With this workout we will do a high rep leg day. We have covered other parts of the body. For this cycle, we will give more emphasis to the legs as when women tone they love to work on their leg and it is at times the difficult parts of the body to tone. So we will have a high rep leg day and a low rep leg day.

As we get into Cycle 5 our workouts are getting simpler yet powerful. We target upper and inner chest to pop that chest out and give it good mass. This is a very powerful workout for your chest. If you loved it, give us a comment.
