    Rouse Avenue court complex inaugurated, all graft cases to be heard here | NewsroomPost

    The newly constructed Rouse Avenue Court Complex, where all corruption cases will be tried, was inaugurated on Monday. According to the Delhi High Court notification, all courts of special judge, the Central Bureau of Investigation, Anti-Corruption Branch and labour courts in Delhi, shall function from the Rouse Avenue Court Complex from April 9.

    Judge OP Saini, who heard 2G spectrum allocation case, has been appointed the District and sessions -cum-special judge of the eight-storey court complex on Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg, which has 42 courtrooms. Delhi High Court judges, including chief justice Rajendra Menon, Justice S Ravindra Bhat and Justice GS Sistani, were at the event.

If necessary Madam Speaker, can we not extend the session of Parliament to complete the passage of these bills and provide this country with a frame work to fight corruption" urged the Congress Member of Parliament from Amethi.

    मानव अधिकार सुरक्षा संस्थान नाम की संस्था ने आरटीआई के द्वारा एक खुलासा किया है कि दिल्ली सरकार के फरिश्ते योजना भ्रष्टाचार की भेंट चल रही है। मानव अधिकार सुरक्षा संस्थान के पदाधिकारियों ने बताया कि उनके पास आरटीआई द्वारा एक जानकारी है कि फरिश्ते योजना के तहत कुछ चुनिंदा अस्पतालों को ही लाभ मिल रहा है। आपको बता दें कि फरिश्ते योजना में दिल्ली के किसी भी व्यक्ति के साथ कोई दुर्घटना होती है तो उसका इलाज नजदीक के किसी भी नीली अस्पताल में मुफ्त होगा उसका भुगतान दिल्ली सरकार करेगी। साथ ही दुर्घटना जिस व्यक्ति के साथ हुई है उस व्यक्ति को जो अस्पताल पहुंचाएगा उसको ₹2000 की सहायता राशि भी दी जाएगी लेकिन अब एक आरटीआई के माध्यम से यह सामने आया है कि इस योजना का लाभ दिल्ली के कुछ चुनिंदा अस्पताल ही उठा पा रहे हैं। कई अस्पताल तो ऐसे भी है कि जिनके पास कोई मरीज नहीं पहुंचा लेकिन फिर भी उसका भुगतान कर दिया गया और कई अस्पताल ऐसे भी हैं जहां 400 से ज्यादा मरीज पहुंचे और उनका भुगतान लाखो मे हुआ। मानव अधिकार सुरक्षा संस्थान में यह दावा किया है कि इस पूरी योजना में बड़े भ्रष्टाचार की बु आ रही है और हम सरकार से निवेदन करेंगे कि इसकी जांच सेंट्रल विजिलेंस कमीशन से हो ताकि इस योजना की आड़ में जो अधिकारी या नेता गन भ्रष्टाचार कर रहे हैं उनको सामने लाया जा सके।

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi visited Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh to address an election rally. While addressing to the masses he lashed out at BJP for corruption. "There were corruption cases, earlier also, but people had difficulties to know much about it. We, therefore, enacted Right to Information law. Now every citizen is legally entitled to gather any information about government functioning. As a result lots of graft cases came out," said Rahul Gandhi.
