Founded by IT veteran Ashok Soota, the company has proved that the IPO market is alive and kicking and good IPOs will be welcomed by the investing public.

Happiest Minds Technologies IPO, which closed on September 9, was oversubscribed 151 times. It got bids for 3.51 billion shares versus the 23.3 million on offer, ranking it among India’s most successful first-time share sales of this decade. The price band for the offer was fixed at Rs 165-166 per equity share. Post IPO, the promoter’s stake will come down to 53 per cent from 62 per cent.

दिल्ली पुलिस ने महिंद्रा पार्क के रामगढ़ से 205 कार्टून प्रतिबंधित चाइनीज पतंग मांझी के पकड़े।
उत्तरी पश्चिमी जिला पुलिस ने आज शुक्रवार को दोपहर 2:00 बजे के आसपास मीडिया से यह जानकारी साझा करते हुए बताया कि जिले के स्पेशल स्टाफ की टीम ने प्रतिबंधित चाइनीज मांझे से भरा हुआ एक गोदाम पकड़ा है और एक शख्स को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी रिटेलर को चाइनीज मांझा के रोल सप्लाई करता था और एक रामगढ़ के किराए के गोदाम में यह सब उसने रखा हुआ था।
बीती रात पुलिस ने रेड करके यहां पर से बड़ी मात्रा में चाइनीज मांझा बरामद किया है।
बता दें कि चाइनीज मांझे से गर्दन कट कर दिल्ली में इसी सप्ताह एक मौत हुई थी और इससे पहले भी कई मौतें चाइनीज मांझा दो पहिया वाहन चालकों की गर्दन में उलझने से मौत हो चुकी है और बड़ी संख्या में लोग इस मांझे से घायल भी हुए हैं। इस मांझे में कांच की भी मिलावट होती है और इस माझे का धागा टूटता नहीं बल्कि गर्दन को काट देता है।
इसलिए यह चाइनीज मांझा दिल्ली में पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंधित है। बावजूद उसके खुलेआम दिल्ली की दुकानों पर इसे देखते हुए देखा जा सकता है और हर बार प्रशासन किसी की मौत के बाद ही जागता है। इस बार भी चाइनीज मांझे से मौतें हुई उसके बाद ही प्रशासन जागा है और जगह जगह पर उतरी पश्चिमी जिले में जगह-जगह पर रेड करके चाइनीज मांझा पकड़ा जा रहा है। इसी जिले में मांझे से गर्दन कटकर मौत हुई थी। इसलिए इसी जिले में रेड हो रही है और पुलिस पकड़ रही है लेकिन दूसरे जिलो में इस तरह के पकड़े जाने की सूचना पुलिस की तरफ से नहीं आ रही है और धड़ल्ले से चाइनीज मांझा दिल्ली की दुकानों में बिक रहा है और लोगों की जान भी ले रहा है।
इस मामले में पकड़े गए आरोपी का नाम अमरजीत है जो कि संजय एनक्लेव जहांगीरपुरी का रहने वाला है। इसके पास से 205 कार्टून मिले हैं जिनमें 11760 प्रतिबंधित चाइनीज मांझे के रोल हैं और आरोपी से पूछताछ जारी है।

उत्तरी पश्चिमी जिला पुलिस ने आज शुक्रवार को दोपहर 2:00 बजे के आसपास मीडिया से यह जानकारी साझा करते हुए बताया कि जिले के स्पेशल स्टाफ की टीम ने प्रतिबंधित चाइनीज मांझे से भरा हुआ एक गोदाम पकड़ा है और एक शख्स को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी रिटेलर को चाइनीज मांझा के रोल सप्लाई करता था और एक रामगढ़ के किराए के गोदाम में यह सब उसने रखा हुआ था।
बीती रात पुलिस ने रेड करके यहां पर से बड़ी मात्रा में चाइनीज मांझा बरामद किया है।
बता दें कि चाइनीज मांझे से गर्दन कट कर दिल्ली में इसी सप्ताह एक मौत हुई थी और इससे पहले भी कई मौतें चाइनीज मांझा दो पहिया वाहन चालकों की गर्दन में उलझने से मौत हो चुकी है और बड़ी संख्या में लोग इस मांझे से घायल भी हुए हैं। इस मांझे में कांच की भी मिलावट होती है और इस माझे का धागा टूटता नहीं बल्कि गर्दन को काट देता है।
इसलिए यह चाइनीज मांझा दिल्ली में पूरी तरह से प्रतिबंधित है। बावजूद उसके खुलेआम दिल्ली की दुकानों पर इसे देखते हुए देखा जा सकता है और हर बार प्रशासन किसी की मौत के बाद ही जागता है। इस बार भी चाइनीज मांझे से मौतें हुई उसके बाद ही प्रशासन जागा है और जगह जगह पर उतरी पश्चिमी जिले में जगह-जगह पर रेड करके चाइनीज मांझा पकड़ा जा रहा है। इसी जिले में मांझे से गर्दन कटकर मौत हुई थी। इसलिए इसी जिले में रेड हो रही है और पुलिस पकड़ रही है लेकिन दूसरे जिलो में इस तरह के पकड़े जाने की सूचना पुलिस की तरफ से नहीं आ रही है और धड़ल्ले से चाइनीज मांझा दिल्ली की दुकानों में बिक रहा है और लोगों की जान भी ले रहा है।
इस मामले में पकड़े गए आरोपी का नाम अमरजीत है जो कि संजय एनक्लेव जहांगीरपुरी का रहने वाला है। इसके पास से 205 कार्टून मिले हैं जिनमें 11760 प्रतिबंधित चाइनीज मांझे के रोल हैं और आरोपी से पूछताछ जारी है।
