    આ કામના ઉપર જણાવેલ સહકાર આપનાર પુનીયા રોડ લાઇન્સની ટ્રક નં.DD-01-G-9639 ની વાપી જી.આઇ.ડી.સી. ચાર રસ્તાથી યુ.પી.એલ. કંપની તરફ જતા સર્વીસ રોડ પર પાર્ક કરેલ હોય જે ટ્રકના ડ્રાયવર પાસેથી ટ્રકના કાગળો તથા ડ્રાયવરનું લાયસન્સ લઇ ટ્રકના ડ્રાયવર તથા આ કામના સહકાર આપનારને વાપી ચાર રસ્તા બ્રિજ નીચે બોલાવી કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી ન કરવાના અવેજ પેટે રૂા.૨,૦૦૦/- થી રૂા.૫,૦૦૦/- ની લાંચની માંગણી કરતા હોવાની માહિતી મળતા છટકાનું આયોજન કરતા આ કામના આરોપીઓએ લાંચની માંગણી કરી આરોપી નં.(૨) નાઓએ લાંચના છટકા અગાઉ તેમજ આરોપી નં.(૧) નાઓએ લાંચના છટકા દરમ્યાન હેતુલક્ષી વાતચીત કરી રૂ.૨૦૦૦/- ની લાંચની માંગણી કરી, આરોપી નં.(૧) નાઓએ લાંચના રૂા.૨,૦૦૦/- સ્વીકારી
