ശബരിമല സ്ത്രീ പ്രവേശനത്തില് സർക്കാരിനും ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡിനും നേരേ ശക്തമായ പ്രതിഷേധം തുടരവേ ശബരിമലയിലെ കാണിക്ക വരുമാനത്തിൽ വലിയ കുറവു.തുലാമാസപൂജയ്ക്ക് നട തുറന്ന 17 മുതൽ നാലുദിവസത്തെ കാണിക്ക വരുമാനം മുൻവർഷം ഇതേകാലത്ത് ലഭിച്ചതിനേക്കാൾ 44.50 ലക്ഷം രൂപ കുറവാണ്. തുലാമാസപൂജയ്ക്ക് നട തുറന്നശേഷം എറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തിരക്കനുഭവപ്പെട്ടത് ശനിയാഴ്ചയാണ്. യുവതീപ്രവേശ വിഷയത്തിൽ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡ് ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിൽ കാണിക്ക ഇടരുതെന്ന് വിവിധ സംഘടനകൾ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. അത്കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിൽനിന്ന് കാണിക്ക പണത്തിനുപകരം ‘സ്വാമി ശരണം, സേവ് ശബരിമല’ എന്നെഴുതിയ ഒട്ടേറെ പേപ്പറുകൾ ലഭിച്ചു. അതേസമയം തുലാമാസ പൂജകള് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കി ശബരിമല നട തിങ്കളാഴ്ച രാത്രി 10 മണിക്ക് അടയ്ക്കും. തിങ്കളാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് ഏഴുമണിക്കു ശേഷം അയ്യപ്പന്മാരെ സന്നിധാനത്തേക്ക് കടത്തിവിടില്ല. ചിത്തിര ആട്ടവിശേഷത്തിന് നവംബര് അഞ്ചിന് വൈകിട്ട് അഞ്ചുമണിക്ക് ക്ഷേത്രം വീണ്ടും തുറക്കും. ആറാം തിയതി രാത്രി 10 ന് നട അടയ്ക്കും. തുടര്ന്ന് നവംബര് 16 ന് വൈകീട്ട് അഞ്ചിന് മണ്ഡലപൂജയ്ക്കായി തുറക്കും. ഡിസംബര് 27 വരെയാണ് മണ്ഡലപൂജ.ശബരിമലയില് യുവതീപ്രവേശനത്തിന് അനുമതി നല്കിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള സുപ്രീം കോടതി വിധിക്കു ശേഷമുള്ള ആദ്യത്തെ നട തുറക്കലായിരുന്നു തുലാമാസ പൂജകള്ക്കു വേണ്ടി നടത്തിയത്.ഭക്തരും മാധ്യമപ്രവര്ത്തകരും ഉള്പ്പെടെ പത്തോളം സ്ത്രീകളാണ് ദര്ശനം പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ച് എത്തിയത്. എന്നാല് പ്രതിഷേധത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് പിന്വാങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.

general secretary Sitaram Yechury on Wednesday lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for criticising the party-led government in Kerala over the Sabarimala row and claimed his statements amounted to "contempt of court".
Addressing a gathering of BJP workers in Kollam on Tuesday, PM Modi had said the conduct of Kerala's CPM-led LDF government on the Sabarimala issue would go down in the history as one of the "most shameful behaviours by any party and government".
PM Modi had also said the Congress and Communists were talking about gender justice in the Sabarimala issue but their actions were "just opposite".
Mr Yechury condemned PM Modi for his remarks.

