जनपद के जिला अस्पताल में चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारी ने अस्पताल साथियों के साथ मिलकर ओपीडी बन्द कर उपद्रव शुरू कर दिया। इस दरमियान करीब 2 घण्टे ओपीडी बन्द रही जिसके चलते मरीजों की हालत बिगड़ गई। लगभग 2 घण्टे बाद मौके पर पहुँचे उप जिलाधिकारी और क्षेत्राधिकारी द्वारा उपद्रव कर रहे कर्मचारियों पर बल प्रयोग करते हुए ओपीडी को खुलवाया। वहीं एक प्रदर्शनकारी को पुलिस ने पकड़ लिया। जिला अस्पताल प्रशासन ने उपद्रवियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही की बात कही है।
वीओ - जनपद के जिला अस्पताल परिसर में मेडिकल कॉलेज का निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है। इसके निर्माण में मिट्टी को खोदकर हटाया जा रहा है। जिसका विरोध करते हुए राज्य कर्मचारी संघ के मण्डल अध्यक्ष रजनीश शुक्ला जो कि चतुर्थ श्रेणी का कर्मचारी है। रजनीश ने लगभग एक दर्जन कर्मचारियों के साथ मिलकर ओपीडी बन्द करा दिया। जिसके बाद जनपद में कई किलोमीटर दूरी से आने वाले मरीजों में अफरा तफरी का माहौल हो गया। यही नही रजनीश ने वहां मौजूद मरीजों के पर्चे भी फाड़ने शुरू कर दिए। जिला अस्पताल की मुख्य चिकित्सा अधीक्षक के द्वारा इसकी सूचना जिलाधिकारी और पुलिस अधीक्षक को दी गई। सूचना मिलते ही उप जिलाधिकारी बागीश शुक्ला और क्षेत्राधिकारी अरुण कुमार पुलिस बल के साथ मौके पर पहुँचे। पुलिस के आने के बाद भी रजनीश उपद्रव करता रहा जिसके बाद पुलिस बल का प्रयोग करते हुए रजनीश को हिरासत में लिया गया। इस दौरान रजनीश के समर्थन में आये एक युवक के ऊपर पुलिस का डंडा भी चला। उप जिलाधिकारी ने ने बताया रजनीश के द्वारा उपद्रव किया गया था जिसके बाद उसको हिरासत में ले लिया गया है। वहीं मुख्य चिकित्सा अधीक्षक वंदना सिंह ने बताया कि रजनीश और उसके साथ 12 लोगों ने मिलकर अस्पताल में हो रहे निर्माण में मिट्टी को खोदने की बात कही थी । उसके बाद बिना कुछ बातये षड्यंत्र के तहत रजनीश ने कुछ लोगों के साथ मिलकर ओपीडी को बंद कर दिया प्रशासन द्वारा समझाएं जाने के बाद में भी वह नहीं माना जिसके बाद पुलिस को सूचना देने के बाद उस पर कार्रवाई की गई। उन्होंने रजनीश व अन्य उपद्रवियों के खिलाफ विभागीय कार्रवाई की बात कही है।
