Bhumi Pednekar recently appeared in the comedy Thank You For Coming and the film invited some extreme reactions from the viewers. While some praised the film for its bold concept, some shamed it for that. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble host Akash Bhatnagar, Bhumi spoke about the latter group of people and slammed them for the shaming. She expressed her disappointment towards people who didn’t criticise the film but its intent. The actress discussed the prevalent gender bias and how people never took offence when she was a part of such stories told from a male perspective. She pointed out how Pankaj Tripathi and Akshay Kumar starrer OMG 2 was supported by the same people who shamed her film, when somewhere they dealt with the same subject. Bhumi revealed if not getting any support from women within the industry disappointed her. She highlighted the hypocrisy of the situation that people accept objectification of women but have a problem with them talking about their sexuality. You can watch the entire conversation here.

The story of Baisakhi Festival began with the martyrdom of Guru Teg Bahadur, the ninth Sikh Guru who was publicly beheaded by the Aurungzeb, the Mughal ruler. Russia's president shares "political responsibility" for the assassination of opposition leader Boris Nemtsov, the late politician's daughter said Friday in her first TV interview since his death in central Moscow last week.
Zhanna Nemtsova, who said she has no faith in the Russian investigation into the killing, said she believes his death will only deter other opposition voices, rather than embolden them.
"I cannot blame him (Putin) directly, (but) I would say that our authorities, including the president of Russia, have political responsibility as the head of state," Nemtsova told CNN's Matthew Chance.
Nemtsova says she has no evidence about who ordered the murder, but that "it's evident that it's politically motivated."
Nemtsov, 55, was shot dead last Friday night as he walked near the Kremlin with his girlfriend. A former deputy prime minister, he was one of Putin's harshest critics and had been arrested several times for speaking against the government.
No one has been arrested, though Russia's Federal Security Service chief has said there are suspects.
The Kremlin has suggested Nemtsov may have been killed by enemies of Russia intent on creating political discord, but many Nemtsov supporters suspect Putin's administration of involvement.

Two approaches to boosting obese men's sperm have been presented at the annual meeting of the Endocrine Society.
The first suggested that obese men who lost weight were more likely get their partners pregnant.
The second found that a cancer drug helped some infertile men have children.
Experts said the approaches were interesting alternatives to IVF and were opening up "real possibilities" for men.
Weight loss is already widely advised for women struggling to conceive and obesity has long been suspected as a factor in male infertility.
A team at the University of Sherbrooke in Canada say they have conducted the first study to help men lose weight and see if it improved the chances of conception.
'Thrilled'
In 65 couples who had been referred to a fertility clinic, the men were sent to weekly group sessions on nutrition and physical activity for a year.
The study showed the men who conceived were those who had lost the most weight.
The research group said they were "thrilled" by the results.
One of the researchers, Dr Jean-Patrice Baillargeon, said: "This is the first prospective study suggesting that male partners who improve their weight also increase the odds for the couple to conceive."

The US space agency's Dawn probe has gone into orbit around Ceres, the largest object in the Solar System between Mars and Jupiter.
A signal from the satellite confirming its status was received by ground stations at 13:36 GMT.
Ceres is the first of the dwarf planets to be visited by a spacecraft.
Scientists hope to glean information from the object that can tell them about the Solar System's beginnings, four and a half billion years ago.
Dawn has taken 7.5 years to reach its destination. Its arrival has seen it pass behind the dwarf to its "dark side".
Over the next month, controllers will re-shape the orbit to get it ready to begin the prime science phase.
And over time, the intention is to progressively lower the orbit until the probe is just a few hundred km above the surface.
"We feel exhilarated," said Chris Russell, the mission's principal investigator from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
"We have much to do over the next year and a half, but we are now on station with ample reserves, and a robust plan to obtain our science objectives."

Customs officials in Bangladesh have seized gold worth around $1.7m (£1.1m) from the hand luggage of a North Korean diplomat.
Son Young-nam, first secretary at the North Korean embassy in Dhaka, landed in the city on a flight from Singapore on Thursday night.
His baggage was searched and almost 27kg (59lb) of gold bars and ornaments were recovered.
Authorities in Bangladesh say they plan to pursue charges against him.
Mr Son initially refused to allow customs officers and police to examine his luggage.
"He insisted that his bags cannot be scanned because he's carrying a red passport and he enjoys diplomatic immunity," Moinul Khan, head of Bangladesh's customs intelligence department told AFP.
'Drama'
Mr Khan said the diplomat was told that more than 2kg of gold could not be brought into the country.
"After more than four hours of drama, he gave in and we found gold bars and gold ornaments weighing 26.795kg (59lb), which is worth 130 million taka ($1.67m, £1.1m)," he added.
The gold was confiscated and the diplomat was released under the Vienna Convention.
However, Bangladeshi authorities have said they plan to prosecute Mr Son.
Mr Khan added: "It's a clear case of smuggling. We believe he would have sold the gold to a local criminal racket. He is being used as a carrier."

A Palestinian has rammed his car into a group of Israeli pedestrians in Jerusalem, injuring four policewomen and another bystander, police say.
It happened on the seam of East and West Jerusalem, close to the site of a series of similar attacks last year.
Police say the driver, from East Jerusalem, tried to stab people before he was shot and wounded by officers.
The incident came shortly after Palestinian officials voted to halt security co-operation with Israel.
Those injured in the attack are being treated in hospital. None of them are said to be seriously wounded.
Police spokeswoman Luba Samri called the incident a "terror attack". It took place as the streets were busy with people celebrating the Jewish holiday of Purim.
The Palestine Liberation Organisation (PLO) decided to suspend co-operation, part of 1993 peace accords with Israel, at a meeting on Thursday night.
It follows Israel's decision to suspend the transfer of taxes to the Palestinians after they applied to join the International Criminal Court to pursue war crimes allegations against Israel.
Last year, Palestinian militants killed three Israelis and an Ecuadorian woman in attacks using vehicles in Jerusalem as tensions soared between Israel and the Palestinians.
Israel has occupied East Jerusalem since the 1967 Middle East war and annexed it in a move not recognised internationally.