ശബരിമല സ്ത്രീ പ്രവേശനത്തില് സർക്കാരിനും ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡിനും നേരേ ശക്തമായ പ്രതിഷേധം തുടരവേ ശബരിമലയിലെ കാണിക്ക വരുമാനത്തിൽ വലിയ കുറവു.തുലാമാസപൂജയ്ക്ക് നട തുറന്ന 17 മുതൽ നാലുദിവസത്തെ കാണിക്ക വരുമാനം മുൻവർഷം ഇതേകാലത്ത് ലഭിച്ചതിനേക്കാൾ 44.50 ലക്ഷം രൂപ കുറവാണ്. തുലാമാസപൂജയ്ക്ക് നട തുറന്നശേഷം എറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തിരക്കനുഭവപ്പെട്ടത് ശനിയാഴ്ചയാണ്. യുവതീപ്രവേശ വിഷയത്തിൽ പ്രതിഷേധിച്ച് ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡ് ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിൽ കാണിക്ക ഇടരുതെന്ന് വിവിധ സംഘടനകൾ ആഹ്വാനം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. അത്കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഭണ്ഡാരത്തിൽനിന്ന് കാണിക്ക പണത്തിനുപകരം ‘സ്വാമി ശരണം, സേവ് ശബരിമല’ എന്നെഴുതിയ ഒട്ടേറെ പേപ്പറുകൾ ലഭിച്ചു. അതേസമയം തുലാമാസ പൂജകള് പൂര്ത്തിയാക്കി ശബരിമല നട തിങ്കളാഴ്ച രാത്രി 10 മണിക്ക് അടയ്ക്കും. തിങ്കളാഴ്ച വൈകിട്ട് ഏഴുമണിക്കു ശേഷം അയ്യപ്പന്മാരെ സന്നിധാനത്തേക്ക് കടത്തിവിടില്ല. ചിത്തിര ആട്ടവിശേഷത്തിന് നവംബര് അഞ്ചിന് വൈകിട്ട് അഞ്ചുമണിക്ക് ക്ഷേത്രം വീണ്ടും തുറക്കും. ആറാം തിയതി രാത്രി 10 ന് നട അടയ്ക്കും. തുടര്ന്ന് നവംബര് 16 ന് വൈകീട്ട് അഞ്ചിന് മണ്ഡലപൂജയ്ക്കായി തുറക്കും. ഡിസംബര് 27 വരെയാണ് മണ്ഡലപൂജ.ശബരിമലയില് യുവതീപ്രവേശനത്തിന് അനുമതി നല്കിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള സുപ്രീം കോടതി വിധിക്കു ശേഷമുള്ള ആദ്യത്തെ നട തുറക്കലായിരുന്നു തുലാമാസ പൂജകള്ക്കു വേണ്ടി നടത്തിയത്.ഭക്തരും മാധ്യമപ്രവര്ത്തകരും ഉള്പ്പെടെ പത്തോളം സ്ത്രീകളാണ് ദര്ശനം പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ച് എത്തിയത്. എന്നാല് പ്രതിഷേധത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് പിന്വാങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.

പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണയിലാണ് ദര്ശനം നടത്തിയതെന്നും പമ്പയില് എത്തിയ ശേഷമാണ് പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതെന്നും ബിന്ദു
ശബരിമലയില് യുവതികള് ദര്ശനം നടത്തിയതിനെ തുടര്ന്ന് അടച്ച നട ശുദ്ധിക്രിയയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം വീണ്ടും തുറന്നു.
ശുദ്ധിക്രിയ വേണമെന്ന് തന്ത്രിയും മേല്ശാന്തിയും തീരുമാനിച്ചതോടെ പരിഹാരക്രിയ നടന്നു. തന്ത്രിയും മേൽശാന്തിയുമാണ് തീരുമാനം എടുത്തത്. ഇക്കാര്യം ദേവസ്വം ബോര്ഡിനെ അറിയിച്ചു. ശുദ്ധിക്രിയയ്ക്കായി സന്നിധാനത്ത് നിന്ന് തീര്ത്ഥാടകരെ മാറ്റി. പുലര്ച്ചെ തുറക്കുന്ന നട സാധാരണ ഗതിയില് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിക്കാണ് നട അടക്കാറ്. ആചാരം ലംഘനം നടന്നുവെന്ന് തന്ത്രി വിശദമാക്കിയിരുന്നു. നട അടച്ച കാര്യം തന്ത്രി ഫോണിലൂടെ അറിയിച്ചെന്ന് ദേവസ്വം പ്രസിഡന്റ് പ്രതികരിച്ചു.
