बुराड़ी बाईपास पर मिनी बसों के ड्राइवरो ने लगाया जाम। बुराड़ी बाईपास से बुराड़ी की तरफ जाने वाली सड़क पर एक घंटे से ज्यादा वक्त तक लगा लंबा जाम। रोडवेज के नए कानून के विरोध में ड्राइवरो ने लगाया जाम।
ज्यादा देर तक जाम में फंसी सवारियो ने भी जताया ऐतराज। सवारियो का कहना है कि जाम के अलावा दूसरे तरीके से करें विरोध। जाम लगाकर दूसरों को परेशान करना उचित नहीं। ड्राइवरो ने कहा कि जब तक इस नए कानून को वापस नहीं लिया जाएगा वे बस नहीं चलाएंगे। काफी देर मशक्कत के बाद पुलिस ने जाम को खुलवाया।
फिलहाल दोपहर को 1:00 बजे पुलिस ने जाम खुलवा दिया है लेकिन फिर भी गाड़ियां रेंग रेंग कर चल रही है।

दिल्ली के बुराड़ी क्षेत्र में बनने जा रहा है बाबा केदारनाथ दिल्ली धाम। केदारनाथ मंदिर का स्वरूप दिल्ली में तैयार किया जाएगा। इस बाबत आज बुराड़ी में मंदिर की ट्रस्ट से जुड़े लोगों की मीटिंग हुई। इसमें कई साधु संत व राजनीतिक लोगों ने भी भाग लिया। बुराड़ी क्षेत्र की इंद्रप्रस्थ कॉलोनी में वार्ड संख्या 18 के अंतर्गत यह भव्य मंदिर बनकर तैयार होगा जिसके लिए एक भक्त ने 500 गज अपनी निजी जमीन मंदिर की ट्रस्ट को दी है। यहां पर आए साधुओ व ट्रस्ट से जुड़े सदस्यों ने बताया कि दिल्ली NCR से लाखों लोग केदारनाथ में बाबा के दर्शन करने के लिए जाते हैं और जिन दिनों में ज्यादा बर्फबारी होती और मंदिर के कपाट बंद होते हैं उस दौरान लोग दर्शन नहीं कर पाते।
इसलिए दिल्ली NCR के लोग दिल्ली में ही पूरे वर्ष यहां दर्शन कर पाएंगे। किसी कारणवश जो लोग केदारनाथ धाम नहीं पहुंच पाते वे दिल्ली में ही बाबा के स्वरूप के दर्शन कर पाएंगे।
मंदिर के लिए शीला को भी केदारनाथ से लाया जाएगा और पूजा पद्धति विधि आदि भी केदारनाथ की तरह ही यहां पर अपनाई जाएगी।

राजधानी दिल्ली के बुराड़ी इलाके में दूसरे दिन भी नगर निगम का पीला पंजा जारी है और लगातार अवैध कॉलोनीयों पर डेमोलेशन की प्रक्रिया पर काम किया जा रहा है। आज बुराड़ी के वेस्ट कमल विहार में पिंकी कॉलोनी के सामने अवैध रूप से बसाई गई भूमि पर नगर निगम का पीला पंजा चलाया गया है। कल बुराड़ी इलाके के प्रधान एनक्लेव के पास यमुना पुस्ते पर बसी कॉलोनी को धराशाई किया गया था । आज सुबह से ही प्रशासनिक अधिकारी व नगर निगम के अधिकारी वेस्ट कमल विहार पहुंचे और अवैध रूप से बसी कॉलोनी पर नगर निगम का पिला पंजा चलाया गया।
राजधानी में बुधवार को एमसीडी ने अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों व रूरल एरिया में अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की। एमसीडी ने एक ही दिन में 37 अवैध निर्माणों को जमींदोज कर दिया। इस दौरान 19 प्रॉपर्टी सील भी की गई। भाटी, मांडी, बुराड़ी, जैतपुर, जामिया नगर, नांगलोई, गोविंदपुरी, वसंतकुंज, कमला नगर और मॉडल टाउन एरिया में अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ एमसीडी की कार्रवाई की गई। अभी 1,000 से अधिक अवैध निर्माण एमसीडी की लिस्ट में हैं, जिनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई करनी है। इन अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई के लिए एमसीडी ने अगले एक महीने का शेड्यूल तैयार किया है।
