    ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ആകെ സമ്പത്ത് കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് ഏതാനും ചില അതി സമ്പന്നരുടെ കൈകളിലാണെന്ന് പഠന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്.
    ജനസംഖ്യയുടെ പകുതിയോളം പേരുടെ സമ്പത്തിന് തുല്യമായ സമ്പത്താണ് ഒമ്പത് ശതകോടീശ്വരന്‍മാര്‍ കൈയ്യാളുന്നതെന്ന് അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ഏജന്‍സിയായ ഓക്‌സ്ഫാമിന്റെ വാര്‍ഷിക പഠന റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നു. ഇന്ത്യയിലെ 10 ശതമാനം വരുന്ന ജനങ്ങളുടെ കൈകളിലാണ് രാജ്യത്തെ 77.4 ശതമാനം സമ്പത്തുളളത്. ജനസംഖ്യയുടെ അറുപത് ശതമാനത്തോളം പേര്‍ക്ക് ലഭ്യമായിരിക്കുന്നത് ദേശീയ സമ്പത്തിന്റെ 4.8 ശതമാനം മാത്രമാണെന്നും പഠനം പറയുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു വര്‍ഷംകൊണ്ട് 18 പുതിയ ശതകോടീശ്വരന്‍മാരാണ് ഇന്ത്യയിലുണ്ടായത്. ഇതോടെ ഇന്ത്യയില്‍നിന്നുള്ള ശതകോടീശ്വരന്‍മാരുടെ എണ്ണം 119 ആയി.
    28 ലക്ഷം കോടിയാണ് ഇവരുടെ ആകെ സമ്പത്ത്.
    കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരു വര്‍ഷംകൊണ്ട് ഒരു ശതമാനം വരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നരുടെ സമ്പത്തില്‍ 36 ശതമാനമാണ് വര്‍ധനയുണ്ടായത്. അതേസമയം, രാജ്യത്തെ പകുതിയോളംവരുന്ന ദരിദ്രരുടെ സമ്പത്തിലുണ്ടായ വര്‍ധനവ് മൂന്നു ശതമാനം മാത്രമാണ്. സമ്പത്തിന്റെ വിതരണത്തിലുള്ള കടുത്ത അസന്തുലിതത്വം ജനാധിപത്യ സംവിധാനത്തെ തന്നെ തകിടംമറിക്കാന്‍ ഇടയുണ്ടെന്നും റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് മുന്നറിയിപ്പു നല്‍കുന്നു.
    വേള്‍ഡ് എക്കണോമിക് ഫോറം വാര്‍ഷിക സമ്മേളനത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചത്.

    രാജ്യത്തെ ഒരുശതമാനം വരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നരുടെ സമ്പത്തിൽ ഒരു വർഷമുണ്ടായത് 39 ശതമാനം വർധന. അതേസമയം, താഴെത്തട്ടിലുള്ള ജനസംഖ്യയുടെ 50 ശതമാനത്തിന്റെ സമ്പത്തിലെ വർധന മൂന്നുശതമാനം മാത്രം.രാജ്യത്തെ ജനസംഖ്യയുടെ പത്തുശതമാനം വരുന്ന ഏറ്റവും താഴെത്തട്ടിലുള്ള 13.6 കോടി ജനങ്ങൾ 2004 മുതൽ കടക്കെണിയിലാണെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നു. സ്വിറ്റ്സർലൻഡിലെ ദാവോസിൽ ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച തുടങ്ങുന്ന ലോക സാമ്പത്തിക ഫോറം വാർഷിക ഉച്ചകോടിക്കുമുന്നോടിയായി അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര സംഘടനയായ ഓക്സ്ഫാം പുറത്തിറക്കിയ പഠനറിപ്പോർട്ടിലാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം പറയുന്നത്.
    ചുരുക്കംവരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നർ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ആകെ സമ്പത്തിന്റെ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും കൈയടക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പാവപ്പെട്ടവർ ഒരുനേരത്തെ ആഹാരത്തിനും കുട്ടികളുടെ മരുന്നിനുമായി കഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നുവെന്നത് ഞെട്ടിക്കുന്നതാണെന്ന് ഓക്സ്ഫാം ഇന്റർനാഷണൽ എക്സിക്യുട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടർ വിന്നി ബ്യാൻയിമ പറഞ്ഞു. ഒരുശതമാനംമാത്രം വരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നരും ബാക്കി ജനസംഖ്യയും തമ്മിലുള്ള ഈ വ്യത്യാസം തുടർന്നാൽ രാജ്യത്തെ സാമൂഹിക-ജനാധിപത്യ ഘടന തകിടംമറിയുമെന്നും അവർ അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. ലോക സാമ്പത്തികഫോറത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന പ്രധാന വ്യക്തികളിലൊരാളാണ് അവർ.