നേരത്തെ ശബരിമലയില് പ്രവേശിക്കാനെത്തി പ്രതിഷേധത്തെ തുടര്ന്ന് മടങ്ങിയ ബിന്ദുവും കനകദുര്ഗയുമാണ് ശബരിമല ദര്ശനം നടത്തിയത്. ഇന്ന് പുലര്ച്ചെ 3.45 നോടുകൂടിയാണ് ഇരുവരും ശബരിമല ദര്ശനം നടത്തിയത്. ഇവര് മഫ്ടി പോലീസിന്റെ സുരക്ഷയിലായിരുന്നു ദര്ശനം നടത്തിയത്. 42ഉം 44ഉം വയസാണ് ബിന്ദുവിനും കനകദുര്ഗയ്ക്കും.
നേരത്തെ ഈ മാസം 24നാണ് കോഴിക്കോട് കൊയിലാണ്ടി സ്വദേശിനി ബിന്ദുവും, മലപ്പുറം സ്വദേശിനി കനകദുര്ഗയും ശബരിമല ദര്ശനത്തിനെത്തിയത്.
എന്നാല് കടുത്ത പ്രതിഷേധം കാരണം ഇവര് തിരിച്ചിറങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.
മലപ്പുറം അങ്ങാടിപ്പുറം സ്വദേശിയാണ് കനകദുര്ഗ.കോഴിക്കോട് കൊയിലാണ്ടി സ്വദേശിയാണ് ബിന്ദു. സുരക്ഷ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ഇവര് ഇന്നലെ പൊലീസിനെ സമീപിച്ചിരുന്നു.പൊലീസ് ഒരുക്കിയില്ലെങ്കില് സ്വന്തം നിലയില് എത്തുമെന്ന് ഇവർ അറിയിച്ചിരുന്നു. പരിമിതമായ സുരക്ഷ പൊലീസ് വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു.
പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണയിലാണ് ദര്ശനം നടത്തിയതെന്നും പമ്പയില് എത്തിയ ശേഷമാണ് പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടതെന്നും ബിന്ദു മാതൃഭൂമി ന്യൂസിനോട് പറഞ്ഞു. പമ്പയില് നിന്ന് സന്നിധാനം വരെയുള്ള പാതയില് ഏതാനും ഭക്തര് തങ്ങളെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. എന്നാല് പ്രതിഷേധമൊന്നും ഉണ്ടായില്ല.
ഭക്തര് മാത്രമേ സന്നിധാനത്ത് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂവന്നു അവർ പറഞ്ഞു.

केरल के मशहूर सबरीमाला मंदिर में रविवार की रात भगदड़ मच गई, जिसमें 31 श्रद्धालु जख्मी हुए है. इस भगदड़ में जख्मी श्रद्धालुओं में से कुछ की हालत नाजुक बनी हुई है. पथन मथिट्टा ज़िला अधिकारी के मुताबिक भारी भीड़ के कारण सन्निधानम और मल्लिकापुरा के बीच रस्सी से बना बेरिकेड टूटने से यह हादसा हुआ है...बताया जा रहा है कि 41 दिन के मंडला पूजा की समाप्ति से पहले रविवार को काफी भीड़ थी। भगवान अयप्पा द्वारा पहने जाने वाले पवित्र गहनों थंगा अंगि को मंदिर में पहुंचाने के लिए यात्रा निकाली गई थी, जिसमें हजारों श्रद्धालुओं ने भाग लिया था। सबरीमाला के देवास्वम मंत्री कडा कंपाली सुरेंद्रन ने बताया कि थंगा अंगि लाए जाने के दौरान श्रद्धालुओं की भारी भीड़ थी। इसी दौरान पहाड़ी पर रस्सी से बना बेरीकेड टूट गया ...और रस्सी के सहारे खड़े लोग एक दूसरे पर गिर पड़े...फिलहाल सभी घायलों का इलाज जारी है आपको बता दें कि केरल का यह सबरीमाला मंदिर विश्व के सभी तीर्थस्थानों के बीच विशिष्ट स्थान रखता है। एक अनुमान के अनुसार यहां हर साल 16 नवंबर से 14 जनवरी के बीच देशभर से लगभग 50-60 लाख तीर्थयात्री आते हैं।

