सिद्धार्थनगर जिले में प्राथमिक विद्यालयों शैक्षिक व्यवस्था की हालत सुधरने का नाम नहीं ले रही है आलम यह है कि जहां विद्यालय हैं वहाँ अध्यापक नही हैं,जहां अध्यापक हैं वहाँ बच्चे नहीं हैं, जहां अध्यापक बच्चे दोनों हैं वहाँ स्कूल तक पहुंचने के लिए रास्ता ही नहीं है। जी हां चौंकिए नहीं यह बिल्कुल सत्य है सिद्धार्थनगर जिले के गांव कट्या का यह शिक्षा का मंदिर हमेशा पानी से घिरा रहता है स्कूल परिसर में जाना है तो आप चप्पल पहन कर ही जा सकते है क्योंकि बिना पानी में घुस आप अंदर जा ही नहीं सकते। सरकार की तरफ से वितरित यूनिफॉर्म जूता मोजा इन बच्चों को मिले है लेकिन जूते मोज़े का इस्तेमाल यह बच्चे नहीं कर पाते बच्चे हमेशा स्कूल स्लीपर में ही आते हैं विद्यालय के चारों ओर पानी भरने से स्कूल आने वाले छोटे बच्चे अक्सर बस्ते के साथ पानी में गिर जाते हैं उनकी किताबें भीग जाती है और कभी कभी उन्हें चोट भी लग जाती हैं ।स्कूल परिसर में बना शौचालय भी हाथी का दांत बनकर रह गया है इसका पप्रयोग भी बच्चे या स्टाफ नहीं कर पाते है। यही नहीं विद्यालय में पीने के पानी की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है यहां नल के नाम पर नल का ढांचा कई सालों से खड़ा व्यवस्था को मुंह चिढ़ा रहा है बच्चों को पानी लेने के लिए हाईवे पार कर दूसरी तरफ जाना पड़ता है गांव के लोगों से लेकर स्कूल के स्टाफ ने इन मूलभूत सुविधाओं के लिए हर जगह लिखा पढ़ी की लेकिन अभी तक उन्हें मायूसी ही मिली है ।इस साल जिले में बारिश कम हुई है पिछले 1 महीने से पानी की एक बूंद भी नहीं गिरी ऐसे में विद्यालय के चारों ओर का यह हाल है तो आप अंदाजा लगाइए बरसात में यहां की क्या स्थिति क्या होती होगी जिले में इस तरह की समस्या वाला यह इकलौता विद्यालय नहीं है 100 से ऊपर विद्यालय ऐसे हैं जो गांव के बाहर बना दिए गए लेकिन अभी तक वहां पहुंचने के लिए रास्ता नहीं बन पाया आधे से ज्यादा विद्यालयों में लगे नल खराब हैं ऐसा नहीं है कि जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों को इसकी जानकारी नहीं है वे जानते सब हैं लेकिन उनके पास रटा रटाया एक ही जवाब होता है जानकारी हुई है हम कोशिश कर रहे हैं जल्दी समस्या दूर हो जाएगी।प्रदेश की योगी सरकार शिक्षा को लेकर संवेदनशील है ऊपर से योजनाएं भी आ रही हैं लेकिन इसका असर जमीन पर नहीं दिख रहा है जाहिर है सरकार को विद्यालयों में सुधार के लिए ऐसी रणनीति बनानी होगी
