Bagdogra (West Bengal): Former Maharashtra chief minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Devendra Fadnavis, on December 24 said the stand of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) is against the people who have faced religious persecution.
