दिल्ली में कई घर तबाही के कगार पर, प्रशासन मौन
नरेला विधानसभा के अकबरपुर माजरा गांव में फ्लड विभाग की लापरवाही के चलते तीन मकान क्षतिग्रस्त होने की कगार पर है। इन मकानों में बड़े-बड़े दरारें आ गई है और मकानों में रहने वाले लोग अपने घरों को छोड़कर दूसरे घरों में रहने को मजबूर है। यहां कोई हादसा न हो जाए उसी के चलते फ्लड विभाग की तरफ से मकानो में जैक लगाकर रोकने की कोशिश की जा रही है।
तस्वीरों में आप देख सकते हैं। कुछ मकानों के अंदर बड़ी-बड़ी दरारें आ चुकी हैं। कुछ मकान तिरछे हो चुके हैं । वही इन मकानों को गिरने से बचाने के लिए कुछ लोग मकानों के लेंटर में सपोर्ट लगा रहे हैं जैक लगाकर तिरछे हुए मकानों को गिरने से रोकने के कोशिस कर रहे हैं। यहां पर फ्लड विभाग द्वारा एक चौपाल का निर्माण कार्य शुरू किया गया वही चौपाल की चारदीवारी बनाने के लिए JCB मशीन से खुदाई की गई। खुदाई इतनी गहरी कर दी कि इन मकानों की नींव नीचे से सरक गई और यह मकान तिरछे हो गए।
पीड़ित मकान मालिक बीर सेन ने बताया की वह अपने घर में सो रहे थे। सुबह के करीब 4 बजे अचानक इनका घर हिलने लगा। अजीब सी आवाजें मकान में आने लगी । वह उठे और अपने बीवी बच्चों को लेकर घर के बाहर निकले उन्होंने देखा कि उनका मकान तिरछा हो गया है.. और मकान के अंदर बड़ी-बड़ी दरारें बन गए हैं उन्होंने रात दूसरे मकान में गुजारी और सुबह दिन निकलते ही फ्लड विभाग के अधिकारियों से बात करने की कोशिश की तो अधिकारियों ने मामले को रफा-दफा करने के लिए जेसीबी क्रेन से जिस तरीके से खुदाई की थी उसी तरीके से दोबारा मिट्टी मकानों के चारों तरफ लगा दी। लेकिन फ्लड विभाग की लापरवाही के चलते तीन मकानों की नींव कमजोर हो गई और मकान अपनी जगह से खिसक गये। अब यह मकान कभी भी ज़मीदोज़ हो सकते है और कोई भी बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है।
