New Delhi: On being asked about the Pakistan’s letter to UN over Rahul Gandhi’s statement, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on August 28 said, “His foolish behaviour is a threat for Congress. We are always united for the interest of the country. It has never happened that parties are moving on different tangents for the betterment of the country.
