ और न ही उसे जबरन आश्रम में रखा गया। उसने खुद सन्यास लिया है। उसके परिजनों ने प्रखर जी महाराज पर जो अरोप लगाए वह बेबुनियाद हैं। युवती ने खुद को प्रखर जी महाराज की शिष्या बताया। उसने कहा कि 2019 में एसडीएम कोर्ट में एफिडेविट दिया था जिसमें उसने अपनी सन्यास की स्थिति को स्पष्ट कर दिया था। उसके बाद वह 6 महीने अपने घर में रही लेकिन उसके मां-बाप उसकी मनोस्थिति को नहीं समझ सके। मां बाप ने मनोस्थिति को समझने के बजाय उसके साथ मारपीट की। वह अपनी मर्जी से प्रखर जी महाराज के आश्रम में रह रही है उसके साथ कोई जबरदस्ती नहीं की गई। वहीं प्रखर जी महाराज की तरफ से महिला आयोग की सदस्य पूनम कपूर और युवती के मां बाप पर पांच करोड़ की मानहानि का दावा किया है। जिसके सम्बंध में कोर्ट में केस फाइल कर दिया गया है। आपको बता दें कि पिछले दिनों युवती के परिजनों ने प्रखर जी महाराज पर युवती से रेप करने और उसे बंधक बनाने का आरोप लगाया था। जिस पर किदवई नगर थाने पर प्रखर जी महाराज के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज हुआ था। इसी के के सिलसिले में युवती आज अपने बयान दर्ज कराने कोर्ट पहुंची थी।

तबरेज़ राना को अपने पिता के उलट उत्तर प्रदेश में डर नहीं लगता है।मुनव्वर राना के बेटे तबरेज़ राना को आज ज़मानत मिल गई है।रात तक़रीबन आठ बजे जेल से रिहाई के बाद तबरेज़ राना ने पूरे घटनाक्रम पर सफाई देते हुए अपने पिता के बयान के उलट कहा कि मुसलमान होने के नाते उन्हें उत्तर प्रदेश में कोई डर नहीं लगता है।तबरेज़ ने कहा कि मेरा परिवार भाजपा की विचारधारा से मेल नहीं खाता है लेकिन उनके हिन्दू दोस्तों का जीवन में बहुत योगदान रहा है।अपने ऊपर अब तक लगाए गए सभी इल्ज़ामात को निराधार बताते हुए तबरेज़ ने कहा कि उनके चाचाओं ने ज़मीन हाथियाने के जो भी इल्ज़ाम लगाए हैं सभी निराधार हैं। हम बता दें कि मुनव्वर राना के बेटे तबरेज़ राना पर आरोप है कि उन्होंने खुद पर 28 जून को फायरिंग कराई थी।पुलिस के मुताबिक तबरेज़ ने खुद पर फायरिंग अपने चाचाओं को फंसाने के लिए करवाया था।पूरे मामले के पीछे पुश्तैनी ज़मीन का विवाद बताया गया है।इसी मामले में तबरेज़ को कल उनके लखनऊ आवास से रायबरेली पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया था।

बीते दिनों होशियारपुर के थाना मेहटियाना के S.H.O पर नशा बेचने के आरोप लगे थे,पर इसी गाँव के लोगों ने गुरूवार को प्रैस कान्फ़्रेंस करके इन आरोपों को बेबुनियाद बताया है। गाँव की पंचायत का कहना है कि सुखजिन्दर की तरफ से एस.एच.ओ और कई मुलाजिमों पर लगाऐ आरोप सरासर गलत हैं। उन्होंने सरकार को इस मामले की गंभीरता के साथ जांच करने की अपील की है।
