चीन को सबक सिखाने के लिए भारत ने उसके पड़ोसी देशों से नजदीकी बनानी शुरू कर दी है। इसी कड़ी में भारत वियतनाम को जमीन से हवा में मार करने वाली स्वदेशी मिसाइल बेचने की तैयारी में है, जिसको लेकर देनों देशों के बीच बात-चीत चल रही है। वहीं चीन भी इस मामले पर अपनी पैनी नज़र बनाए हुए है। आपको बता दे कि चीन लगातार भारत को एनएसजी का सदस्य बनने में रोड़ा अटकाता रहा है। इसके अलावा पठानकोट आतंकी हमले का मास्टरमाइंड जैश-ए-मोहम्मद प्रमुख मसूद अजहर को भी संयुक्त राष्ट्र के आतंकियों की सूची में शामिल करने के प्रस्ताव पर भी अड़ंगे लगा रहा है। चीन ने हिंद महासागर क्षेत्र में अपनी नौसेना की गतिविधियां भी बढ़ाई है, जिसके जवाब में भारत तेजी से चीन के आस-पास के देशों के साथ अपने संबंध बढ़ा रहा है। जापान और वियतनाम के साथ भारत की 'रणनीतिक और सैन्य' साझेदारी को इसी से जोड़कर देखा जा रहा है। वहीं भारत इस साल सुखोई 30 एमकेआई लड़ाकू विमानों से वियतनाम के फाइटर पायलेट्स को प्रशिक्षण भी देगा। भारत और वियतनाम के बीच जुलाई 2007 में रणनीतिक साझेदारी को बढ़ाने को लेकर समझौता हुआ था, पिछले साल सितंबर 2016 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की यात्रा के दौरान इसे विस्तानर दिया गया था।

Indian cos are wary of deploying ChatGPT-based bots
Recently, Jio Platforms-owned conversational artificial intelligence startup, Haptik, announced that it will integrate the underlying language model behind ChatGPT, the natural language text-generating AI tool made by Microsoft-backed OpenAI, into its services.
It, however, is not the only one. Ever since the launch of the tool for public usage and deployment last November, multiple platforms that build chatbots have begun integrating its underlying algorithm into their own products, including unicorn Gupshup.
As CIOs and tech leaders gauge the risks and rewards of models like ChatGPT, they first need to address critical friction points. At the same time, there are organisations that remain cautious in adopting the technology due to several reasons. Experts feel that AI is still in early stages of development, and the fact that it can still generate incoherent and insensitive answers is a drawback, as is the fact that the platform itself needs to be localized for Indian languages and use cases.
Experts say, technology is the easy aspect, but the governance models are very critical for emerging technologies, like generative AI, ChatGPT and others, to work effectively within an organization and come to the right outcomes.

The Indonesian National Armed Forces (Indonesian: Tentara Nasional Indonesia, TNI; formerly Angkatan Bersenjata Republik Indonesia, ABRI) in 2012 comprises approximately 476,000 personnel including the Army (TNI-AD), Navy (TNI-AL) including the Indonesian Marine Corps (Korps Marinir) and the Air Force (TNI-AU).
The Indonesian Army was formed during the Indonesian National Revolution, when it undertook a guerrilla war along with informal militia. As a result of this, and the need to maintain internal security, the Army has been organized along territorial lines, aimed at defeating internal enemies of the state and potential external invaders.[4]
Under the 1945 Constitution, all citizens are legally entitled and obliged to defend the nation. Conscription is provided for by law, yet the Forces have been able to maintain mandated strength levels without resorting to a draft. Most enlisted personnel are recruited in their own home regions and generally train and serve most of their time in units nearby.
The Indonesian armed forces are voluntary. The available manpower fit for military service of males aged between 16 to 49 is 52,000,000, with a further 2,000,000 new suitable for service annually[5]
Military spending in the national budget was widely estimated 3% of GDP in 2005,[5] but is supplemented by revenue from many military-run businesses and foundations. The Indonesian Defence force personnel does not include members of law enforcement and paramilitary personnel such as POLRI (Indonesian police) consisting of approximately 590,000 personnel, BRIMOB (police mobile brigade) of around 42,000 armed personnel, the Civil Service Police Unit, MENWA (collegiate military service) 26,000 trained personnel, and HANSIP (civil defense forces), number unknown.
