कर्जत-जामखेडचे आमदार रोहित पवार यांच्या प्रयत्नांतून जामखेड येथे भव्य असे अत्याधुनिक सोईसुविधांनी सुसज्ज बस स्थानक उभारले जात असून नागरिकांच्या सोईसाठी व्यापारी संकुलाचीही निर्मिती करण्यात येत आहे. मतदारसंघाच्या विकासासाठी आणि नागरिकांना अद्ययावत सुविधा प्राप्त करून देण्यासाठी आमदार रोहित पवार विविध विकासकामांच्या माध्यमातून नवे आयाम देत आहेत. मंगळवार दिनांक ३ ऑगस्ट रोजी जामखेड येथील बहुप्रतिक्षित बस स्थानक आणि व्यापारी संकुलाचे भूमी पूजन आमदार रोहित पवार यांच्या हस्ते करण्यात आले.

नागरिकांना मिळणाऱ्या सार्वजनिक सुविधा या अनुषंगाने त्या-त्या भागातील विकासाची परिभाषा ठरवली जाते. लोकांना मिळणाऱ्या सोई सुविधा, त्या सर्व सेवांचा होणारा विनियोग याद्वारे संबंधित भागातील लोकप्रतिनिधींच्या कार्यकाळाची मीमांसा केली जाते. मागील सरकारच्या काळात तत्कालीन लोकप्रतिनिधींनी अनेक वेळा आश्वासने दिली होती, मोठ्या घोषणा केल्या होत्या, मात्र आपल्या १० वर्षाच्या कार्यकाळात, त्यातही ५ वर्ष मंत्रीपद असतानाही जामखेडच्या प्रलंबित बस स्थानकाचा प्रश्न मार्गी लावण्यात त्यांना अपयश आले, अशी टीका यावेळी माजी मंत्री राम शिंदे यांचे नाव न घेता करण्यात आली. आमदार रोहित पवार यांनी कर्जत-जामखेड मतदारसंघात आपल्या कार्यकर्तृत्वाचा नवा पायंडा स्थापित करून विकासकामांचा धडाका लावला आहे. आपल्या आमदारकीच्या कार्यकाळात सुरू केलेल्या विकासाच्या निर्णायक कृतिकार्यक्रमांमुळे मतदारसंघातील नागरिकांना नवी दृष्टी दिली आहे. आमदार रोहित पवार यांनी लोकांच्या सेवेसाठी सातत्याने प्रयत्नशील राहून राजकीय इच्छाशक्ती आणि कृतीशील आचरणातून राज्यभरातील लोकप्रतिनिधींसमोर नवा आदर्श स्थापित करण्याचे काम केले आहे असे यावेळी अनेक वक्त्यांनी मत मांडले.

    अहमदनगर शहरातील मार्केट यार्ड मध्ये मोकळा भूखंडावर अनधिकृत पणे बांधलेल्या गाड्यांमधून संचालक मंडळाने मोठ्या प्रमाणात अपहार केल्याचा दावा शहर शिवसेनेचे दिलीप सातपुते यांनी केला होता त्या विषयावर त्यांनी आवाज उठवत न्यायालयामध्ये दाद मागितली त्यानंतर अनधिकृत असलेले गाळ्यांचे बांधकाम न्यायालयाने पाडण्याचा आदेश दिला...
    परंतु दोन दिवसांपूर्वी दिलीप सातपुते यांच्या विरोधात फुलांच्या व्यापाऱ्यांनी एक आंदोलन केलं त्यामध्ये व्यापाऱ्यांनी दिलीप सातपुते यांच्यावर आरोप केला की ते आमचे गाळे पाडून आमच्या पोटावर मारत आहे परंतु यावर बोलताना शहर प्रमुख दिलीप सातपुते म्हणाले की माझे आणि व्यापाराचे कोणतेही भांडण नसून मी सदैव व्यापाऱ्यांच्या पाठीशी आहे तसेच शिवसेना ही व्यापाऱ्यांच्या पाठीशी खंबीरपणे उभे आहे माझे भांडण आहे ते मोकळा भूखंडावर बांधकाम करून कोट्यवधी रुपयांचा उपहार केलेल्या संचालक मंडळाबरोबर त्यामुळे व्यापाऱ्यांनी केलेले आरोप हे खोटे असून व्यापाऱ्यांवर दमबाजी झाल्याने व्यापाऱ्यांनी घाबरून हे आरोप माझ्यावर केले आहेत असा आरोप शहर शिवसेनेचे दिलीप सातपुते यांनी केला
