प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के स्वच्छ भारत मिशन पर लखनऊ नगर निगम के अधिकारी पलीता लगाते नजर आ रहे हैं लखनऊ में जहां डेंगू, वायरल बुखार और गंदगी से होने वाली तमाम बीमारियों से जनता परेशान है वहीं लखनऊ शहर के इलाको में गंदगी और कूड़े के ढेर का अंबार देखने को मिल रहा है पहले बात NH-24 हाइवे की करे तो नवीन गल्ला मंडी जैसी घनी बस्ती के पास सड़क पर कूड़े का अंबार लगा हुआ है कुंडे के ढेर से 100 मीटर की रेंज में 4 से 5 हॉस्पिटल है वहीं कपूरथला में भी गंदगी का ढेर देखने को मिला है यहां नगर निगम जोन 3 ऑफिस के पीछे ही कूड़ा सड़क पर फैला हुआ है यहां हालात कुछ ऐसे है राह चलते लोगों का सड़क पर निकलना मुश्किल हो गया ।लखनऊ जैसे शहर में जहां घनी बस्तियों के बीच सड़क पर कूड़ा पड़ाव स्थल बनाया गया है इन पड़ाव स्थल पर पूरे जोन का कूड़ा इकठ्ठा होता है समय से कूड़े की गाड़ी पड़ाव पर फैले कूड़े को उठाने नहीं आते जिससे पूरे इलाके में सड रहे कूड़े का दुर्गंध फैलता रहा है और आने जाने व स्थानीय लोग इस दुर्गंध से परेशान रहते हैं एक तरफ जहां सरकार तमाम बिमारियों से बचने स्वच्छ भारत के तहत तमाम योजनाएं लाती है नगर निगम के अधिकारियों को समय पर सफाई ,दवाईयों के छिड़काव का आदेश दिया जाता हैं वहीं नगर निगम के अधिकारीयों की लापरवाही से लोग तमाम बिमारियों के शिकार बन रहे हैं । अब देखने की बात यह होगी की इन दोषी अधिकारियों पर क्या कुछ कार्यवाही की जाती है ।
