Kolkata: Governor of West Bengal Jagdeep Dhankhar tirade his guns at the state government after his meeting with state officials was cancelled citing the absence of permission from state government. Dhankhar said, “Is it an appropriate step to be taken, that when the government of that state wants to meet someone there has to be censorship? There has to be approval? There is permission from the state government? I am no subordinate to the state government.”
