The threat of a recession in the euro zone is a clearer risk now relative to before. The euro dropped by almost 1.8% against the dollar to $1.0236, its weakest level since December 2002. Inspired by these success stories, a host of new edtech start-ups have mushroomed in India over the last couple of years, taking the industry’s market size to around $2 billion. In 2021, edtech was the third most-funded sector in India, raising over $4.7 billion in 2021.
