रेजीडेंट हड़ताल के चलते दूसरे दिन भी एसएमएस सहित प्रदेश के अस्पतालों की व्यवस्था बेपटरी हो गई । प्रदेशभर के अस्पतालों में दूसरे दिन भी मरीज इलाज के लिए भटकते नजर आए । मरीजों का कहना था हड़ताल के कारण उन्हे काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है । उनका कहना था 2 से 3 घंटे लाइनों में लगने के बाद भी डॉक्टर को दिखाने का नंबर नहीं आ रहा है । मरीजों को परेशानी के साथ हड़ताल के चलते एसएमएस अस्पताल में कई प्रस्तावित सर्जरी भी रोकी गई ।