    രാജ്യത്തെ സമ്പത്തിന്റെ 77 ശതമാനം അതിസമ്പന്നരുടേത്
    ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ആകെ സമ്പത്തിന്റെ 77.4 ശതമാനവും കൈയടക്കിവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് ജനസംഖ്യയുടെ പത്തുശതമാനം മാത്രം വരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നരാണ്. കുറച്ചുകൂടി കൃത്യമായിപറഞ്ഞാൽ ഒരുശതമാനം വരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നരുടെ പക്കലാണ് രാജ്യത്തെ 51.53 ശതമാനം സമ്പത്തുമുള്ളത്. രാജ്യത്തെ 50 ശതമാനം ആളുകളുടെ കൈവശമുള്ളതിന്‌ തുല്യമായത്ര സമ്പത്ത് ഒമ്പത് കോടീശ്വരന്മാരുടെ കൈയിൽമാത്രമുണ്ടെന്നും പഠനം പറയുന്നു.
    ഇന്ത്യയിൽ 2018-2022 കാലയളവിൽ ദിവസം പുതുതായി 70 കോടീശ്വരൻമാർ ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് ഓക്സ്ഫാം കണക്കാക്കുന്നു. സാമ്പത്തിക അസമത്വം ഈ തോതിൽ വളരുന്നതിന് സർക്കാരും കാരണക്കാരാണ്. ആരോഗ്യം, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം തുടങ്ങിയ പൊതുമേഖലാവിഭാഗത്തിൽ ആവശ്യത്തിന് പണം കൃത്യമായി അനുവദിക്കാത്തതാണ് ഇതിനുള്ള പ്രധാന കാരണം. കോർപ്പറേറ്റുകൾക്കും സമ്പന്നർക്കും നികുതി ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ നൽകുമ്പോൾ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് ഇത് നിഷേധിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതായി ഓക്സ്ഫാം

    എറണാകുളത്ത് മരട് ആണ് ആ വീടും സ്ഥലവുമൊക്ക. മൂന്നു മുറിയും അടുക്കളയും വലിയ പത്തായവുമുള്ള വലിയ വീട്. ഭൂപരിഷ്കരണം വന്നപ്പോൾ സ്ഥലമൊക്കെ സർക്കാരിനു കൊടുത്തു. 26 സെന്റ് സ്ഥലത്ത് വീടും ഇത്തിരി സ്ഥലവുമായി ഒതുങ്ങി. അച്ഛന് ആദ്യഭാര്യയിലുണ്ടായ മകനും കുടുംബവും ഇപ്പോഴും അവിടെ താമസിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അഞ്ചാംക്ലാസ് പാസായി വീട്ടിൽ നിൽക്കുന്ന സമയത്താണ് ആദ്യമായി തൃശൂരിൽ വന്നത്. വീട്ടുകാരറിയാതെ മുങ്ങി വന്നതാണ്. കൂട്ടുകാരൊപ്പം തീവണ്ടിയിൽ. ടിക്കറ്റ് ചെക്കർ വന്നപ്പോൾ ഓടി, ഞാൻ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ടു. തൃശൂർ റയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനിലിറങ്ങി. ഒന്നുരണ്ടു ദിവസം അവിടെയും പരിസരത്തുമായി അലഞ്ഞു. പിന്നെ യാത്രക്കാരുടെ പെട്ടി മുനിസിപ്പൽ സ്റ്റാൻഡിലേക്കും തിരിച്ചും ചുമക്കുന്ന ജോലി തുടങ്ങി. കുറച്ചു നാൾ അങ്ങനെ ജീവിച്ചു. ജയ്ഹിന്ദ് മാർക്കറ്റിലും ചുമടെടുത്തു. വീടിനെക്കുറിച്ചോർത്തപ്പോൾ തിരിച്ചു പോയി.
