Lendas Indianas Parte 1, 'Indian Legends' presents a series of short films on eminent Indians. Veteran Odia film and television actor Anita Das passed away following a cardiac arrest at her residence in Cuttack on Friday, family sources said. She was 57.
Odia actor Anita Das who had created a niche in the Odia film industry by playing the role of the mother of main characters in over hundred films, passed away today at her Mission Road residence in Cuttack. She was 59 years old.
As per family sources, Anita died of a heart attack.
A pall of gloom descended on the Ollywood fraternity with condolences pouring in from all quarters following the sad demise of Anita.
