    परवाणु से शिमला तक फोरलेन का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इस रोड़ को बनाने के लिए बड़े बड़े इंजीनियर काम कर रहे है। कई बार इस रोड़ का सर्वे भी किया गया। लेकिन उसके बावजूद भी सोलन शहर को किस तरह से फोरलेन से जोड़ा जाएगा इसका शायद ही किसी को पता है। सोलन शहर को जिस तरह से इस फोरलेन से जोड़ा गया है। वह बेहद जोखिम भरा है। सोलन शहर से चण्डीगढ जाते और आते समय केवल एक ही सर्विस लेन से हो कर गुजरना पड़ता है। वह भी जान हथेली पर लेकर। जिसे देख कर ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि किसी भी अधिकारी और राजनीतिक प्रतिनिधि ने इस और कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया है।
