After Shani Shingnapur temple trust decided to lift restriction on women from entering the sanctum sanctorum, Bhoomata Brigade leader Trupti Desai, who is involved in a prolonged fight against gender discrimination at places of worship, welcomed the decision of temple trustees and said it was a "wise" step on their part.
