    यूपी के कौशाम्बी जिले के चायल विधायक संजय गुप्ता ने कुछ दिन पहले कोखराज थाना में रात में अमरनाथ झा पत्रकार द्वारा खबर चालाने पर मुकदमा लिखाया है। जिससे पत्रकारों में काफी रोष है।जिसको लेकर प्रेस क्लब सहित कई संगठनों ने राज्यपाल संबोधित ज्ञापन एडीएम को सौंप कर मुकदमा वापस करने व बिना जांच के पत्रकार पर मुकदमा न लिखने की मांग की थी। इसी कड़ी में सोमवार को बहुजन मुक्ति पार्टी के कार्यकारी प्रदेशध्यक्ष दानिश अली ने अपने सैकड़ो समर्थकों के साथ डायट मैदान से कलेक्ट्रेट तक धरना प्रदर्शन कर पत्रकार शोषण के खिलाफ जमकर नारे बाजी किया। साथ ही विधायक संजय गुप्ता मुर्दाबाद के नारे लगाये गए। बीएमपी नेता दानिश अली ने कहा विधायक संजय गुप्ता द्वारा पत्रकार अमरनाथ पर फर्जी मुकदमा लिखाया गया है। डीएम को राज्यपाल के नाम एक ज्ञापन सौप कर मुकदमा वापस लेने की बात कही वही पत्रकार द्वारा जो विधायक पर आरोप लगाए गए हैं उनकी भी उच्चस्तरीय जांच हो। और पत्रकार पर मुकदमा लिखने से पहले उसकी जांच हो बिना जांच के पत्रकार पर मुकदमा लिखाना लोकतंत्र की हत्या करना हैं। इसलिए बिना पत्रकार पर जांच हुए मुकदमा न लिखा जाए। इस मौके पर एडवोकेट दानिश अली, मनका प्रसाद , विक्रम सरोज अलक्मा हाशमी, उमेश पाल आदि कार्यकर्ता मौजूद रहे।

    यूपी के कौशाम्बी जिले के चायल विधायक संजय गुप्ता ने कुछ दिन पहले कोखराज थाना में रात में अमरनाथ झा पत्रकार द्वारा खबर चालाने पर मुकदमा लिखाया है। जिससे पत्रकारों में काफी रोष है।जिसको लेकर प्रेस क्लब सहित कई संगठनों ने राज्यपाल संबोधित ज्ञापन एडीएम को सौंप कर मुकदमा वापस करने व बिना जांच के पत्रकार पर मुकदमा न लिखने की मांग की थी। इसी कड़ी में सोमवार को बहुजन मुक्ति पार्टी के कार्यकारी प्रदेशध्यक्ष दानिश अली ने अपने सैकड़ो समर्थकों के साथ डायट मैदान से कलेक्ट्रेट तक धरना प्रदर्शन कर पत्रकार शोषण के खिलाफ जमकर नारे बाजी किया। साथ ही विधायक संजय गुप्ता मुर्दाबाद के नारे लगाये गए। बीएमपी नेता दानिश अली ने कहा विधायक संजय गुप्ता द्वारा पत्रकार अमरनाथ पर फर्जी मुकदमा लिखाया गया है। डीएम को राज्यपाल के नाम एक ज्ञापन सौप कर मुकदमा वापस लेने की बात कही वही पत्रकार द्वारा जो विधायक पर आरोप लगाए गए हैं उनकी भी उच्चस्तरीय जांच हो। और पत्रकार पर मुकदमा लिखने से पहले उसकी जांच हो बिना जांच के पत्रकार पर मुकदमा लिखाना लोकतंत्र की हत्या करना हैं। इसलिए बिना पत्रकार पर जांच हुए मुकदमा न लिखा जाए। इस मौके पर एडवोकेट दानिश अली, मनका प्रसाद , विक्रम सरोज अलक्मा हाशमी, उमेश पाल आदि कार्यकर्ता मौजूद रहे।
