लखनऊ : विधानसभा चुनाव में जनता के बीच बसपा वादों का पिटारा लेकर नहीं जाएगी, बल्कि उपलब्धियों के खजाने से लोगों को लुभाएगी। चार बार के शासन में हुए कार्यों का पार्टी ने पत्रक (फोल्डर) तैयार कराया है, उसे जन-जन तक पहुंचाया जाएगा।
बसपा की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मायावती ने पार्टी कार्यालय में उपलब्धियों का पत्रक जारी करते हुए कहा कि यह आम लोगों तक पहुंचाया जाएगा, ताकि लोग जान सके कि इसी तर्ज पर बसपा विकास कार्य कराएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि बसपा की सरकार बनने पर सर्वजन हिताय सर्वजन सुखाय पर काम करेंगे। उम्मीद जताई कि 2007 की तरह ही 2022 में भी विधानसभा चुनाव का परिणाम आएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी घोषणापत्र जारी नहीं करती, बल्कि विकास कार्य करके दिखाने में विश्वास करती है। बसपा ने ही देश की आजादी के बाद सबसे अधिक विकास कराया है।

यूपी के कौशांबी जिले में समाजवादी पार्टी की जनादेश यात्रा विभिन्न जगहों से होती हुई रविवार को कौशांबी जनपद के करारी स्थित मेला मैदान पहुची। समाजवादी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव एंव पूर्व कैबिनेट मंत्री इंद्रजीत सरोज़ ने जनसभा को सम्बोधित करते हुए विपक्ष पर हमलावर रहे। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा की सरकार में जनता बेहाल हैं, महगाई चरम पर हैं, अन्याय, अत्याचार चरम पर हैं, किसानों को टायरों के नीचे रौंदा जा रहा हैं। यही जनादेश यात्रा का उद्देश्य हैं। डिप्टी सीएम केशव प्रसाद मौर्य के सपा,बसपा और कांग्रेस को जनता द्वारा नकारने के सवाल पर कहा कि अराजकता की सरकार तो अब है,इस सरकार में चुन चुन कर गुंडे बचाये जा रहा है और बड़े गुंडो को संरक्षण दिया जा रहा है।वही बसपा सुप्रीमो मायावती और ओवैसी पर भाजपा के लिए काम करने का आरोप भी लगाया है।उन्होंने कहा कि मायावती दलितों का बंटवारा करना चाहती है और ओवैसी मुस्लिमो का बंटवारा करना चाहते है।समाज अब जाग चुका है ।

आजमगढ़ में जिस प्रकार से विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर सभी पार्टियां तैयारी कर रही हैं उसी प्रकार राष्ट्रीय उलेमा काउंसिल भी ताल ठोकने में लगी है। राष्ट्रीय उलेमा काउंसिल, पीस पार्टी व अन्य छोटे-छोटे दलों के साथ यूनाइटेड डेमोक्रेटिक एलाइंस के नाम से गठबंधन कर लोगों को कॉन्ग्रेस, सपा, बसपा और भाजपा का विकल्प देने के प्रयास में जुटी है। राष्ट्रीय उलेमा काउंसिल ने अपने 13वें स्थापना दिवस पर आजमगढ़ में कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ बैठक कर संगठन की मजबूती के साथ चुनाव को लेकर रणनीति तय की। राष्ट्रीय उलेमा काउंसिल का गठन 13 वर्ष पूर्व 4 अक्टूबर 2008 को तब हुआ था जब दिल्ली का बटला कांड मुख्य मुद्दा बना हुआ था। मुठभेड़ की न्यायिक जांच की मांग को लेकर तमाम आंदोलन हुए थे और आजमगढ़ से लेकर दिल्ली तक धरना प्रदर्शन का दौर कई वर्षों तक जारी था। राष्ट्रीय उलेमा काउंसिल अब तमाम मुद्दों को लेकर लोगों को खासकर मुस्लिम वर्ग को उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक करने का प्रयास कर रही है। उत्तर प्रदेश के आजमगढ़ में गठन के बाद अब लखनऊ, कानपुर, जौनपुर समेत कई जिलों में अपनी उपस्थिति को दर्ज कराया है। आजमगढ़ के एक गेस्ट हाउस में 13वें स्थापना दिवस पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश प्रवक्ता तलहा रशादी पार्टी ने पार्टी की नीति व लक्ष्य बारे में जानकारी दी और कहा कि जिस प्रकार से 30 साल तक कांग्रेस का शासन लोगों ने देखा। उसके बाद सपा बसपा और भाजपा का शासन भी देख लोग ऊब गए हैं। उलेमा काउंसिल यूनाइटेड डेमोक्रेटिक एलायन्स बनाकर इसका विकल्प देने का प्रयास कर रही है। समाज के एक खास वर्ग को लगातार उपेक्षित किया जाता रहा है। इसके अलावा युवाओं, किसानों, गरीब तबके और तमाम मुद्दे ऐसे हैं जिन पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया। कहा कि उलेमा काउंसिल ऐसा राजनीतिक दल है जो आंदोलन की कोख से जन्मा है और आज अन्याय अत्याचार के विरुद्ध जनता की मजबूत आवाज बनकर उभरा है।

