सुल्तानपुर के लम्भुआ के संसारीपुर का है जहां पर ज्ञानोदय उच्चतर माध्यमिक विघालय में आज प्रबन्धक का चनाव होना था परन्तु अवकाश को देखते हुये चुनाव स्थगित कर दिया गया था जिसकी सूचना समस्त सदस्यों को थी परन्तु सपा विधायक राकेश प्रताप सिंह गौरीगंज अमेठी विघालय पर पहुंचे और विघालय के पूर्व प्रबन्धक सुरेन्द्र कुमार गुप्ता से कुछ बात चीत विघालय प्रांगण मे करना चाह रहे थे