एमसीडी अफसरों के अनुसार जिन लोगों ने भी अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों में बिना नक्शा पास कराए मकान बनाए हैं और स्पेशल प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट के तहत वह प्रॉपर्टी कवर नहीं है, तो ऐसी प्रॉपर्टी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी। वर्तमान में उन अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ एक्शन लिया जा रहा है, जो एग्रीकल्चरल लैंड पर बिना लैंड यूज चेंज कराए बनाए गए हैं। ज्यादातर ऐसी समस्या बुराड़ी, झड़ौदा, कादीपुर, इब्राहिमपुर, भलस्वा, स्वरूप नगर जैसे ग्रामीण इलाकों में हैं। आज अवैध चारदीवारी, गलियां, छोटे खाली मकान गिराएബൈ AA News| 21 വ്യൂസ് (വീക്ഷണത്തിന്റെ എണ്ണം)
बुराड़ी इलाके के हरदेव नगर कॉलोनी में एक व्यक्ति ने विश्वास घात कर लोगों को लगाया करोड़ का चूना. एक-एक व्यक्ति के लाखों रुपए लेकर करीब 10 से 12 करोड रुपए की ठगी कर सुभाष भाटिया नाम का व्यक्ति हुआ फरार .पूरे परिवार के साथ घर बेचकर और रातों-रात हुआ फरार .जिन लोगों ने दिए थे पैसे अब वह सभी हो रहे हैं परेशान. वजीराबाद थाने में पीड़ित लोगों ने दी शिकायत ,लेकिन अभी तक आरोपी का कोई सुराग नहीं.
बुराड़ी इलाके में सालों से रह रहे सुभाष भाटिया नाम के एक व्यक्ति और उनकी पत्नी ने सैकड़ो लोगों को अपनी ठगी का शिकार बनाया और करोड़ों रुपए लेकर रातों-रात घर बेचकर परिवार सहित फरार हो गया जिन लोगों के पैसे सुभाष भाटिया और परिवार ने ले रखे थे जब वह पैसे लेने के लिए घर पहुंचे तो पूरे मामले का खुलासा हुआ, जिसके बाद पूरे इलाके में हड़कंप मच गया .हर कोई सुभाष भाटिया और उसके परिवार को ढूंढने लगा लेकिन जब कोई अता-पता नहीं मिला तो आखिरकार पुलिस को जानकारी दी गई .अब वजीराबाद थाना पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है. सुभाष भाटिया जो कि अपने पूरे परिवार के साथ पिछले कई सालों से बुराड़ी इलाके के हरदेव नगर कॉलोनी की गली नंबर 2 में रहता था ,शुरुआती दौर में उसने कमेटी डालनी शुरू की और ब्याज पर पैसे भी लिए कई सालों तक लोगों के पैसे वापस किए उन्हें ब्याज भी दिया कमेटी देकर के उनका विश्वास जीता और अब पिछले कुछ सालों से आसपास के कई लोग और अन्य जानकार भी सुभाष भाटिया और उसके परिवार को ब्याज पर पैसे देते थे. यह उम्मीद लगाकर की यह पैसे उन्हें अच्छे ब्याज पर वापस मिलेंगे जिससे वह अपने जरूरत के कार्यों को पूरा कर पाएंगे. हरदेव नगर कॉलोनी में कई लोग तो ऐसे भी हैं जिन्होंने अपने जीवन भर की गाड़ी कमाई इस परिवार को दे रखी थी .किसी ने बेटी की शादी के लिए पैसा जमा किया तो किसी ने घर बनवाने के लिए और कुछ लोगों ने बच्चों की पढ़ाई के लिए पैसे जमा किए थे लेकिन अब इन लोगों के लाखों रुपए की ठगी की वारदात को अंजाम देकर सुभाष भाटिया और उसका परिवार गायब हो गया. कई लोगों के पास तो ऑनलाइन ट्रांजैक्शन की रसीद भी है लेकिन करीब 10 दिन बीत जाने के बाद अभी भी पुलिस सुभाष भाटिया और उसके परिवार का कोई सुराग नहीं निकल सकी है लोक परेशान है कई लोगों की तो तबीयत भी खराब हो रही है और यहां तक की लोगों के जीवन भर की गाड़ी कमाई जब डूबती हुई दि

In Delhi, only two days are left for Chhath Mahaparv preparations. Officials of Chhath committees in the Burari area are expressing dissatisfaction with the Delhi government's arrangements. Despite the festival lasting from the 18th to the 20th, the government has not completed any preparations at Chhath ghats. Private organizations are preparing for Chhath at their own expense, and although some ghats have been cleaned by municipal councilors, it is not deemed sufficient. Devotees and committee officials are unhappy with the government, alleging that only food supply is prioritized, neglecting overall preparation.
