Sainj (Kullu) : The Kullu district administration today sent a medical team to Shakti, a remote area of Sainj Valley, with the help of an Air Force helicopter. Amidst extremely challenging conditions, the IAF helicopter was landed in the side of the river in the area adjacent to Shakti. This team includes a doctor and a pharmacist. This team with medicines has been sent to treat the local people. Landing the helicopter on the river bank adjacent to Shakti was a challenging task but it was possible under the leadership of Wing Commander Shailesh Singh. Sainj (Kullu) : The Kullu district administration today sent a medical team to Shakti, a remote area of Sainj Valley, with the help of an Air Force helicopter. Amidst extremely challenging conditions, the IAF helicopter was landed in the side of the river in the area adjacent to Shakti. This team includes a doctor and a pharmacist. This team with medicines has been sent to treat the local people. Landing the helicopter on the river bank adjacent to Shakti was a challenging task but it was possible under the leadership of Wing Commander Shailesh Singh. Food grains have also been taken to Shanshar by helicopter. Ration will be available through the fair price shops of Panchayats adjoining Shanshar.
