താമരശേരിയില് ഏഴ് മാസം പ്രായമുള്ള കുഞ്ഞിനെ കിണറ്റിലെറിഞ്ഞ് കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയ കേസില് മറ്റാര്ക്കും പങ്കില്ലെന്ന് അറസ്റ്റിലായ പിതൃസഹോദരഭാര്യ ജസീല.
കുടുംബത്തില്നിന്നുണ്ടായ അവഗണനയാണു കൊലപാതകത്തിനു പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ചത്. മൂന്നു മാസമായി കൊലപാതകത്തിനുള്ള അവസരം നോക്കുകയായിരുന്നുവെന്നും ജസീല പൊലീസിനു നൽകിയ മൊഴിയിൽ പറയുന്നു.കുഞ്ഞിനെ കയ്യില് കിട്ടിയാല് സ്വന്തം മാതാവിനേക്കാള് കരുതലുണ്ടെന്നു മറ്റുള്ളവര്ക്കു തോന്നുന്ന തരത്തിലായിരുന്നു ജസീലയുടെ സ്നേഹാഭിനയം. ബന്ധുക്കളെ അസൂയപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള ലാളനയാണ് കുഞ്ഞിനു നൽകിയിരുന്നത്. ഏഴു മാസം മാത്രം പ്രായമുള്ള ഫാത്തിമയോടു ജസീല കാണിച്ചതെല്ലാം സ്നേഹത്തിന്റെ തരിമ്പ് പോലുമില്ലാത്ത കാപട്യമായിരുന്നു. ലാളന തുടരേണ്ട കൈകള് ജീവനെടുത്തതിന്റെ അമ്പരപ്പിലാണ് ഒരുനാടാകെ.
ജസീല പൊലീസിനു നല്കിയ മൊഴിപ്രകാരം ഫാത്തിമ ജനിച്ചതു മുതല് ഇല്ലാതാക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമങ്ങള് നടത്തിയിരുന്നുവെന്നാണ്. ഉറങ്ങിക്കിടക്കുമ്പോള് തലയണ അമര്ത്തി ശ്വാസം മുട്ടിച്ചു കൊലപ്പെടുത്താനായിരുന്നു ആദ്യ പദ്ധതി. പിന്നീടു കുളിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ ബക്കറ്റിലെ വെള്ളത്തില് മുക്കിക്കൊലപ്പെടുത്താന് നോക്കി. അപ്പോഴെല്ലാം ശ്രമം പരാജയപ്പെട്ടു . കവര്ച്ചാശ്രമത്തിനിടെ കുഞ്ഞിനെ ആരോ തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയെന്നാണു വരുത്തിത്തീര്ക്കാനായിരുന്നു കൊലപാതകത്തിനു മുന്നോടിയായുള്ള പദ്ധതി.
മാതാവിനോടുള്ള വിദ്വേഷമാണു കുഞ്ഞിനെ കിണറ്റിലെറിയാന് തോന്നിയത് എന്നതു മാത്രം പൊലീസ് മുഖവിലയ്ക്കെടുക്കുന്നില്ല. അന്വേഷണം പുരോഗമിക്കുകയാണ്

കുടുംബത്തില്നിന്നുണ്ടായ അവഗണനയാണു കൊലപാതകത്തിനു പ്രേരിപ്പിച്ചത്. മൂന്നു മാസമായി കൊലപാതകത്തിനുള്ള അവസരം നോക്കുകയായിരുന്നുവെന്നും ജസീല പൊലീസിനു നൽകിയ മൊഴിയിൽ പറയുന്നു.കുഞ്ഞിനെ കയ്യില് കിട്ടിയാല് സ്വന്തം മാതാവിനേക്കാള് കരുതലുണ്ടെന്നു മറ്റുള്ളവര്ക്കു തോന്നുന്ന തരത്തിലായിരുന്നു ജസീലയുടെ സ്നേഹാഭിനയം. ബന്ധുക്കളെ അസൂയപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തരത്തിലുള്ള ലാളനയാണ് കുഞ്ഞിനു നൽകിയിരുന്നത്. ഏഴു മാസം മാത്രം പ്രായമുള്ള ഫാത്തിമയോടു ജസീല കാണിച്ചതെല്ലാം സ്നേഹത്തിന്റെ തരിമ്പ് പോലുമില്ലാത്ത കാപട്യമായിരുന്നു. ലാളന തുടരേണ്ട കൈകള് ജീവനെടുത്തതിന്റെ അമ്പരപ്പിലാണ് ഒരുനാടാകെ.
ജസീല പൊലീസിനു നല്കിയ മൊഴിപ്രകാരം ഫാത്തിമ ജനിച്ചതു മുതല് ഇല്ലാതാക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രമങ്ങള് നടത്തിയിരുന്നുവെന്നാണ്. ഉറങ്ങിക്കിടക്കുമ്പോള് തലയണ അമര്ത്തി ശ്വാസം മുട്ടിച്ചു കൊലപ്പെടുത്താനായിരുന്നു ആദ്യ പദ്ധതി. പിന്നീടു കുളിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ ബക്കറ്റിലെ വെള്ളത്തില് മുക്കിക്കൊലപ്പെടുത്താന് നോക്കി. അപ്പോഴെല്ലാം ശ്രമം പരാജയപ്പെട്ടു . കവര്ച്ചാശ്രമത്തിനിടെ കുഞ്ഞിനെ ആരോ തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയെന്നാണു വരുത്തിത്തീര്ക്കാനായിരുന്നു കൊലപാതകത്തിനു മുന്നോടിയായുള്ള പദ്ധതി.
മാതാവിനോടുള്ള വിദ്വേഷമാണു കുഞ്ഞിനെ കിണറ്റിലെറിയാന് തോന്നിയത് എന്നതു മാത്രം പൊലീസ് മുഖവിലയ്ക്കെടുക്കുന്നില്ല. അന്വേഷണം പുരോഗമിക്കുകയാണ്