In the Burari area, several Chhath committees have been organizing the festival on Chhath ghats for many years. However, the Delhi government has historically focused only on food supply for Chhath ghats. This time, the deadline for preparing all ghats was November 15, but even after this date, there is no visible progress. Only a tractor and pump set are being used to remove dirty water from ponds for formalities, while the water is so polluted that it causes itching to those entering. Activist Pradeep Kumar highlights opposition in tenders given by the Delhi government, and even after the tender process, companies have not cleaned the Chhath ghats.

राजधानी दिल्ली के बुराड़ी इलाके में दूसरे दिन भी नगर निगम का पीला पंजा जारी है और लगातार अवैध कॉलोनीयों पर डेमोलेशन की प्रक्रिया पर काम किया जा रहा है। आज बुराड़ी के वेस्ट कमल विहार में पिंकी कॉलोनी के सामने अवैध रूप से बसाई गई भूमि पर नगर निगम का पीला पंजा चलाया गया है। कल बुराड़ी इलाके के प्रधान एनक्लेव के पास यमुना पुस्ते पर बसी कॉलोनी को धराशाई किया गया था । आज सुबह से ही प्रशासनिक अधिकारी व नगर निगम के अधिकारी वेस्ट कमल विहार पहुंचे और अवैध रूप से बसी कॉलोनी पर नगर निगम का पिला पंजा चलाया गया।
राजधानी में बुधवार को एमसीडी ने अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों व रूरल एरिया में अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की। एमसीडी ने एक ही दिन में 37 अवैध निर्माणों को जमींदोज कर दिया। इस दौरान 19 प्रॉपर्टी सील भी की गई। भाटी, मांडी, बुराड़ी, जैतपुर, जामिया नगर, नांगलोई, गोविंदपुरी, वसंतकुंज, कमला नगर और मॉडल टाउन एरिया में अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ एमसीडी की कार्रवाई की गई। अभी 1,000 से अधिक अवैध निर्माण एमसीडी की लिस्ट में हैं, जिनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई करनी है। इन अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई के लिए एमसीडी ने अगले एक महीने का शेड्यूल तैयार किया है।
एमसीडी अफसरों के अनुसार जिन लोगों ने भी अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों में बिना नक्शा पास कराए मकान बनाए हैं और स्पेशल प्रोटेक्शन एक्ट के तहत वह प्रॉपर्टी कवर नहीं है, तो ऐसी प्रॉपर्टी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी। वर्तमान में उन अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ एक्शन लिया जा रहा है, जो एग्रीकल्चरल लैंड पर बिना लैंड यूज चेंज कराए बनाए गए हैं। ज्यादातर ऐसी समस्या बुराड़ी, झड़ौदा, कादीपुर, इब्राहिमपुर, भलस्वा, स्वरूप नगर जैसे ग्रामीण इलाकों में हैं। आज अवैध चारदीवारी, गलियां, छोटे खाली मकान गिराएബൈ AA News| 21 വ്യൂസ് (വീക്ഷണത്തിന്റെ എണ്ണം)
