आप के एक और मंत्री पर गाज गिरी है। दिल्ली सरकार के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन पर हवाला कारोबार करने का आरोप लगा है। आयकर विभाग ने सत्येंद्र जैन को समन भेजकर 4 अक्टूबर तक पेश होने का आदेश दिया है। आईटी की धारा 131 के तहत विभाग ने सत्येंद्र जैन को समन भेजा है। इस मामले पर सफाई देते हुए सत्येंद्र जैन ने कहा कि उन्होंने कुछ गलत नहीं किया है। वह आयकर विभाग में जाकर जवाब देंगे। साथ ही यह भी कहा कि 2012 से पहले उन्होंने कई कंपनियों में निवेश किया था, जिसके बाद से उनका उन कंपनियों से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। यह एक जांच नहीं है, बल्कि सिर्फ पूछताछ है। इतना ही नहीं, मंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल अगले दो दिनों के दौरान विधानसभा में कोई मामलों को लेकर बड़ा खुलासा करने वाले हैं। वहीं, सत्येंद्र जैन का बचाव करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरवाल ने ट्वीट किया है कि सतेंद्र को फंसाने की कोशिश की जा रही है। वह पूरी तरह से बेकसूर हैं और अगर कसूरवार होते तो उनको पार्टी से अबतक निकाल दिया गया होता। आप विधायकों और मंत्रियों पर गलत और झूठे केस किए जा रहे हैं। आपको बता दें कि आयकर विभाग ने कहा कि सत्येंद्र जैन की पिछले 4-5 साल की आयकर रिटर्न से हवाला कारोबार करने का मामला सामने आया है। सत्येंद्र जैन की 4 कंपनियों पर आयकर विभाग की नजर है। वहीं खबरों की माने तो मंत्री पर हवाला के 17 करोड़ रुपए का लेन-देन करने का आरोप है।

जिसके लिए आज उन्होंने सन्ति पूर्वक हाथ पर काली पट्टी बांध कर दिल्ली सरकार के खिलाफ विरोध प्रकट किया ओर कहा कि सभी लैब टेक्निशन दिल्ली सरकार के खिलाफ 1/9/2017 को 1pm बजे जीबी पंथ हॉस्पिटल के गेट से मौलाना आजाद मेडिकल कॉलेज के गेट तक रैली निकाली जाएगी और अपना मांग पत्र मौलाना आजाद मेडिकल कॉलेज डीन को सोपेंगे। अगर फिर भी सरकार ने इनकी मांगे पूरी नही की तो ये 6 तारिक को सुबह 9 बजे से 1 बजे तक पूण रूप से काम बंद कर हड़ताल कर देंगे। जिसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी दिल्ली सरकार की होगी।

दिल्ली सरकार और नगर निगम हर साल दिल्ली में नालों की सफाई के दावे करते हैं। मगर जैसे ही दिल्ली में बारिश होती है, सरकार और निगम के दावों की पोल खुल जाती है। मामूली बारिश में ही दिल्ली के नाले लबालब भर जाते हैं और सड़के पानी में डूब जाती है। जिसकी वजह से सड़कों पर भारी जाम लग जाता है। दिल्ली के नागरिक सड़को पर अये पानी में चलने को मजबूर हो जाते है ।
इस मामले पर जब MCD से बात की गयी तो उनका कहना है दिल्ली सरकार की तरफ से फंड्स न मिलने के कारन ये दिकते आरही है। यही मुद्दा जब दिल्ली विधान सभा के विशेष सत्र में उठा तब विधान सभा ने समिति की रिपोर्ट को स्वीकार करते हुए नालों की सफाई न होने के कारन पीडब्ल्यूडी सचिव को हटाने का प्रस्ताव पास किया गया है।
इस रिपोर्ट में नालों की सफाई में लापर्वाही की बात सामने आई है। रिपोर्ट में लोक निर्माण विभाग के सचिव को सफाई न होने के लिए जिम्मेदार ठहराया गया है। इसके साथ ही विधानसभा में एक प्रस्ताव पास किया जिसमें ज़िम्मेदार अफसर को जांच होने तक पद से हटाने की बात कही गयी है ।
इस मामले पर पीडब्ल्यूडी मंत्री सत्येंद्र जैन का कहना है कि उन्होंने 25 मई को सभी विभागों की मीटिंग की थी। मीटिंग में नालों की सफाई को लेकर समयसीमा मांगी गयी थी। उन्होंने बताया कि तीनों नगर निगमों ने सफाई को लेकर निर्धारित वक्त दिया था।

मिनी हॉस्पिटल की तरह दिखने वाले इन पॉली क्लिनिक की ख़ास बात यह है की ये फैक्टरी में बनकर तैयार होते है और इन्हें यहाँ महज एक महीने में स्थापित कर दिया जाता है --दिल्ली में ऐसे 150 मिनी हॉस्पिटल्स बनाएं जायेंगे --
