राज्य सरकार ने इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय में बताया कि डॉक्टर कफील खान के खिलाफ दोबारा विभागीय जांच के आदेश वापस ले लिए गए हैं. खान के खिलाफ जांच के ये आदेश 24 फरवरी, 2020 को दिए गए थे.
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने डॉ कफील खान के खिलाफ दोबारा जांच का अपना आदेश वापस ले लिया है. राज्य सरकार ने इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय में बताया कि गोरखपुर के बीआरडी अस्पताल से निलंबित बाल रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर कफील खान के खिलाफ दोबारा विभागीय जांच के आदेश वापस ले लिए गए हैं. खान के खिलाफ दोबारा जांच के ये आदेश 24 फरवरी, 2020 को दिए गए थे.
अतिरिक्त महाधिवक्ता मनीष गोयल ने अदालत को बताया कि 24 फरवरी, 2020 के राज्य सरकार के आदेश को वापस ले लिया गया है. साथ ही उन्होंने न्यायमूर्ति यशवंत वर्मा के समक्ष ये भी बताया कि अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही को तीन महीने में पूरा करने के सभी प्रयास किए जाएंगे. अदालत इस मामले की अगली सुनवाई 10 अगस्त को करेगी. याचिका में कहा गया कि याचिकाकर्ता के साथ ही निलंबित कुल नौ लोगों में से सात लोगों को बहाल किया जा चुका है.डॉ कफील खान के खिलाफ निलंबन का आदेश 22 अगस्त, 2017 को पारित किया गया था. इससे पूर्व, 29 जुलाई 2021 को सुनवाई के दौरान अदालत ने पाया था कि, हालांकि याचिकाकर्ता को वर्ष 2017 में निलंबित किया गया था लेकिन निलंबन को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका दायर किए जाने तक जांच की कार्यवाही पूरी नहीं हुई थी. अदालत ने सात मार्च, 2019 को सरकार को तीन महीने के भीतर जांच पूरी करने का निर्देश देकर याचिका का निपटारा कर दिया था.
पिछली सुनवाई में अदालत को बताया गया कि अदालत के निर्देश के तहत जांच अधिकारी ने 15 अप्रैल, 2019 को अपनी रिपोर्ट सौंप दी थी. हालांकि अनुशासन अधिकारी ने करीब 11 महीने बाद नए सिरे से जांच का आदेश दिया. उल्लेखनीय है कि गोरखपुर में बीआरडी अस्पताल में कथित रूप से आक्सीजन की कमी के चलते कई बच्चों की मृत्यु हो गई थी. इस मामले में डॉक्टर कफील खान ने अपने निलंबन को चुनौती दी थी.

धर्मशाला में अब फिल्मों की शूटिंग के पैसे लिए जाएंगे। नगर निगम प्रशासन ने क्षेत्र की विभिन्न लोकेशन के रेट कर दिए हैं, जो कि 10 हजार से लेकर 20 हजार रुपये तक हैं। नगर निगम की विशेष बैठक में इस निर्णय को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। निगम के अनुसार धर्मकोट, नडडी, डललेक, भागसूनाग, वाटरफॉल, नोरबूलिंग्का, इंदू्रनाग, स्टेडियम, टी-गार्डन में शूटिंग की एवज मे प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से 10 हजार रुपये वसूले जाएंगे।
