They used boats to travel from one place to another. Most of the houses have submerged in water. Incessant rains led to overflow of River Ganga.

    कुछ दिनों से गंगा नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ते बढ़ते अब घाट के ऊपर एक एक सीढियां नदी की धारा ने चढ़ना शुरू कर दिया था। अब नदी की धारा में बढ़ाव के बाद पहले पण्डों और तीर्थ पुरोहितों ने अपने बस्तों को घाट के ऊपर तीन दिनों पूर्व ही कर लिया था। दशाश्वमेध घाट पर गंगा आरती स्थल में भी बदलाव करना पड़ा। शाम से गंगा सेवा निधि की ओर से बाढ़ के खतरों को देखते हुए गंगा आरती स्थल से पीछे स्थान को कर लिया है। जिसकी वजह से सीजन में पहली बार गंगा आरती स्थल बदला गया है।वाराणसी में प्रतिदिन गंगा सेवा निधि द्वारा दशाश्वमेध घाट पर होने वाली विश्व प्रसिद्ध मां गंगा की नैत्यिक आरती का स्थान जलस्तर बढ़ने के कारण बदलना पड़ा। चबूतरे के बजाय प्लेटफार्म पर ही मंगलवार को गंगा आरती का आयोजन करना पड़ा। फिलहाल गंगा का जलस्तर लगातार बढ़ रहा है तो दूसरी ओर घाट पर एक एक सीढियां चढ़ती गंगा का रुख अब तल्खी की ओर है। माना जा रहा है कि गंगा का जलस्तर और बढ़ा तो प्लेटफॉर्म के पीछे सीढ़ियों पर गंगा आरती की व्यवस्था करनी पड़ेगी। इसके साथ ही आरती में बैठने की जगह भी कम होती जाएगी।गंगा का जलस्तर लगातार बढ़ रहा है। ऐसे में गंगा सेवा निधि द्वारा की जाने वाली प्रतिदिन गंगा आरती का स्थान परिवर्तित कर दिया गया। स्थान परिवर्तन के बावजूद हजारों की संख्या में श्रद्धालु मां गंगा दैनिक संध्या आरती में शामिल हुए। इस दौरान पुलिस कर्मी सुरक्षा के लिए मौजूद रहे। इस सम्बन्ध में गंगा सेवा निधि के अध्यक्ष सुशांत मिश्रा ने बताया कि हर वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष भी मां गंगा का जलस्तर बढ़ गया है। ऐसे में गंगा आरती का स्थान आज पहली बार परिवर्तित किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब जैसे-जैसे गंगा का जलस्तर बढ़ेगा वैसे-वैसे स्थान बदलता जाएगा। इसके अलावा गंगा का जलस्तर बढ़ने से घाटों का आपसी संपर्क भी टूट गया है। ऐसे में श्रद्धालुओं को समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इसलिए सतर्कता भी आरती के दौरान बरती जा रही।

    कुछ दिनों से गंगा नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ते बढ़ते अब घाट के ऊपर एक एक सीढियां नदी की धारा ने चढ़ना शुरू कर दिया था। अब नदी की धारा में बढ़ाव के बाद पहले पण्डों और तीर्थ पुरोहितों ने अपने बस्तों को घाट के ऊपर तीन दिनों पूर्व ही कर लिया था। दशाश्वमेध घाट पर गंगा आरती स्थल में भी बदलाव करना पड़ा। शाम से गंगा सेवा निधि की ओर से बाढ़ के खतरों को देखते हुए गंगा आरती स्थल से पीछे स्थान को कर लिया है। जिसकी वजह से सीजन में पहली बार गंगा आरती स्थल बदला गया है।वाराणसी में प्रतिदिन गंगा सेवा निधि द्वारा दशाश्वमेध घाट पर होने वाली विश्व प्रसिद्ध मां गंगा की नैत्यिक आरती का स्थान जलस्तर बढ़ने के कारण बदलना पड़ा। चबूतरे के बजाय प्लेटफार्म पर ही मंगलवार को गंगा आरती का आयोजन करना पड़ा। फिलहाल गंगा का जलस्तर लगातार बढ़ रहा है तो दूसरी ओर घाट पर एक एक सीढियां चढ़ती गंगा का रुख अब तल्खी की ओर है। माना जा रहा है कि गंगा का जलस्तर और बढ़ा तो प्लेटफॉर्म के पीछे सीढ़ियों पर गंगा आरती की व्यवस्था करनी पड़ेगी। इसके साथ ही आरती में बैठने की जगह भी कम होती जाएगी।गंगा का जलस्तर लगातार बढ़ रहा है। ऐसे में गंगा सेवा निधि द्वारा की जाने वाली प्रतिदिन गंगा आरती का स्थान परिवर्तित कर दिया गया। स्थान परिवर्तन के बावजूद हजारों की संख्या में श्रद्धालु मां गंगा दैनिक संध्या आरती में शामिल हुए। इस दौरान पुलिस कर्मी सुरक्षा के लिए मौजूद रहे। इस सम्बन्ध में गंगा सेवा निधि के अध्यक्ष सुशांत मिश्रा ने बताया कि हर वर्ष की तरह इस वर्ष भी मां गंगा का जलस्तर बढ़ गया है। ऐसे में गंगा आरती का स्थान आज पहली बार परिवर्तित किया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि अब जैसे-जैसे गंगा का जलस्तर बढ़ेगा वैसे-वैसे स्थान बदलता जाएगा। इसके अलावा गंगा का जलस्तर बढ़ने से घाटों का आपसी संपर्क भी टूट गया है। ऐसे में श्रद्धालुओं को समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इसलिए सतर्कता भी आरती के दौरान बरती जा रही।