यूपी के कौशांबी में चायल विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अशरफपुर (मरधरा) गांव में प्रदेश सरकार के श्रम सेवायोजन एवं समन्वयक मंत्री स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य ने चक्रवर्ती सम्राट अशोक की लाट का अनावरण किया। निर्धारित समय से लगभग ढाई घन्टे से देर से पहुंचे मंत्री का कार्यकर्ताओं ने भव्य स्वागत एवं अभिनंदन किया। उन्होंने अपने उद्बोधन में भाजपा सरकार के साढ़े चार साल में कराए गए विकास कार्यों को गिनाया। इसके अलावा केंद्र सरकार की जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओ के बारे में भी जानकारी दी। मीडिया के सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश से अब बसपा का खेल खत्म हो रहा है, क्योंकि मायावती ने बाबा साहब के मिशन को ध्वस्त कर दिया है। इसके अलावा मान्यवर कांशीराम के विचारों का गला घोट दिया है। बहन मायावती ने बसपा को अपनी निजी संपत्ति समझ लिया है। आर्थिक स्रोत का संसाधन मान लिया है। उन्होंने बसपा के सारे अरमानों पर पानी फेरने का काम किया है। बसपा सुप्रीमो अब किसी के हाथों में कोई कमान बसपा सौंप दे। अब बसपा का कोई भला होने वाला नहीं है। यूपी की राजनीति से बसपा को लोगों ने खारिज कर दिया है। सपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष नरेश उत्तम पटेल पर निशाना साधते हुए स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्या ने कहा कि प्रदेश की जनता देख रही है, किसकी सरकार में दंगे होते थे। बहन, बेटियों की आबरू लूट ली जाती थी। दिनदहाड़े हत्या जैसे जघन्य अपराध होते थे। अब जब सब को न्याय मिल रहा है तो सपा को तारीफ करना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि मनीष के हत्यारों को भी जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा, क्योंकि कानून के शिकंजे से आज तक कोई भी आरोपी बच नहीं पाया है।