വിശ്വാസികള്ക്ക് മാത്രമേ ക്ഷേത്രദര്ശനം അനുവദിക്കാവൂ എന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ബി.ജെ.പി. ഇന്റലക്ച്വല് സെല് സംസ്ഥാന കണ്വീനര് ടി.ജി.മോഹന്ദാസ് സമര്പ്പിച്ച ഹര്ജിയിലാണ് കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവ്. ശബരിമല എല്ലാവരുടേയുമാണ്, ഇരുമുടിക്കെട്ടില്ലാതെയും ശബരിമലയ്ക്ക് പോകാം. പതിനെട്ടാം പടിയിലൂടെ കയറാന് മാത്രമേ ഇരുമുടിക്കെട്ട് ആവശ്യമുള്ളു. അല്ലാത്തവര്ക്ക് നേരെ എതിര്വശത്തുള്ള നടയിലൂടെ സന്നിധാനത്തേക്ക് കടക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ശബരിമല ദര്ശനം സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഈ കീഴ് വഴക്കം നിലനിന്നു പോരുന്നതാണ്.നാനാജാതിമതസ്ഥര്ക്കും കടന്നുവരാവുന്ന ഇടമാണ് ശബരിമലയെന്ന് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടിയ കോടതി ഹർജിയിൽ അതൃപ്തി പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. സന്നിധാനം വാവര് സ്വാമിയുടെ ഹൃദയം ഇരിക്കുന്ന ഇടമാണെന്നും കോടതി അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. ഹർജിയിൽ സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരിന്റേയും ദേവസ്വം ബോർഡിന്റേയും വിശദീകരണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട കോടതി കേസ് രണ്ടാഴ്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം പരിഗണിക്കാൻ മാറ്റിവെച്ചു . അതേസമയം ശബരിമല ദര്ശനത്തിന് എത്തുന്ന യഥാര്ഥ വിശ്വാസിക്ക് സംരക്ഷണം നല്കുമെന്ന് സര്ക്കാര് ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ അറിയിച്ചു. സ്ത്രീയായാലും പുരുഷനായാലും അവര് യഥാര്ഥ വിശ്വാസിയാണെങ്കില് സംരക്ഷണം ഒരുക്കും.
പോലീസ് സംരക്ഷണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് വരുന്നവര് ആരാണെന്ന് വിശദമായി പരിശോധിക്കുമെന്നും സര്ക്കാര് കോടതിയില് അറിയിച്ചു.

ശബരിമലയ വിഷയവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ബിജെപിയും യുഡിഎഫും ഒത്തുകളിയാണെന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പിണറായി വിജയന്.
എന്നാല് ആര്എസ്എസും സര്ക്കാരുമായിട്ടാണ് ഒത്തുകളിയെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ച് പ്രതിപക്ഷവും രംഗത്തെത്തിയതോടെ നിയസഭയില് ബഹളമായി.ഇന്ന് നിയമസഭ ആരംഭിച്ച ഉടനെ പ്രതിപക്ഷനേതാവ് രമേശ് ചെന്നിത്തല യുഡിഎഫ് എംഎല്എമാര് ശബരിമല വിഷയത്തില് സഭാ കവാടത്തില് സത്യഗ്രഹമിരിക്കുമെന്ന് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. സഭാ നടപടികളോട് പ്രതിപക്ഷം സഹകരിക്കുമെന്നും അറിയിച്ചു. തുടര്ന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി എണീറ്റ് നിന്ന് പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തിന് വൈകി വന്ന വിവേകമാണിതെന്നും ബിജെപിയും യുഡിഎഫും തമ്മില് ശബരിമല സമരത്തില് ഒത്തുകളിക്കുകയാണെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു. എന്നാല് ആര്എസ്എസുമായിട്ട് സര്ക്കാരിനാണ് സഹകരണമെന്ന് പ്രതിപക്ഷനേതാവും ആരോപിച്ചു.
ശബരിമലയില് കലാപമുണ്ടാക്കാന് ആര്എസ്എസിന് സര്ക്കാര് അവസരം നല്കിഎന്ന് പ്രതിപക്ഷം ആരോപിച്ചു.