    തിരികെ നാട്ടിൽ പോയി അച്ഛനെ കൃഷിപ്പണികളിൽ സഹായിച്ചു. മുൻപ് സ്വന്തം പറമ്പിലെ നെല്ല് കൊണ്ടു പറ നിറച്ചിരുന്ന അച്ഛനും ഞാനും കൂലിപ്പണിക്കു പോയി കിട്ടുന്ന നെല്ല് പത്തായത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടിടും. പത്തായം നിറഞ്ഞു കണ്ടില്ല. അച്ഛന്റെ കണ്ണു നിറഞ്ഞതു കാണുകയും ചെയ്തു പലവട്ടം. പിന്നെ അവിടെ നിന്നില്ല. വെല്ലിങ്ടൺ ഐലൻഡിൽ കപ്പലിൽ വരുന്ന കൽക്കരി ചുമക്കുന്ന ജോലിക്കു പോയി. കഷ്ടപ്പാടുള്ള പണിയായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും കൂലി കിട്ടുമായിരുന്നു.
    ഒരിക്കൽ തൊഴിലാളി പ്രകടനം നടത്തുന്നതിനിടെ വീണു പരുക്കേറ്റു. അതോടെ ആ പണിവിട്ടു എന്ന് കൃഷ്ണൻ പറയുന്നു.

    രാജ്യത്തെ ഒരുശതമാനം വരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നരുടെ സമ്പത്തിൽ ഒരു വർഷമുണ്ടായത് 39 ശതമാനം വർധന. അതേസമയം, താഴെത്തട്ടിലുള്ള ജനസംഖ്യയുടെ 50 ശതമാനത്തിന്റെ സമ്പത്തിലെ വർധന മൂന്നുശതമാനം മാത്രം.രാജ്യത്തെ ജനസംഖ്യയുടെ പത്തുശതമാനം വരുന്ന ഏറ്റവും താഴെത്തട്ടിലുള്ള 13.6 കോടി ജനങ്ങൾ 2004 മുതൽ കടക്കെണിയിലാണെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നു. സ്വിറ്റ്സർലൻഡിലെ ദാവോസിൽ ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച തുടങ്ങുന്ന ലോക സാമ്പത്തിക ഫോറം വാർഷിക ഉച്ചകോടിക്കുമുന്നോടിയായി അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര സംഘടനയായ ഓക്സ്ഫാം പുറത്തിറക്കിയ പഠനറിപ്പോർട്ടിലാണ് ഇക്കാര്യം പറയുന്നത്.
    ചുരുക്കംവരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നർ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ആകെ സമ്പത്തിന്റെ ഭൂരിഭാഗവും കൈയടക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പാവപ്പെട്ടവർ ഒരുനേരത്തെ ആഹാരത്തിനും കുട്ടികളുടെ മരുന്നിനുമായി കഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നുവെന്നത് ഞെട്ടിക്കുന്നതാണെന്ന് ഓക്സ്ഫാം ഇന്റർനാഷണൽ എക്സിക്യുട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടർ വിന്നി ബ്യാൻയിമ പറഞ്ഞു. ഒരുശതമാനംമാത്രം വരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നരും ബാക്കി ജനസംഖ്യയും തമ്മിലുള്ള ഈ വ്യത്യാസം തുടർന്നാൽ രാജ്യത്തെ സാമൂഹിക-ജനാധിപത്യ ഘടന തകിടംമറിയുമെന്നും അവർ അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു. ലോക സാമ്പത്തികഫോറത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന പ്രധാന വ്യക്തികളിലൊരാളാണ് അവർ.
    രാജ്യത്തെ സമ്പത്തിന്റെ 77 ശതമാനം അതിസമ്പന്നരുടേത്
    ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ആകെ സമ്പത്തിന്റെ 77.4 ശതമാനവും കൈയടക്കിവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് ജനസംഖ്യയുടെ പത്തുശതമാനം മാത്രം വരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നരാണ്. കുറച്ചുകൂടി കൃത്യമായിപറഞ്ഞാൽ ഒരുശതമാനം വരുന്ന അതിസമ്പന്നരുടെ പക്കലാണ് രാജ്യത്തെ 51.53 ശതമാനം സമ്പത്തുമുള്ളത്. രാജ്യത്തെ 50 ശതമാനം ആളുകളുടെ കൈവശമുള്ളതിന്‌ തുല്യമായത്ര സമ്പത്ത് ഒമ്പത് കോടീശ്വരന്മാരുടെ കൈയിൽമാത്രമുണ്ടെന്നും പഠനം പറയുന്നു.
