पिछले दिनों 10 अक्टूबर को जावरा थाना शहर क्षेत्र के इकबाल गंज दशहरा मैदान के पास हुई हत्या का पर्दाफाश करते हुए आज सी एस पी कार्यालय में रतलाम जिले के उप पुलिस अधीक्षक सुनील पाटीदार ने प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान खुलासा करते हुए बताया कि विगत दिवस जावरा के इकबाल गंज दशहरा मैदान में एक व्यक्ति की हत्या उसके ही जान पहचान वालों के द्वारा कर दी गई थी जिसका नाम महेंद्र यादव था हत्या करने की वजह इकबाल गंज के यादव मोहल्ले में रहने वाली एक युवती जो कि बिना शादीशुदा के होते हुए इंदौर के अस्पताल में प्रसव के दौरान ही उसकी मृत्यु होने की वजह से उस युवती के भाइयों द्वारा महेंद्र यादव पर शक जाहिर कर रहे थे कि उनकी बहन से अनैतिक संबंध महेंद्र यादव के थे इस वजह से उस युवती के भाई महेंद्र यादव को शक की नजरों से देख रहे थे और बदला लेने के इंतजार में थे कि जिस दिन महेंद्र अकेले में मिलेगा उससे वह अपनी बहन का बदला महेंद्र से लेकर रहेंगे लेकिन तभी 10 अक्टूबर की रात में आरोपी गण इकबाल गंज के दशहरा मैदान में बैठकर के शराब पी रहे थे तभी महेंद्र यादव वहां से अकेला निकला इस मौके को देख कर के तीनों आरोपियों ने महेंद्र को बुला कर के उसके ऊपर चाकू से हमला कर दिया जिससे कि महेंद्र की घटनास्थल पर ही मौत हो गई जब कुछ लोगों ने वहां पर से निकल कर देखा कि कोई व्यक्ति पड़ा हुआ है तब उन्होंने पुलिस को सूचना दी जब पुलिस घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर उस व्यक्ति को सिविल अस्पताल जावरा पहुंचाया जहां पर डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया उसके बाद पुलिस ने घटनास्थल का मुआयना कर रात को अज्ञात के खिलाफ अपराध पंजीबद्ध कर मुखबिर के द्वारा आरोपियों की खोजबीन में लग गई आरोपियों ने महेंद्र को मार कर के अहमदाबाद भाग गए थे जब पुलिस को पता चला कि आरोपी अहमदाबाद में है पुलिस ने एक टीम गठित कर अहमदाबाद गई और वहां से आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करके जिनके नाम सूरज पिता पूरन यादव शिवा पिता पूरन यादव नरेंद्र पिता मुन्नालाल रोहित पिता अशोक छाजेड़ सभी इकबाल गंज जावरा निवासी को जावरा लेकर आई और उनके खिलाफ जावरा थाना शहर में अपराध क्रमांक 297/ 19 धारा 302, 201, 34 भारतीय दंड विधान की धारा द्वारा अपराध को कायमी कर चारों अपराधियों को अदालत मे

चोरी करने की नियत से घर में घुसे आरोपियों ने की थी पति – पत्नि की हत्या
कई दिनों से कर रहे थे घर की रैकी
शाम को ही आँगन में घुसकर छुपे थे आरोपी
उज्जैन। नरवर थाना अंतर्गत ग्राम पिपलोदा द्वारकाधीश निवासी भाजपा नेता एवं पूर्व सरपंच रामनिवास कुमावत एवं उनकी पत्नी मुन्नी कुमावत की हत्या के मामले में पुलिस ने चार आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है। इनमें दो आरोपी नाबालिग है। पुलिस अब आरोपियों से पूछताछ कर रही है। 27 जनवरी की सुबह पिपलोदा निवासी रामनिवास कुमावत और उनकी पत्नी मुन्नी कुमावत के शव घर में मिले थे।

इस बात की जानकारी लगने पर पुलिस द्वारा जांच पड़ताल शुरू की गई। पुलिस अधीक्षक सचिन शर्मा द्वारा हत्याकांड का सुराग लगाने के लिए टीम का गठन किया गया इसके अलावा आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी पर इनाम की घोषणा की गई। इस मामले में पुलिस कई एंगल पर जांच पड़ताल कर रही थी। जांच पड़ताल के बाद पुलिस ने अल्फेज पिता लियाकत शाह ,आरिफ पिता मेहरबान शाह के अलावा दो और आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया है .जो की नाबालिक बताए गए हैं।
चारों आरोपी इसी गांव के रहने वाले हैं। सभी को इस बात की जानकारी थी की रामनिवास कुमावत के घर पर लाखों रुपए एवं जेवर रहते हैं। इसीलिए 26 जनवरी की शाम सभी घर के आंगन में छुप कर बैठ गए और रात को खिड़की की ग्रिल तोड़कर घर में प्रवेश किया।
भाजपा नेता और उनकी पत्नी ने आरोपियों को देख लिया इसीलिए सभी ने मिलकर धारदार हथियार से हत्या कर दी और भाग निकले।पुलिस अधीक्षक सचिन शर्मा के मार्गदर्शन में इस हत्याकांड का पर्दाफाश करने में नरवर थाना प्रभारी सहित अन्य थाना प्रभारी का सहयोग रहा.
