मौसम के लिहाज़ से कृषि और उद्योग जगत के लिए इस साल अच्छी ख़बर है। अच्छी ख़बर यह कि इस साल देश में सूखा पड़ने का डर बिल्कुल भी नहीं सताएगा। बल्कि जून और सितम्बर में मानसून के चार महीनों के दौरान 887 एमएम तक बारिश होने की संभावना है । यह बता दें कि जून और सितम्बर में देश के ज़्यादातर हिस्सों में बारिश पड़ने की संभावना है , जबकि जुलाई और अगस्त में बारिश कम पड़ सकती है , परन्तु फिर भी यह साधारण जितनी ही होगी। मौसम का अनुमान जारी करने वाली निजी एजेंसी सकाईमेट ने बुद्धवार को जारी की मानसून की रिपोर्ट में यह दावा किया है । इस अनुमान के मुताबिक मानसून के दौरान देश में एलपीए के मुकाबले सौ प्रतिशत बारिश होने की संभावना है । हालाँकि यह बारिश पाँच प्रतिशत तक कम भी रह सकती है । सही तरीके से बारिश होने के कारण कृषि और उद्योग जगत को फायदा मिलेगा, जिसका सीधा प्रभाव जीडीपी पर पड़ेगा।