വത്സന് തില്ലങ്കേരിക്കാണ് ആഭ്യന്തര വകുപ്പിന്റെ ചുമതല നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ശബരിമലയില് അന്നദാനത്തിന് ആര്എസ്എസ് സംഘടനയെ ആണ് ഏല്പ്പിച്ചതെന്നും ചെന്നിത്തല പറഞ്ഞു. ഇതിനെതിരെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി വീണ്ടും മറുപടി നല്കി. രാഹുല് ഗാന്ധിയുടെ നിപാടിനോടല്ല കോണ്ഗ്രസുകാര് അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതെന്നും അമിത് ഷായുടെ വാക്കുകളാണ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞതോടെ പ്രതിപക്ഷ എംഎല്എമാര് നടുത്തളിലിറങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.ഇതിനിടെ ചില ഭരണപക്ഷ എംഎല്എമാരും രഗത്തെത്തിയതോടെ പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തെ കൂടുതല് പ്രകോപിപ്പിച്ചു.
മറുപടി നല്കാനായി പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവ് എണീറ്റെങ്കിലും സ്പീക്കര് അവസരം നല്കിയില്ല.

എന്നാല് 51 പേരുടെ പട്ടികയിൽ മുപ്പതിലേറെപ്പേരും പ്രായം അമ്പത് പിന്നിട്ടവരാണ്. തിരിച്ചറിയല് രേഖയിലെ ജനനതീയതി തെറ്റായി കിടക്കുന്നതാണ് പ്രായം കുറച്ച് രേഖപ്പെടുത്താന് കാരണമെന്ന് ഭുരിഭാഗം പേരും സമ്മതിക്കുന്നു. അതേസമയം പട്ടികയില് നല്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന 9 പേരുടെ മേല്വിലാസം പൂര്ണമായും തെറ്റാണ്.51 പേരില് മൂന്ന് തമിഴ്നാട്ടുകാരും രണ്ട് ആന്ധ്രാസ്വദേശികളും അടക്കം അഞ്ച് സ്ത്രീകള് ശബരിമലയില് ദര്ശനം നടത്തിയവരും അമ്പതില് താഴെ പ്രായമുള്ളവരുമാണ്.
44 വയസുള്ള ആന്ധ്ര ചിറ്റൂര് സ്വദേശി ശശികലയ്ക്കാണ് ഏറ്റവും പ്രായം കുറവ്.
വെല്ലൂരുകാരി മഹാലക്ഷ്മി, തിരുവള്ളൂര് സ്വദേശി കല, ഗുണ്ടൂരിലെ രമാദേവി എന്നിവര്ക്ക് 49 വയസാണ്. പക്ഷെ ആചാരം ലംഘിച്ചല്ല ദര്ശനമെന്ന് ഇവര് പറയുന്നു. വെല്ലൂരിലെ 48 കാരി ശാന്തിയാണ് ദര്ശനം സമ്മതിച്ച മറ്റൊരു സ്ത്രീ. പട്ടികയിലെ മുപ്പതിലേറെ സ്ത്രീകള് 50 പിന്നിട്ടവരാണ്. 62 കാരി ചന്ദിര 48കാരിയാകാനുള്ള കാരണം ഇങ്ങിനെ.ഇങ്ങിനെ ബുക്കിങിന് നല്കിയ തിരിച്ചറിയല് രേഖയിലെ ജനനത്തീയതിയിലെ തെറ്റാണ് പിഴവിന് കാരണമെന്ന് ഭൂരിഭാഗവും പറയുന്നു. പട്ടികയിലെ 9 നമ്പരുകളില് വിളിച്ചാല് ആ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന പേരിലൊരു സ്ത്രീയെ അവര്ക്ക് അറിയുകപോലുമില്ല.ഗൗരിയെന്ന പേരില് കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന നമ്പരിന്റെ ഉടമ ദര്ശനം നടത്തിയ യുവതികളും പട്ടികയിലുണ്ട് എന്നത് സര്ക്കാരിന് ആശ്വാസമാണ്.
എന്നാല് 90 ശതമാനവും പിഴവെന്ന് ബോധ്യമാകുന്നത് പൊലീസ് പുലര്ത്തിയ തികഞ്ഞ അലംഭാവത്തിന് തെളിവായിമാറുന്നു.
