സ്വകാര്യ മുതൽ നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് പൊതുമുതൽ നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് തുല്യമാക്കി കര്ശന നടപടിക്കുള്ള ഓര്ഡിനൻസ് ഇറക്കാന് സര്ക്കാര് നീക്കം
ഓര്ഡിനൻസ് ഇറക്കുന്ന കാര്യം ഇന്ന് ചേരുന്ന മന്ത്രിസഭായോഗം പരിഗണിച്ചേക്കും. വീടുകൾ പാര്ട്ടിഓഫീസുകൾ കച്ചവട സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവക്കെതിരായ അക്രമം തടയാനാണ് നടപടി. അഞ്ച് വര്ഷം തടവ് ശിക്ഷയടക്കം കർശന വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തി നിയമ നിര്മാണം നടത്താനാണ് നീക്കം നടക്കുന്നത്.
അടുത്ത മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗത്തിന് ഈ ഓര്ഡിനന്സ് കൊണ്ടുവരാനായിരുന്നു ആദ്യം തീരുമാനിച്ചിരുന്നത്.
എന്നാല് അടുത്ത മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗത്തില് നിയമസഭാ സമ്മേളനം സംബന്ധിച്ച് തീരുമാനമെടുക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്.
ഈ മന്ത്രിസഭാ യോഗത്തില് ഓര്ഡിനന്സിറക്കുന്നതിന് ഭരണഘടനാ പരമായ തടസമുള്ളതിനാലാണ് ഇന്ന് നടക്കുന്ന പ്രത്യേക കാബിനറ്റ് യോഗത്തില് ഓര്ഡിനന്സ് പരിഗണനയ്ക്കെത്തിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.

विवादित इस्लामिक उपदेशक ज़ाकिर नाईक को लेकर एक और खुलासा हुआ है...मुंबई पुलिस की जांच में सामने आया है कि नाइक के बैंक अकाउंट्स में पिछले तीन सालों में तीन अलग- अलग देशों से 60 करोड़ रुपये आए हैं. नाइक के परिवार के सदस्यों से जुड़े पांच बैंक खातों में यह रकम जमा की गई है. अंग्रजी अखबार 'द टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया' के मुताबिक एक अधिकारी ने बताया, 'हम अभी तक यह नहीं पता लगा पाए हैं कि ये रकम किस मकसद से जमा की गई है. हमने जांच की और इस लेन-देन का पता लगाया.' अधिकारी ने साफ किया कि ये बैंक खाते नाईक के एनजीओ से जुड़े नहीं हैं, बल्कि उसके अपने हैं....वहीं पुलिस ने इनकम टैक्स विभाग से इन कंपनियों की डीटेल्स मांगी है..पुलिस का कहना है हम पता कर रहे हैं कि इन कंपनियों को फंडिंग कहां से होती थी. क्या धर्म परिवर्तन के लिए फाइनेंस इन्हीं कंपनियों से होता था. पूरी जानकारी मिलने के बाद जाकिर के परिवार के लोगों से पुलिस पूछताछ शुरू करेगी।
