Bicep / Tricep Workout For MASSIVE ARMS! (Hindi / Punjabi)
Advance Series. We now do a Big Tricep and Bicep Advanced level Killer ARMS WORKOUT. A really good arm workout. We are now well into the series so things are getting tougher. Remember that your tricep is a bigger muscle than your bicep, so if you want bigger arms, you should work on Tricep as well. Build big arms with this bicep tricep workout.
The advance series for bodybuilding is to be followed after you have completed the Beginner series and the Intermediate series. In this series remember that you should do each cycle for 4 weeks before you move on to the next cycle. If you feel that you are advance level and have been working out for a long time you can follow this series then.
This is Cycle 3, we now do ARMS Workout for Big MASS. Remember we go advance we go with a pro level pattern.

Advance Series. We now do a Advanced level Killer ARMS WORKOUT. An Advanced Arm Workout. Remember that your tricep is a bigger muscle than your bicep, so if you want bigger arms, you should work on Tricep as well. In this we will do triceps first than Biceps.
