    An amazing Workout for Bicep and Tricep. We combine a Bicep workout with a Tricep workout to make a complete Arms workout for beginners. If you are new and beginner follow this Arms workout for MASS. I show you proper technique as well as good form in how to get big bicep and tricep. This workout will give you a good pump as well.

    Make a 1 week schedule and include this as one of the days in the schedule. Ensure to follow this workout for 4 weeks in your schedule before changing it. Once 4 weeks are complete change all your workouts with a different BBRT workout. We concentrate on higher reps in this workout. It is important to once in a while do a high rep workout to give yourself endurance as well.

Advance Series. We now do a Advanced level Killer ARMS WORKOUT. An Advanced Arm Workout. Remember that your tricep is a bigger muscle than your bicep, so if you want bigger arms, you should work on Tricep as well. In this we will do triceps first than Biceps. Build big arms with this bicep tricep workout.

The advance series for bodybuilding is to be followed after you have completed the Beginner series and the Intermediate series. In this series remember that you should do each cycle for 4 weeks before you move on to the next cycle. If you feel that you are advance level and have been working out for a long time you can follow this series then.

This is Cycle 1, we now do ARMS Workout for Big MASS. Remember we start with low sets to get the burn in muscle then in advance we go with a pro level pattern.

    Minus the DRAMA in the beginning, we were really tired!

    Alternate dumbell curl on incline bench 4 sets of 12-15 reps
    Barbell curl on Ez Bar 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps
    Seated hammer curl 4 sets of 8-10 reps
    Barbell curl with straight bar 4 sets of 10-12 reps
    Ez Bar Spider Curl 4 sets of 12-15 reps
    Preacher curl 4 sets of 12-15 reps
