नए सर्कल रेट्स बढ़ने की सम्भावनाओ पर किसान संगठनों की प्रतिक्रिया-
निम्नलिखित कारणों से एलजी साहब व् दिल्ली सरकार को दिल्ली की कृषि भूमि के सर्कल रेट इस समय पर नहीं बढ़ाने चाहिए ।

1. दिल्ली के ज्यादातर हिस्सों में मार्केट रेट 1 करोड़ के आसपास है, इससे ज्यादा सर्कल रेट बढ़ाना उचित नहीं है।
2..भूमि सुधार अधिनियम की धारा 33 अभी भी लगभग 40 गांवों पर लागू है, इसके कारण किसान अपनी जमीन का कुछ हिस्सा नहीं बेच पाएंगे क्योंकि बची हुई ज़मीन उतरवाने केलिए उनको बहुत अधिक स्टैंप duty देनी पड़ेगी और पूरी जमीन बेचने के लिए मजबूर होंगे।
3. दिल्ली भूमि नीतियां जीडीए #GDA और #Landpooling अभी भी प्रक्रियाधीन हैं मास्टर प्लान -2041 के अन्तर्गत (ज्यादातर गांव पहले से ही शहरी घोषित हैं) और सर्कल रेट केवल *उनके कार्यान्वयन के बाद* बढ़ाया जाना चाहिए। तो इससे किसानों को फायदा होगा.
4. यह केवल किसानों के हितों को अनदेखा कर सरकारी राजस्व बढ़ाने के लिए किसान विरोधी है। सरकार को सर्किल रेट के बजाय भूमि अधिग्रहण मुआवजा बढ़ाना चाहिए।

दिल्ली के किसान भी कर सकते हैं धरने प्रदर्शन
दिल्ली के किसानों की लैंड पूलिंग पॉलिसी वर्षों से लटकी है अधर में
दिल्ली के अलग-अलग गांव में पंचायत जुटना शुरू
हिरणकी गांव में लैंड पूलिंग पॉलिसी को लेकर हुई पंचायत, गांवों को शहर बनाने की योजना लटकी है अधर में
दरअसल दिल्ली के गांवो को शहरो की तरह विकसित करने का कार्य मास्टर प्लान 2021 के तहत शुरू किया गया था। कई सालों से यह लैंड पूलिंग पॉलिसी अधर में ही लटकी हुई है। लैंड पूलिंग पॉलिसी के तहत किसानों को अपनी जमीन लैंड पूलिंग में डालने का क्राइट एरिया सरकार ने निर्धारित किया था, जिस सैक्टर की 70% जमीन लैंड पुलिंग में किसान दे देंगे उस सैक्टर में काम शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
कई सेक्टर में किसानों ने 70% से अधिक जमीन लैंड पूलिंग में डाल दी बावजूद उसके सरकार द्वारा यहां पर कार्य प्रगति से नहीं किया गया।
इसी मुद्दे पर आज किसानों की मीटिंग हुई और उन्होंने निर्णय लिया कि वे अधिकारियों से मिलकर नियमित रूप से मीटिंग करेंगे और मांग करेंगे कि इस कार्य में प्रगति की जाए । इस मुद्दे को लेकर किसान PMO , शहरी विकास मंत्री हरदीप पुरी और DDA के अधिकारियों से मीटिंग का समय मांगेंगे और जल्दी इस पर काम तेजी से करने का अनुरोध करेंगे क्योंकि लैंड पूलिंग की पॉलिसी बिल्कुल धीरे धीरे चल रही है।
अभी तक जो लैंड पूलिंग के तहत अर्बन रोड़ बनने थे उन पर भी काम शुरू नहीं हुआ । किसानों का कहना है कि जिस सेक्टर की जमीन का क्राइट एरिया पूरा हो गया है वहां पर सरकार को काम शुरू कर देना चाहिए लेकिन सरकार अपना सरकारी काम सरक सरक कर कर रही है उस काम में तेजी की जरूरत है।
फिलहाल इसी मुद्दे को लेकर के किसान अब एकजुट होना शुरू हो गए हैं । जल्दी ही किसान इस बाबत सरकार से मीटिंग करेंगे और यदि सकारात्मक रिजल्ट नहीं आता है तो किसान धरना प्रदर्शन की तैयारी भी कर रहे हैं।
अब देखने वाली बात होगी कि सरकार कब दिल्ली के गांवों में इस प्रक्रिया की शुरुआत करती है।
