केडगाव इंडस्ट्रीयल इस्टेटमधील अंतर्गत रस्त्यांचा प्रश्न तातडीने मार्गी लावा. त्यासाठी महानगरपालिकेच्या वतीने आर्थिक नियोजन करा. राज्य सरकारच्यावतीने लागेल ती मदत करण्यासाठी मी पुढाकार घेईल. पण महानगरपालिकेने यातला जास्तीत जास्त वाटा उचलावा, असा आदेश महसूल मंत्री ना. बाळासाहेब थोरात यांनी महानगरपालिका आयुक्त शंकर गोरे यांना दिले आहेत.*
*शहर काँग्रेसचे जिल्हाध्यक्ष किरणभाऊ काळे यांच्या मागणीवरून ना. बाळासाहेब थोरात यांच्या प्रमुख उपस्थितीमध्ये उद्योजकांच्या प्रश्नांवर जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयात बैठक आयोजित करण्यात आली होती. त्यावेळी ना. थोरातांनी हे आदेश दिले.*
यावेळी जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ. राजेंद्र भोसले, शहर काँग्रेसचे जिल्हाध्यक्ष किरणभाऊ काळे, आयुक्त शंकर गोरे, जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक मनोज पाटील, निवासी उपजिल्हाधिकारी संदीप निश्चित, प्रांताधिकारी अर्जुन श्रीनिवास, तहसीलदार उमेश पाटील, ब्लॉक काँग्रेस अध्यक्ष मनोज गुंदेचा, खलील सय्यद, अनंतराव गारदे, फारुख शेख, हनीफ शेख, प्रवीण गीते, अक्षय कुलट, अनिस चुडीवाला, अज्जू शेख, निजाम जहागीरदार, वाहिद शेख, शरीफ सय्यद, मोहन वाखुरे, गणेश आपरे आदी उपस्थित होते.
केडगाव इंडस्ट्रियल इस्टेटचे अध्यक्ष सतीश बोरा, तज्ञ संचालक अरविंद गुंदेचा, मराठा चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्सचे उपाध्यक्ष प्रकाशशेठ गांधी, ॲड. राजे, सुनीत मुनोत, मेहुल भंडारी, संतोष बोरा, नरेश गांधी, नितीन पटवा, दिलीप कटारिया आदींसह उद्योजक मोठ्या संख्येने या बैठकीला उपस्थित होते.
उद्योजकांची बाजू मांडताना काळे म्हणाले की, इंडस्ट्रियल इस्टेट सुमारे ५१ एकर क्षेत्रावर आहे. १४० पेक्षा जास्त कारखाने येथे सध्या सुरू आहेत. ३००० पेक्षा जास्त लोकांना या ठिकाणी रोजगार मिळतो. मात्र गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून येथे रस्त्यांची दुरवस्था झाली आहे. या वसाहतीमध्ये सुमारे ५ ते ६ किलोमीटर सिमेंटचे रस्ते करण्याची मागणी यावेळी काळे यांनी मांडली. त्यासाठी अंदाजे तेरा ते चौदा कोटी रुपयांचा खर्च अपेक्षित आहे.
यावेळी मनपा आयुक्त शंकर गोरे यांनी याबाबतचा निधी मागणीचा प्रस्ताव राज्य शासनाकडे पाठवू असे बैठकीत सांगितले. त्यावर काळे यांनी आक्षेप घेत महानगरपालिकेला उद्योजक दरवर्षी सुमारे पाच ते सहा कोटींचा कर देतात. मागील दहा वर्षांमध्ये सरासरी ६० कोटी पेक्षा अधिक कर उद्योजकांनी दिBy Metro News| 87 views

यावेळी जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ. राजेंद्र भोसले, शहर काँग्रेसचे जिल्हाध्यक्ष किरणभाऊ काळे, आयुक्त शंकर गोरे, जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक मनोज पाटील, निवासी उपजिल्हाधिकारी संदीप निश्चित, प्रांताधिकारी अर्जुन श्रीनिवास, तहसीलदार उमेश पाटील, ब्लॉक काँग्रेस अध्यक्ष मनोज गुंदेचा, खलील सय्यद, अनंतराव गारदे, फारुख शेख, हनीफ शेख, प्रवीण गीते, अक्षय कुलट, अनिस चुडीवाला, अज्जू शेख, निजाम जहागीरदार, वाहिद शेख, शरीफ सय्यद, मोहन वाखुरे, गणेश आपरे आदी उपस्थित होते.
केडगाव इंडस्ट्रियल इस्टेटचे अध्यक्ष सतीश बोरा, तज्ञ संचालक अरविंद गुंदेचा, मराठा चेंबर ऑफ कॉमर्सचे उपाध्यक्ष प्रकाशशेठ गांधी, ॲड. राजे, सुनीत मुनोत, मेहुल भंडारी, संतोष बोरा, नरेश गांधी, नितीन पटवा, दिलीप कटारिया आदींसह उद्योजक मोठ्या संख्येने या बैठकीला उपस्थित होते.
उद्योजकांची बाजू मांडताना काळे म्हणाले की, इंडस्ट्रियल इस्टेट सुमारे ५१ एकर क्षेत्रावर आहे. १४० पेक्षा जास्त कारखाने येथे सध्या सुरू आहेत. ३००० पेक्षा जास्त लोकांना या ठिकाणी रोजगार मिळतो. मात्र गेल्या अनेक वर्षांपासून येथे रस्त्यांची दुरवस्था झाली आहे. या वसाहतीमध्ये सुमारे ५ ते ६ किलोमीटर सिमेंटचे रस्ते करण्याची मागणी यावेळी काळे यांनी मांडली. त्यासाठी अंदाजे तेरा ते चौदा कोटी रुपयांचा खर्च अपेक्षित आहे.
यावेळी मनपा आयुक्त शंकर गोरे यांनी याबाबतचा निधी मागणीचा प्रस्ताव राज्य शासनाकडे पाठवू असे बैठकीत सांगितले. त्यावर काळे यांनी आक्षेप घेत महानगरपालिकेला उद्योजक दरवर्षी सुमारे पाच ते सहा कोटींचा कर देतात. मागील दहा वर्षांमध्ये सरासरी ६० कोटी पेक्षा अधिक कर उद्योजकांनी दिBy Metro News| 87 views
