नोटबंदी के बाद अब अषोषित आय वालों पर सरकार ने शिकंजा कसना शुरु कर दिया है। सरकार ने आज लोकसभा में आयकर को लेकर एक संशोधन बिल पेश किया है। सरकार ने अघोषित आय पर टैक्स, सरचार्ज और पेनल्टी लगाने का कड़ा प्रस्ताव रखा है। जिसके तहत अब अघोषित आय पर 30 % टैक्स और 10% की पेनल्टी लगाए जाने का प्रावधान है। इसके अलावा 30% टैक्स पर ही 33% का सरचार्ज देना पड़ेगा। 33% का ये सरचार्ज प्रधानमंत्री गरीब कल्याण स्कीम में जाएगा। मतलब अब साफ है कि अघोषित आय पर कुल 49.9% का टैक्स चुकाना होगा। तो अब जिन लोगों ने अकाउंट में 2.5 लाख रुपये तक की रकम जमा कराई हैं, वो भी जांच के दायरे में आ सकते हैं। इसके तहत ढाई लाख रुपये तक डिपॉजिट करने वालों से भी सवाल-जवाब हो सकते हैं। बैंक में जमा कराई गई रकम और आय के स्त्रोत के बारे में भी पूछा जा सकता है। आपको बता दें कि पहले सरकार ने इस बात से साफ किया था कि वो ढाई लाख रुपये तक के डिपॉजिट की जांच नहीं करेगी। हालांकि लोग अपनी रकम परिवार के सदस्यों में बांटकर खातों में जमा कर रहे हैं। ऐसी रिपोर्ट्स हैं कि नोटबंदी के बाद अपनी अघोषित आय रखने वाले लोग दूसरों के खातों में पैसा जमा करा रहे हैं।---