    ഇന്ത്യയിൽ 2018-2022 കാലയളവിൽ ദിവസം പുതുതായി 70 കോടീശ്വരൻമാർ ഉണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് ഓക്സ്ഫാം കണക്കാക്കുന്നു. സാമ്പത്തിക അസമത്വം ഈ തോതിൽ വളരുന്നതിന് സർക്കാരും കാരണക്കാരാണ്. ആരോഗ്യം, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം തുടങ്ങിയ പൊതുമേഖലാവിഭാഗത്തിൽ ആവശ്യത്തിന് പണം കൃത്യമായി അനുവദിക്കാത്തതാണ് ഇതിനുള്ള പ്രധാന കാരണം. കോർപ്പറേറ്റുകൾക്കും സമ്പന്നർക്കും നികുതി ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ നൽകുമ്പോൾ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് ഇത് നിഷേധിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതായി ഓക്സ്ഫാം

    ഒന്നിനും ഒരു കുറവുമില്ല എന്ന് കൃഷ്ണൻ പറയുന്നു. രൂപത്തിൽ താനൊരു യാചകനാണ്. പക്ഷെ, താൻ ആരോടും കൈനീട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല. തനിക്കാവശ്യമുള്ളതെല്ലാം കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ട്. ഒന്നിനോടും പരിഭവമില്ല
    എറണാകുളത്ത് മരട് ആണ് ആ വീടും സ്ഥലവുമൊക്ക. മൂന്നു മുറിയും അടുക്കളയും വലിയ പത്തായവുമുള്ള വലിയ വീട്. ഭൂപരിഷ്കരണം വന്നപ്പോൾ സ്ഥലമൊക്കെ സർക്കാരിനു കൊടുത്തു. 26 സെന്റ് സ്ഥലത്ത് വീടും ഇത്തിരി സ്ഥലവുമായി ഒതുങ്ങി. അച്ഛന് ആദ്യഭാര്യയിലുണ്ടായ മകനും കുടുംബവും ഇപ്പോഴും അവിടെ താമസിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അഞ്ചാംക്ലാസ് പാസായി വീട്ടിൽ നിൽക്കുന്ന സമയത്താണ് ആദ്യമായി തൃശൂരിൽ വന്നത്. വീട്ടുകാരറിയാതെ മുങ്ങി വന്നതാണ്. കൂട്ടുകാരൊപ്പം തീവണ്ടിയിൽ. ടിക്കറ്റ് ചെക്കർ വന്നപ്പോൾ ഓടി, ഞാൻ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ടു. തൃശൂർ റയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനിലിറങ്ങി. ഒന്നുരണ്ടു ദിവസം അവിടെയും പരിസരത്തുമായി അലഞ്ഞു. പിന്നെ യാത്രക്കാരുടെ പെട്ടി മുനിസിപ്പൽ സ്റ്റാൻഡിലേക്കും തിരിച്ചും ചുമക്കുന്ന ജോലി തുടങ്ങി. കുറച്ചു നാൾ അങ്ങനെ ജീവിച്ചു. ജയ്ഹിന്ദ് മാർക്കറ്റിലും ചുമടെടുത്തു. വീടിനെക്കുറിച്ചോർത്തപ്പോൾ തിരിച്ചു പോയി.
    തിരികെ നാട്ടിൽ പോയി അച്ഛനെ കൃഷിപ്പണികളിൽ സഹായിച്ചു. മുൻപ് സ്വന്തം പറമ്പിലെ നെല്ല് കൊണ്ടു പറ നിറച്ചിരുന്ന അച്ഛനും ഞാനും കൂലിപ്പണിക്കു പോയി കിട്ടുന്ന നെല്ല് പത്തായത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടിടും. പത്തായം നിറഞ്ഞു കണ്ടില്ല. അച്ഛന്റെ കണ്ണു നിറഞ്ഞതു കാണുകയും ചെയ്തു പലവട്ടം. പിന്നെ അവിടെ നിന്നില്ല. വെല്ലിങ്ടൺ ഐലൻഡിൽ കപ്പലിൽ വരുന്ന കൽക്കരി ചുമക്കുന്ന ജോലിക്കു പോയി. കഷ്ടപ്പാടുള്ള പണിയായിരുന്നെങ്കിലും കൂലി കിട്ടുമായിരുന്നു.
    ഒരിക്കൽ തൊഴിലാളി പ്രകടനം നടത്തുന്നതിനിടെ വീണു പരുക്കേറ്റു. അതോടെ ആ പണിവിട്ടു എന്ന് കൃഷ്ണൻ പറയുന്നു.
