Now many companies are developing the database for the FlexJobs, and has identified as the top priority many companies to achieve their objectives.



    However, it’s a common assumption that this type of job must be a freelance or contract role, but the vast majority of work-from-anywhere jobs are now visible in many corporates. For many people, remote work is the ideal way to work. You get the income stability and benefits of being an employee, plus the freedom to work wherever fits you best. You get to ditch the soul-crushing commute and, yes, work in your pajamas if you like. Before you throw out all your suits, though, you have to land the job. With the current situation, working remotely is no longer the future of work. It’s a present situation many of us are facing right now.   • Work from anywhere has influenced the growth of mobile gaming

    India is a young country, with nearly half of the population under the age of 25, gamers are everywhere. The smartphone is a key daily driver for consumers living in cities and towns beyond Tier-I and there has been a whopping growth of 120% spike in work productivity on smartphones during Covid-19 in cities and towns. When we see the data point, the number of active users recorded as 451 million in 2019, are expected to reach 829 million by 2021 and it is expected to reach the 859 million mark by 2022. Work from Anywhere concept has influenced the growth of mobile gaming , it has taken center stage by claiming 85% of the online gaming landscape in the country.



    India’s gaming industry is slated to become 10 times larger than all other entertainment businesses put together in the next 5-7 years, but the potential gamers are battling with multiple challenges. They include the lack of awareness about the ecosystem, absence of affordable infrastructure and misgivings about gaming as a serious profession. To be sure, e-sports will be a medal event in the 2022 Asian games. The International Olympic Committee has for the first time, this month, announced a global esports tournament, the Olympic Virtual Series (OVS), which will be held in the lead-up to the Tokyo Olympics. However, currently, esports is not formally recognised by the sports authority or the Indian Olympics Association. MPL said mobile esports is the best way to democratise esports, and recently launched the MPL Digital Scholarships to award deserving esports athletes with financial support.
