    गोरखपुर जिले के चौरी चौरा में एक क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य को राजनीतिक छवि को गांव के ही दबंगो द्वारा बर्वाद करने की कोशिश की जा रही है।पीड़ित क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य ने पहले स्थानीय व जिले के अधिकारियों को और अब मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र लिख राजनीतिक प्रतिद्वंदियों द्वारा छवि बिगाड़ने धमकी देने का आरोप लगाया है।पीड़ित क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य दबंगो के डर से सहमा हुआ है।-चौरी चौरा तहसील क्षेत्र के ब्रह्मपुर ब्लाक के भैसही रामदत्त गांव में आकाश उपाध्याय का आवास है।आकाश अपने क्षेत्र के पंचायत सदस्य है।उनके गांव के ही रहने वाले कुछ दबंग लोग उनके उनकी राजनीतिक छवि को कई वर्ष पूर्व से ही खराब करने का प्रयास कर रहे है।आकाश उपाध्याय ने बताया कि तीन वर्ष पूर्व गांव के ही रहने वाले दीपक उपाध्याय ने देर रात को उनके साथ मारपीट किया था।शिकायत के बाद पुलिस पहुची और आरोपी ने अभद्रता किया था जिसका वीडियो भी है।मारपीट के दौरान पीड़ित (आकाश उपाध्याय की)सोने की चेन गायब हो गया था।कुछ दिन बाद गांव के संभ्रांत लोगो की उपस्थिति आकाश और दीपक उपाध्याय में सुलह हो गई।गायब चेन के बदले दीपक उपाध्याय ने चेक दिया जो बाद में बाउंस हो गया।आकाश उपाध्याय ने आगे बताया कि अब गांव के कई दबंग दीपक उपाध्याय के साथ मिलकर उनके राजनीतिक छवि को बिगाड़ने के लिए लगातार फर्जी आरोप लगा रहे है।उन्होंने जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों से न्याय की मांग किया है।इसके अलावा आकाश उपाध्याय को गांव के दबंग लोगो से जान का खतरा होने की भी बात कही है।आकाश उपाध्याय ने बताया कि दबंगो ने उनके चाचा की जमीन दिलाने के नाम पर एक लाख रुपए चेक के माध्यम से ले लिया है।मांगने पर मारपीट पर आमादा हो जाते है।वही इस मामले में पुलिस अभी कुछ कहने से बच रही है।

    गोरखपुर जिले के चौरी चौरा में एक क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य को राजनीतिक छवि को गांव के ही दबंगो द्वारा बर्वाद करने की कोशिश की जा रही है।पीड़ित क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य ने पहले स्थानीय व जिले के अधिकारियों को और अब मुख्यमंत्री को पत्र लिख राजनीतिक प्रतिद्वंदियों द्वारा छवि बिगाड़ने धमकी देने का आरोप लगाया है।पीड़ित क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य दबंगो के डर से सहमा हुआ है।-चौरी चौरा तहसील क्षेत्र के ब्रह्मपुर ब्लाक के भैसही रामदत्त गांव में आकाश उपाध्याय का आवास है।आकाश अपने क्षेत्र के पंचायत सदस्य है।उनके गांव के ही रहने वाले कुछ दबंग लोग उनके उनकी राजनीतिक छवि को कई वर्ष पूर्व से ही खराब करने का प्रयास कर रहे है।आकाश उपाध्याय ने बताया कि तीन वर्ष पूर्व गांव के ही रहने वाले दीपक उपाध्याय ने देर रात को उनके साथ मारपीट किया था।शिकायत के बाद पुलिस पहुची और आरोपी ने अभद्रता किया था जिसका वीडियो भी है।मारपीट के दौरान पीड़ित (आकाश उपाध्याय की)सोने की चेन गायब हो गया था।कुछ दिन बाद गांव के संभ्रांत लोगो की उपस्थिति आकाश और दीपक उपाध्याय में सुलह हो गई।गायब चेन के बदले दीपक उपाध्याय ने चेक दिया जो बाद में बाउंस हो गया।आकाश उपाध्याय ने आगे बताया कि अब गांव के कई दबंग दीपक उपाध्याय के साथ मिलकर उनके राजनीतिक छवि को बिगाड़ने के लिए लगातार फर्जी आरोप लगा रहे है।उन्होंने जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों से न्याय की मांग किया है।इसके अलावा आकाश उपाध्याय को गांव के दबंग लोगो से जान का खतरा होने की भी बात कही है।आकाश उपाध्याय ने बताया कि दबंगो ने उनके चाचा की जमीन दिलाने के नाम पर एक लाख रुपए चेक के माध्यम से ले लिया है।मांगने पर मारपीट पर आमादा हो जाते है।वही इस मामले में पुलिस अभी कुछ कहने से बच रही है।
