गाय को लेकर जिस तरह से देश सियासत हो रही है,.,,इन सबके बीच आज हिमाचल प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट ने गोहत्या पर रोक लगाने को लेकर बड़ा आदेश दिया है...हाईकोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को आदेश दिया है कि वो गोहत्या रोकने के लिए 6 महीने के भीतर कानून बनाए,,,हिमाचल प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय ने कहा कि गोहत्या रोकने, गो मांस और इससे बने उत्पादों के आयात, निर्यात या बिक्री पर रोक के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कोई भी कानून केन्द्र की तरफ से बनाया जाना चाहिए...दरअसल भारतीय गोवंश रक्षा संवर्धन परिषद की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए हाईकोर्ट ने ये आदेश दिया है...लेकिन केन्द्र सरकार ने एक हलफनामे में कहा है कि यह विषय राज्य की सूची में आता है और केवल पांच राज्यों और एक केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के पास इस विषय पर कोई कानून नहीं है.. हालांकि, केन्द्र सरकार ने इस बात पर ध्यान नहीं दिया कि यह विषय समवर्ती सूची में भी है और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर कानून बनाने का विकल्प उसके पास खुला है. इससे पहले अक्टूबर 2014 में भी हाई कोर्ट की इसी खंडपीठ ने हिमाचल में गोहत्या पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के आदेश जारी किए थे. उसके अलावा हाई कोर्ट ने सड़कों से आवारा पशु हटाने, उनके लिए गोसदन बनाने और घायल पशुओं के इलाज सहित अन्य कई आदेश दिए थे.
