    रामनगरी अयोध्या में डिप्टी सीएम ब्रिजेश पाठक के आदेशों को धज्जियां उड़ाई जा रही है रामनगरी अयोध्या में जी हां एक ऐसा डाक्टर जिनके पास एक ऐसी पेन है जिससे लिखते है तो वह उसकी इंक 20 मिनट के बाद खत्म हो जाती है आपको बताते चले कि श्री राम अस्पताल में तैनात डॉक्टर इंद्रभान विस्कर्मा को मीडिया ने उजागिर किया डॉक्टर इंद्रभान विश्वकर्मा की कहानी तो जगजाहिर होती है गौरतलब है की डॉक्टर इंद्रभान विश्वकर्मा की कहानी तो जगजाहिर है पैथोलॉजिस्ट होते हुए फिजीशियन बन कर मरीजों को लूट रहे हैं बाहर की दवाई और बाहर की जांच लिख रहे हैं आपको बताते चले कि यह डॉक्टर प्राइवेट प्रैक्टिस भी करते हैं दो जगहो पर जब इस बारे में डॉक्टर से पूछा गया तो कुछ भी बोलने से कतराते रहे फिलहाल आपको यह बताते चले कि आम आदमी को सस्ती कीमत की दवा मुहैया कराने के लिए संचालित किए जा रहे जन औषधि केंद्र कारगर साबित नहीं होते दिख रहे। सरकारी अस्पतालों में चल रहे डॉक्टरों के कमीशन के खेल में जन औषधि केंद्रों पर नाम मात्र के खरीददार ही दवा लेने को पहुंचते हैं।इसका कारण है कि डॉक्टर जेनरिक दवाएं लिखने से पहेज बरतते हैं। इसके चलते मरीजों को मेडिकल स्टोरों के लिए लिखी जाने वाली मंहगी दवाएं खरीदने को मजबूर होना पड़ता है। इससे परेशान जन औषधि केंद्र संचालक अब दुकान का किराया तक न निकल पाने की बात कहकर दवा बिक्री लाइसेंस को वापस करने को मजबूरी बताने लगे हैंप्रधानमंत्री ने गरीबों को बाजार भाव से लगभग पांच गुना कम दर में जीवन रक्षक दवाएं उपलब्ध कराने के पीएम जन औषधि केंद्र की योजना को देश भर में शुरू कराया था। इन दवा दुकानों पर सरकार की ओर से बाजार भाव से करीब पांच से छह गुुना कम रेट पर 600 तरह की जेनरिक दवाएं बिक्री को मुहैया कराई जाती है।
    ताकि आम लोगों को महंगी दवाओं के बोझ तले दबना न पड़े। सरकार की योजना पर दवाओं की आड़ में चलता सरकारी व निजी डॉक्टरों का कमीशन का खेल पलीता लगा रहा है। जन औषधि योजना के तहत जन औषधि केंद्रों का संचालन शुरू हो जाने के बाद भी निजी व सरकारी सेवा में कार्यरत डॉक्टरों ने कमीशनखोरी के चलते जेनरिक के बजाए ब्रांडेड दवाएं लिखना जारी रखा है।

    रामनगरी अयोध्या में डिप्टी सीएम ब्रिजेश पाठक के आदेशों को धज्जियां उड़ाई जा रही है रामनगरी अयोध्या में जी हां एक ऐसा डाक्टर जिनके पास एक ऐसी पेन है जिससे लिखते है तो वह उसकी इंक 20 मिनट के बाद खत्म हो जाती है आपको बताते चले कि श्री राम अस्पताल में तैनात डॉक्टर इंद्रभान विस्कर्मा को मीडिया ने उजागिर किया डॉक्टर इंद्रभान विश्वकर्मा की कहानी तो जगजाहिर होती है गौरतलब है की डॉक्टर इंद्रभान विश्वकर्मा की कहानी तो जगजाहिर है पैथोलॉजिस्ट होते हुए फिजीशियन बन कर मरीजों को लूट रहे हैं बाहर की दवाई और बाहर की जांच लिख रहे हैं आपको बताते चले कि यह डॉक्टर प्राइवेट प्रैक्टिस भी करते हैं दो जगहो पर जब इस बारे में डॉक्टर से पूछा गया तो कुछ भी बोलने से कतराते रहे फिलहाल आपको यह बताते चले कि आम आदमी को सस्ती कीमत की दवा मुहैया कराने के लिए संचालित किए जा रहे जन औषधि केंद्र कारगर साबित नहीं होते दिख रहे। सरकारी अस्पतालों में चल रहे डॉक्टरों के कमीशन के खेल में जन औषधि केंद्रों पर नाम मात्र के खरीददार ही दवा लेने को पहुंचते हैं।इसका कारण है कि डॉक्टर जेनरिक दवाएं लिखने से पहेज बरतते हैं। इसके चलते मरीजों को मेडिकल स्टोरों के लिए लिखी जाने वाली मंहगी दवाएं खरीदने को मजबूर होना पड़ता है। इससे परेशान जन औषधि केंद्र संचालक अब दुकान का किराया तक न निकल पाने की बात कहकर दवा बिक्री लाइसेंस को वापस करने को मजबूरी बताने लगे हैंप्रधानमंत्री ने गरीबों को बाजार भाव से लगभग पांच गुना कम दर में जीवन रक्षक दवाएं उपलब्ध कराने के पीएम जन औषधि केंद्र की योजना को देश भर में शुरू कराया था। इन दवा दुकानों पर सरकार की ओर से बाजार भाव से करीब पांच से छह गुुना कम रेट पर 600 तरह की जेनरिक दवाएं बिक्री को मुहैया कराई जाती है।
    ताकि आम लोगों को महंगी दवाओं के बोझ तले दबना न पड़े। सरकार की योजना पर दवाओं की आड़ में चलता सरकारी व निजी डॉक्टरों का कमीशन का खेल पलीता लगा रहा है। जन औषधि योजना के तहत जन औषधि केंद्रों का संचालन शुरू हो जाने के बाद भी निजी व सरकारी सेवा में कार्यरत डॉक्टरों ने कमीशनखोरी के चलते जेनरिक के बजाए ब्रांडेड दवाएं लिखना जारी रखा है।