उत्तर प्रदेश के सीतापुर जनपद के सिधौली में आज मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ का दौरा था सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ का हेलीकॉप्टर उतरते हैं लोगों की भीड़ मुख्यमंत्री की एक झलक पाने के लिए कार्यक्रम स्थल पर उमड़ने लगी चारों तरफ लोगों की भीड़ थी जो मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ को सुनना चाहती थी मंच पर पहुंचते ही सबसे पहले मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने सीतापुर की धरती को प्रणाम किया उन्होंने बताया सीतापुर की धरती 84 हजार ऋषियों की तपोभूमि है और हमारी सांस्कृतिक सभ्यता की प्रतीक है जिसके लिए वह सदैव सीतापुर की नैमिष की पावन धरती को प्रणाम करते हैं अपने संबोधन को आगे बढ़ाते हुए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने विरोधी पार्टियों पर निशाना साधते हुए बताया वर्ष 2017 से पहले पूरे यूपी में बिजली नहीं आती थी लखनऊ का सबसे नजदीक जिला होने के बावजूद भी सीतापुर में कोई भी विकास कार्य नहीं होता था बिजली की दशा बहुत खराब थी लेकिन अब हालात ऐसे हैं कि सीतापुर जेल में भी बिजली आती है गौरतलब है सपा सांसद आजम खान सीतापुर की जिला जेल में बंद है जिसके बाद मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने सपा और बसपा पर तंज कसते हुए बताया कि पूर्व की सरकारों में क्या कभी किसी गरीब को महीने में दो बार राशन मिलता था सरकार से राशन तो दिया जाता था लेकिन वह सारा राशन सैफ़ई चला जाता था या बहन जी के हाथी का पेट इतना बड़ा है कि सारा राशन उसके पेट में समा जाता था मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने बताया केंद्र की भाजपा सरकार और सूबे की भाजपा सरकार दोनों मिलकर लोगों को जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ लगातार दे रहे और आने वाले समय में भी जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से लोगों को लाभान्वित किया जाता रहेगा और विकास योजनाएं लगातार संचालित होती रहेंगी

जनपद आजमगढ़ में आये कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अजय कुमार लल्लू ने अखिलेश यादव के संसदीय क्षेत्र में अखिलेश पर जमकर निशाना साधा। अजय कुमार लल्लू ने पत्रकारों से सवाल करते हुए कहा कि जब पूरा प्रदेश सीएए, एनआरसी से परेशान था तब भी अखिलेश यादव अपने घर से बाहर नहीं निकले। आजमगढ़ की जनता उन्हें खोज रही थी। अखिलेश यादव को किसी ने घर से बाहर निकलते नहीं देखा है। आज लगातार महिलाओं, युवाओं व किसानों पर जुल्म ढ़ाया जा रहा है।
सपा, बसपा, भाजपा पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि विगत 32 वर्षों से प्रदेश की जनता को धोखा देने का काम किया जा रहा है। चुनाव में किसी दल से गठबंधन के सवाल पर प्रदेश अध्यक्ष का कहना है कि कांग्रेस का गठबंधन गांव, गरीब व आवाम की जनता से हो चुका है। आने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव में कांग्रेस सरकार बनाने जा रही है, लोगों में बहुत उत्साह है। वाराणसी में प्रियंका गांधी की रैली को लेकर पूर्वांचल के लोग तैयारियों में लगे हुए हैं। कांग्रेस का प्रतिज्ञा रथ यात्रा का प्रशिक्षण होना है। इसके साथ ही कांग्रेस का जय भारत महासंपर्क अभियान शुरू हो चुका है। जहां भी प्रशिक्षण अभी पूरा नहीं हुआ हैं जल्द पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।

यूपी0 के सन्तकबीरनगर जिले के जिला कारागार का उद्घाटन करने के साथ ही 219 करोड़ की 106 परियोजनाओं का लोकार्पण किया है जबकि 26 करोड़ की परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास बटन दबाकर किया है । और जिले को सीएम योगी ने मेडिकल कालेज की सौगात देने की बात कहा है ।

उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव की तैयारी का आगाज कर रहे चीफ AIMIM असदुद्दीन ओवैसी ने कहा है कि इस बार यूपी का मुसलमान चुनाव जीतेगा। 100 सीटों पर लड़ने का ऐलान कर चुके ओवैसी ने कहा कि मुस्लिमों के हालात बदतर हैं। हमारी पार्टी के यहां लड़ने से दूसरी पार्टियों के पेट में दर्द क्यों हो रहा है।
लखनऊ में ओवैसी ने जेल में बंद बाहुबली अतीक अहमद की पत्नी को पार्टी में शामिल कराया। उन्होंने कहा हमारी पार्टी का मुख्य उद्देश्य भारतीय जनता पार्टी को हराना है। हिंदुओं को टिकट देने के सवाल पर ओवैसी ने कहा कि पिछड़े और दलित हमारे भाई हैं बिल्कुल टिकट देंगे।
ओवैसी ने कहा हम जनता के बीच जाएंगे और बताएंगे कि सपा और बसपा की तरफ से हमें राजनीति तौर पर अछूत बनाने की कोशिश में लगी हुई है। सपा सरकार में भी मुस्लिम-यादव समीकरण से सरकार और मुख्यमंत्री तो बनाते हैं लेकिन हिस्सेदारी नहीं रह जाती है। मुजफ्फरनगर दंगों के समय भी अखिलेश ही सीएम थे।

कानपुर में बसपा प्रबुद्ध वर्ग सम्मेलन को सम्बोधित करने के बाद बसपा के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव सतीश चंद्र मिश्रा ने कहा कि बीजेपी ने हमारे सम्मेलनों को रोकने की कोशिश की। हमारे 74 जिलों में सम्मेलन करने के बाद बीजेपी प्रबुद्ध वर्ग सम्मेलन करने के लिए निकल रही है। जहां बीजेपी के लोग सम्मेलन करने जाएंगे जनता उनसे सवाल पूछेगी। दरअसल बीजेपी ने विकास का काम किया ही नही है लोगों को गुमराह करने का काम किया है। सपा ने भी सम्मेलन शुरु किया था उनका सम्मेलन केवल एक दिन चला। देखना होगा बीजेपी का प्रबुद्ध वर्ग सम्मेलन एक दिन चलता है या फिर दो दिन। इसके साथ ही उनहोंने दावा किया कि इस बार भी बसपा की सोशल इन्जीनियरिंग काम करेगी। ब्राम्हण समाज के लोग जिस तरह से बसपा से जुड़ रहे हैं बसपा 2007 के करिश्मे को न केवल दोहराएगी बल्कि उससे ज्यादा सीटें जीतेगी।

मिशन 2022 के लिए सभी पार्टियां जुट गई है । सभी राजनीतिक दल चुनावी किला फतेह करने के लिए कोई भी कसर नहीं छोड़ना चाहते हैं । बसपा ने चुनावी तैयारी में एक कदम आगे बढ़ाते हुए अपने प्रत्याशियों की घोषणा करना शुरू कर दिया है । कानपुर की बिल्हौर विधानसभा से मधु गौतम को मैदान में उतारा गया इसकी घोषणा पार्टी कार्यकर्ता सम्मेलन में आए सेक्टर प्रभारी व एमएलसी भीमराव अंबेडकर और नौशाद अली ने की कार्यकर्ताओं के समक्ष की । उन्होंने कहा कि बिल्हौर विधानसभा में ज्यादातर बाहरी लोग चुनाव जीतकर चले जाते हैं । ऐसे में बहुजन समाज पार्टी ने निर्णय लिया है की क्षेत्र की एक शिक्षित महिला को उम्मीदवार बनाया है । ताकि क्षेत्र का विकास हो सके । वक्ताओं के मुताबिक लाइन ऑर्डर मायावती के राज में बेहतर रहता था और विकास की गंगा बहती थी । अब जनता 2022 के चुनाव में बसपा को वोट देने के लिए आतुर है । उधर कार्यकर्ता सम्मेलन के दौरान पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं ने एमएलसी भीमराव अंबेडकर और नौशाद अली को प्रतीक चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया इस दौरान पार्टी कार्यकर्ता बहुजन समाज पार्टी के पक्ष में नारेबाजी कर रहे थे । मिशन 2022 कौन फतेह करेगा यह तो भविष्य के गर्त में है । लेकिन राजनैतिक दलों की तैयारियों को देखकर लगता है 2022 का चुनावी मुकाबला दिलचस्प होगा
