    रियो ओलंपिक से खाली हाथ लौटे भारतीय पहलवान योगेश्वर दत्त के लिए एक अच्छी खबर आई है। 2012 के लंदन ओलंपिक में कांस्य पदक जीतने वाले योगेश्वर दत्त का पदक अब रजत में बदलने जा रहा है।
    लंदन ओलंपिक में योगेश्वर का मुकाबला 60 किलोग्राम भार वर्ग में रूसी पहलवान बेसिक कुदुखोव से हुआ था, जिसमें बेसिक कुदुखोव ने योगेश्वर को हाराकर रजत पदक अपने नाम किया था और योगेश्वर को कांस्य से संतुष्ट होना पड़ा था। लेकिन अब दत्त के पदक का रंग बदलने जा रहा है। यानी कांस्य पदक अब रजत पदक में तब्दील होगा। दरअसल लंदन में रजत पाने वाले रूसी पहलवान बेसिक कुदुखोव पर डोपिंग नियमों के उल्लंघन का आरोप साबित हुआ है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय ओलंपिक समिति के डोप टेस्ट में पहलवान बेसिक कुदुखोव पॉजिटिव पाए गए हैं। हालांकि बेसिक कुदुखोव अब इस दुनिया में नहीं हैं। 27 साल के इस खिलाड़ी की साल 2013 में एक सड़क हादसे में मौत हो चुकी है। आपको बता दें कि अंतरराष्ट्रीय ओलंपिक समिति खिलाड़ियों के सैंपल को दस साल के लिए स्टोर करता है, ताकि जरूरत पड़ने पर एडवांस टेस्टिंग की जा सके।

    Geeta was about to step into her teens. One day she was crooning a song in her flat, music director K. Hanuman Prasad happened to hear her voice. He was much impressed, and therefore, persuaded her parents to have her try to sing in films. K. Hanuman Prasad took Geeta under his patronage, trained and groomed her in singing and later launched her into singing in the movies.

    Geeta Dutt is supposed to have sung over 1200 songs in Hindi films. In addition she has also sung songs in many Indian regional languages including Marathi, Bengali, Nepali, Maithili, Bhojpuri and Punjabi.
