कानपुर का आरटीओ विभाग इतना ज्यादा हाईटेक हो गया है कि आप कल्पना नही कर सकते.. दरअसल एक चौदह चक्का ट्रक इंदौर के देवास में खड़ा था और कानपुर के एआरटीओ साहब ने कानपुर में बैठे बैठे उसका रजिस्ट्रेशन कर दिया.. एआरटीओ साहब ने कानपुर में बैठ कर इंदौर में खड़े ट्रक के रजिस्ट्रेशन के मामले का जब खुलासा हुआ तो आरटीओ प्रशासन सहित सभी अधिकारी एक दूसरे की बगले झांकने लगे.. शायद इन भ्रष्ट अफसरों के दिलो से बाबा बुलडोज़र का डर खत्म हो गया है..कानपुर के आरटीओ विभाग के एआरटीओ प्रशासन सुधीर वर्मा ने आर आई अजीत सिंह के साथ मिलकर भ्रस्टाचार की ऐसी इबारत लिखी जिसे सुनकर सूबे के मुखिया योगी आदित्यनाथ के भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ दावो की दम तोड़ती तस्वीर आपके ज़हन में बस जाएगी..जी हां दरअसल मध्यप्रदेश के इंदौर ज़िले के देवास में परवेज़ नाम के शख्स का एक चौदह चक्का ट्रक खड़ा है.. ट्रक की बॉडी अभी बन रही थी और ट्रक का रजिस्ट्रेशन भी नही था लेकिन आरटीओ विभाग के क्रांतिकारी एआरटीओ प्रशासन सुधीर वर्मा ने कानपुर में बैठे बैठे इंदौर में खड़े ट्रक का राजिस्ट्रेशन कर दिया.. जबकि एआरटीओ को अधिकार भी नही है वाहन को सीन करने का..
वही आरआई अजीत सिंह ने भी कानपुर से फिटनेस सर्टिफिकेट जारी कर दिया... एआरटीओ प्रशासन सुधीर वर्मा और आर आई अजीत सिंह गाज़ियाबाद की घटना लगता है भूल गए है.. मौतों का आंकड़ा भी भूल गए मरने वालो के परिवार के लोगो की सिसकियां ओर मातम भूल गए.. याद अगर कुछ रहा तो सिर्फ पैसा.. देखिए सूबे के मुखिया ये है आपके ज़ीरो टॉलरेंस नीति वाले अधिकारी जो आपके दावो को बेच रहे है... जो आपके बुलडोज़र को कमज़ोर कर रहे है.. आपके मंसूबो पर पानी फेर रहे है.. इनको मॉनिटर करने वाले अधिकारी क्या कर रहे है उनकी भूमिका भी संदिग्ध है वह भी बराबर के दोषी है सज़ा सभी दोषियों को मिलनी चाहिए यही उम्मीद उत्तर प्रदेश की जनता सूबे के हाकिम से लगाए है..हालांकि आरोपो से घिरे एआरटीओ सुधीर कुमार ने आरआई पर ठीकरा फोड़ते हुये जांच कराकर कार्रवाई की बात कही है..
